- Douglas (9/5): Bom lugar para ficar em Hanói - O quarto é grande, com cozinha e bem localizado. Perto das principais atrações turísticas e restaurantes locais. A Tv tem internet com Netflix disponível para conexao. Wifi era muito fraco e foi difícil trabalhar. A parte da cozinha está deteriorada, com móveis caindo, mas mesmo assim conseguimos usá-la.

- Frankie (10/5): - The homestay location is very good, not that many tourists like the lake of Hoan Kiem, here, there are lots of good and small local restaurants on the same street, and even the homestay downstair is a good restaurant too. Check in and check out is very easy. I stayed there for more than 2 weeks, and I got a new TV in my room! Every thing is fine! All I suggest is that to put a curtain shower up to prevent the water splitting out from the bathtub. Nothing

Spacious bedside apartment. It really was not cleaned prior to check in. The Kitchen was not clean in particular. The bathroom was very tired - re grouting and revealing required.

- Jelena (6/5): Okay option for few days stay. - The location is great. Apartments are big, with a lot of space. In the building there is a elevator. You have all what you need for a few night stay. Firstly all was good. Landlady contacted us with information about our stay. We arrived after 10pm, and because of that we did just a self check in. And at the next day, in the morning, without any notice/message, we heard that someone knocked on the door. We opened and there was a woman who just showed us a number on her phone and started to say “moneey, give me money”. We said that we want to pay with card, she said that she don’t have a device for that, so we need to do that later. Later the landlady contacted us and told that it was her friend and she can come today at the evening (later she told that she can’t, and at the end we still meet at this evening). Also, in the information about our stay there was a mention of TV, which one didn’t worker, of course. But the landlady said that it is broken and there can be today worker who can repair it ( we needed to work, so it was not the option for us to have repairs at that time). Also, will mention that the photos of the apartment are outdated, at least for few years. Bathroom was not comfortable, as there was a lot of mold and no curtains, so everything was really wet after the shower was used. If you are scary of any insects - also not the best place. We seen one cockroach and there was many of little bugs on the kitchen (I don’t know the name).
- Rajendra (9/5): Good experience. comfortable and will return - The hostess Vitaminhha was excellent. She resolved all the issues immediately. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Found the wifi good and did not have any issues. The location is very good with all necessities available just below the apartment. Sightseeing places are about 1.2 km away and about 15 to 20 mins walking. Bed is comfortable. There was no disturbance due to work or repair in the surrounding area and we had a quiet stay. apartment was clean but could be cleaner. The access doors are a bit difficult to operate and the stairs could be cleaner for those that do not wish to use the lift.
- Brian (4/5): Disappointing - It looked like the picture and it was clean. Owner was very responsive with queries. I dont like giving negative reviews but.. Loud drilling every day due to a large, long-term construction project in front of the building and another renovation project behind the building. It's not their fault, but if you want to sleep past 7:30 or 8 it's not peaceful. The smell is nasty. I had to wash everything I owned after being there. The hallway smell is also not nice as there is a restaurant on the bottom floor The wifi was not reliable. I had booked the room to actually work there for two days but ended up having big problems with the connection. That and the noise meant that I was not able to work there properly so it was not worth it at all to stay. I would recomend for couples or for anyone wanting to work. The directions could be little more clear as the address given is not the actual address, its about 5 minutes walk from the address given.

- Akash19 (10/5): It gives you the feeling of home even when you are traveling in a strange place. - The location is quite convenience to walk to the hot sight seeing spots, as well as airport shuttle bus station of Long Biem (86) Before i got to the Vitamin Home, the host sent me detail on arrival instructions, room facilities, felt warm welcome to be there. The location of Vitamin Home also gave me a chance to feel the daily life of local people, I really love the time spent there.

The host is on top of her business; she helped with all my inquiries. I had a small issue with the window but the host was very helpful and helped me resolve the issue quickly. - Niccolò (8/5): Cheap option to visit Hanoi - Cheap apartment in a good location to visit Hanoi main attractions. Owner quite kind and accommodating to our needs (e.g. early check out). Pictures in booking ad are a bit outdated as the room is in a quite worse condition. Stains on the sofa, a lot of dust on some furniture and on the air conditioning.

- Liliana (6/5): A few issues but liveable for two weeks - Location of the property was excellent, we were able to walk to almost every point of interest we visited. Our host was friendly, helpful and responded to our requests quickly. Maintenance was a little lacking, door locks/handles were loose, window in the living area would not latch and the handle was very loose, hot water heater had a leaking hose on the hot water side. Apartment shows its age and use. There were fleas in the bedroom, must have had a previous guest with a pet, notified host at departure and were told they would disinfect the apartment before the next guest. If washing cloths, they need to be taken to the roof to dry, and there is only one small drying rack, would suggest a separate rack for each appartment.

Needs more things in the kitchen like cutlery and glasses and somewhere to hang washed laundry on would be ideal - everything else was fab!

Those who can’t cook,they can order vegetarian sushi which is available at 1st floor (for that you have to pay separate and the staff are good people and genuine).. - Dmitry (7/5): Good - Good appartment. It is not new, but clean. The appartment is for 4 person with 2 rooms. If you book for 2 person, the bed room with windows will be closed. But you can promise using only one bed, so you will get a key to the bed room, which is nice and cosy. The bed room windows overlook to a small road, so it is little bit noisy sometimes.
