- HWEE LAY (7/5): Big apartment in convenient location - The location is good, just across the street from Suzhou station. The apartment is big for three. There is a washer cum dryer which helped in our laundry. The apartment is showing signs of wear n tear. The free supper at night wasn’t appealing and there were small flies. We wanted to take the muffins but after seeing the small flies, we decided not to eat.

- Shane (9/5): Value for money, good location, comfortable stay. - Good location right by the Suzhou train station. Loved the room, very big and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Washer dryer was convenient and they provided a small packet of detergent which was nice for short stays. Breakfast was Chinese food and was pretty good and healthy. Small gym but does not get crowded as mostly local tourists Cigarette smell when we first entered the room and the toilet had a weird smell too. Hotel was also a little confusing to find for someone that does not read Chinese, as it shares a building with the Madison hotel.

- Khalid Hussain (8/5): - On walking distance from Suzhou South Railway station. Studio apartments, even have washing machine and kitchen in the room. Perfect for long stay. Hard to find it as, there is no hotel name out side in English and its reception is on 6th Floor.

- MAY295 (7/5): Our Suzhou Hotel experience - The Hotel is located very near to Suzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to move around. We also like the room size which is quite big with washing machine provided. The Air conditioning in our room and in all rooms, as we were told by the hotel staff, is actually controlled by Central Air conditioning, and to be frank, the room felt hot and humid and it's not comfortable at all, and we have to open the room window to get some fresh air, which helps but it'd be much better if the air conditioning works properly.

Highly recommended. - It’s spacious and packed with useful amenities like a good washing machine with dryer, high tech hair dryer, super comfortable pillows and mattress, and separated toilet, wash basin and shower. Floor can be vacuumed more frequently.

The room is very spacious. Although it says Room, it is like a service apartment. The checking in and checking out was very efficient. I would recommend this hotel if you need to use the trains as your means of transportation. The only drawback is the hotel lobby is shared by two hotels and the signs from the outside is not very prominent. It could also be due that I am unable to read Chinese

- Sandy (8/5): Okay location to get to tourists places - Location is a short 5mins walk from the main train station. Easy to get to most tourists spots on Line 2. Check in took a long time (more than 15minutes) to get our passports copied, etc. The reception forgot to charge us for our rooms when we checked in and then kept chasing us to go and make payment after that. You need to cut through Madison hotel (their check in lobby is on L1) and Atour is on L7. Apparently, both hotels are owned by the same owner and he thought its a great idea to put 2 hotels in the same building. Local food choices are plenty but may not be the best, maybe we are just not used to the local flavors (either too salty or too sweet). Room size is decent, good to have the washer/ dryer in room but they only provide 1 laundry pod a day. Has a small kitchenette with hob but no utensils, not even fork/spoon. No detergent/ sponge if you want to wash the cups yourself either. Would have been better if some basic utensils are provided.

- Timothy (10/5): Had a fantastic and comfortable stay with very helpful staff. - The room was lovely and clean. Really big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went above what they needed to when helping with requests. The robot in the hotel used to deliver items to your room was an awesome surprise! The location was also really convenient for my needs with the right bus lines outside the hotel. I didn’t try the breakfast during my stay but it looked very good as I walked past. The room looks like it has a kitchen that you can cook in but there isn’t a cooktop or cooking equipment. Just be aware that the necessary equipment isn’t actually offered in the rooms.
