Important Information
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a €50 charge will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of these hours.
A €150 waste management fee will be applied if the space is not left clean.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Matt (4/5): Disappointing, dirty and poor customer care - The location was perfect, great access to the town, stunning views from the garden and pool and close to shops. Unfortunately the condition of the property is below the standard we would expect and the service levels from Sealand villas to help has been disappointing. Although the property has 3 bathrooms we were only happy to use one of them due to cleanliness of the baths and showers, it was either not cleaned for a while or skipped. The kitchen worktops were not cleaned recently as there was a thick greasy patch next to the hob which had obviously built up over a long period of time. There were cracked floor tiles all the way through the property, which provided a dangerous and uneven floor not only for adults but especially for small children, with a number of drill holes in some tiles which had no place there. Dangerous electrical fittings throughout with damaged and burnt sockets, and exposed sockets at floor level which are perfect for a child to grab hold of. Bedside lamp in main bedroom was clearly broken with the shade and bulb hanging off, how the cleaners missed this we have no idea. Day two we went to use the dishwasher to find it wouldn’t turn on, when pulling out the bin to find the socket we found there had been an electrical fire there (a while ago based on the condition of the plug) and had been unplugged and left. To be fair to sealand villas they did get an engineer out the same day who got it working but did not make the socket safe and just taped it up. There is mould in the bathrooms and bedrooms which you can see has been painted over and not treated. Outside there is no shade options to use and the covers and cushions on the furniture need a good clean. We compiled all of this and sent to sealand villas before traveling home, their response has been we should have raised these issues during our stay so they could have engineers and trades out to resolve and thus will not offer any compensation.

- Gemma (6/5): Overpriced need updating to reflect what they are charging - The location and views where fabulous Rust on the bath in main bedroom, cracked floor and wall tiles. Uncomfortable sun loungers with no cushions. Cushions on other outside furniture dirty and marked. The owner needs to spend some money on this property to reflect the premium prices he is changing.
