• Sonja (7/5): - Lokacija je odlična, na nekoliko minuta hoda od svih atrakcija, stan je prostran, opremljen, sa osobljem smo imali dobru komunikaciju, lake instrukcije za preuzimanje ključeva, posteljina je bila čista. Higijena stana, odnosno najviše kupatila nije bila na zavidnom nivou, ima puno buđi u kupatilu, takođe može biti bučno u stanu zbog kafića ispred koji radi do kasno u noć.
• Claire (7/5): Great central stay in the middle of Athens, despite noisy neighbours. - Location is excellent - everywhere is around 10 minutes to walk to. There is lots of space and the kitchen facilities are great. The staff who own the property were very responsive when we asked for the Nespresso machine to be replaced. The living room is lovely with beautiful flooring and a big sofa. There was a lot of noise from both the apartment next door and upstairs. Some nights, I had to move rooms and sleep on the sofa bed due to noise, having put in ear plugs! The bathroom can get a bit smelly after 5 days or so, due to not being able to flush toilet paper and having to constantly empty the bin. The shower doesn’t drain very well at all, and it’s not nice to stand in the shower water. Rubbish facilities aren’t very close, the bins on the nearby street are only recycling so it’s a slightly longer walk with your rubbish. There is noise from the bars opposite the apartment but it’s a nice gentle buzz, though does last until 3am so it’s virtually impossible to sleep in the living room if there were more than 2 of you. Apartment could do with a bit of updating, the bathroom is a little tired now. Bed could do with being replaced as it was quite uncomfortable.

• Ben (10/5): Everything met or exceeded expectations and I’d stay here again! - Spacious and comfortable apartment with all the amenities that you need in a great central location for key attractions and nightlife. A stronger wifi would have been better but the host is working on that!
• Susannah (10/5): Exceptional - We adored the position of this lovely flat, 5 mins from Plaka and 10 mins in the opposite direction from Syntagma, with a whole world of lovely bars, shops, bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket right next to you. It is beautifully done, with a luxurious, comfortable bed and sofabed and a new, really lovely kitchen. As a space, it's tasteful, full of light, with beautiful wooden floors. The staff were extremely responsive and kind. If you use the sofabed in the sitting room, it is a bit noisy at night as there is a lively bar just opposite.

• Fenny (8/5): Modern, clean, compact and well appointed apartment in a great location. - A very clean, compact, modern and well appointed apartment in a great location. It really is all you need for a couple exploring Athens. Very central to everything. The double glazing made for quiet enjoyment. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Nice also to have an elevator to the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, close to the main attractions of Athens. The apartment has been renovated, though you can tell it has been well-used. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness – and I travel often, so I have a point of reference. The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long stays. The only small thing I missed was larger mugs for tea – but that’s just my personal preference, as I love drinking tea from a big cup. I know many people have similar preferences, so it’s just a note for fellow tea lovers. Of course, this has absolutely no impact on the quality of the stay and is not something that should be considered a drawback. Especially since the coffee machine more than made up for it. Upon arrival, we received one coffee capsule per person, but you can easily buy Nespresso-compatible capsules in any store. There were also laundry capsules provided, though we didn’t use them. Many reviews mention street noise – yes, there are bars downstairs, and the nightlife lasts until late at night, but I would describe it more as a lively atmosphere rather than disturbing noise. It didn’t bother us at all – after a full day of exploring Athens, we fell asleep immediately. The area has plenty of restaurants and cafés, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, a very enjoyable stay – highly recommended!

• Raymond (9/5): Excellent value, excellent quality, excellent location, perfectly clean. - The apartment is spacious and newly renovated with good-quality fixtures, fittings and linens - even a Nespresso machine!. The blackout blinds make it the perfect place to sleep and the location is fantastic, With a most incredible bakery just a minute away, (Ergon) Where you can get breakfast lunch - and if you wish dinner. Jest a few minutes from the cathedral square and the heart of the Plaka it is the ideal location for sightseeing all the top attractions. Not to mention for the rooms being spotless and large. We found this apartment great value for money. Well done UPSTREET! Other reviewers have mentioned the noise - But in the bedroom it is absolutely silent - through the night and into the morning. The only suggestion I would have for the hosts would be a T.Towel for the kitchen - as a guest does not always have time to let dishes air-dry before they use them, and a few more garbage bags to ensure garbage is managed correctly. (At least more than the 1. that is in the bin)
• Colin (8/5): Enjoyed our stay as I’ve said the getting in at the start of the holiday and the awful last 24 hours put a downer on the - It’s location is fantastic..the flat was clean and everything worked We were given the wrong code to the Key box and it took 45 minutes to sort the problem!! For the last 24 hours of our stay we had problems with the water,plus the drains and toilet was blocked!! This only started to happen when a couple with a young child moved in upstairs above us..I in formed the agency about the problem and asked what we were supposed to do about our toilet needs for the last 24 hours but was only told they couldn’t get someone out to unblock the toilet and drain at the present time!! Which I and my wife were disgusted in hearing!!! At NO time did we put paper towels or any other garbage in the toilet as we have been to Greece many times and know what they’re toilets are like.
• Patty (10/5): Everything you need for your stay in Athens - Located in great location, close to Plaka, Syntagma and Ermou. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Exterior of the building looks a little average but this is common in Athens.
• Rafael (9/5): Superb - Very clean and well located. Close to many restaurants and turisits attractions. The main bedroom is at the back and it's quit. The living room faces the street where there are a few restaurants and a bar. If you are more than a couple and someone sleeps on the sofa bed, then it can be a bit noisy.
• Skias (10/5): We loved this property. The location was perfect, a few blocks to Syntegma and Ermou. - Location was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. The only minor item was the noise from the cafe bars on Ipitou. It was not horrible, but for guests staying on the sleeper sofa it can get quite loud.

• Orit (1/5): Bad - Choosing this place was a huge mistake!! There was a problem with the water heater, we had to take cold showers for 2 days. The sewerage was flooded, and the smell from the bathroom was awful. If this is not enough, we woke up too early in the morning to horrible noise. It appears that the flat downstairs is on construction. The owner did not bother to inform us. If we would have known, we wouldn't have made the reservation. For two days we were busy calling the service, which did not offer any solutions. We didn't want to completely destroy our vacation, so we booked another apartment and moved after 2 nights (out of 4).
• Radoje (8/5): Very good - It is very well situated, in pedestrian little street near center. The stuff was very polite at the end, and allow us late departure from accomodation, due to late flight during the day. The flat itself is very dark during the day, and thus very cold, even in May. The base plan of the flat is pretty outstreched, so there is draught everywhere, and you must be careful esspecially if you are traveling with baby. When you observe photographs on Booking, you will think that it is brand new, but in reality it looks like after 10 years of exploatation. It was clean inside the flat, but the inside of the building, steps, elevator and even the door of the apartment from the outside is completely covered in thick layer of dust, and it seems that the building authorities are disfunct completely. Ratio value price is not good in this case... they even extra charged cot for the baby.

• Debora (9/5): Woold stay again! - Great location for walking to all the highlights. 3 great bars across the road, bit noisy at night but can’t be heard from the bedroom. Loved the vibe. Hallways weren’t clean but the apartment was. Great bed and kitchen/laundry facilities. Dirty halls. Couch not very comfortable.
