• Roberto (7/5): Delusione totale! - Il rapporto qualità prezzo. L’approccio del personale e la confusione che si genera al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura circa cinque anni fa, rimanendo profondamente soddisfatti. Purtroppo abbiamo, in questo ultimo soggiorno, riscontrato una serie di inspiegabili incongruenze. La struttura è gestita da diverse agenzie e non si capisce bene quale tipologia di stanza è preferibile prenotare. Il personale alla reception (tranne rare eccezioni) è decisamente poco disponibile al dialogo. La piscina (molto bella) è a pagamento, prima l’entrata era gratis. Per lasciare i bagagli c’è una tariffa giornaliera per ogni valigia consegnata. La pulizia non raggiunge standard ottimali. Detto ciò, se si cerca una soluzione economica e senza pretese di un cinque stelle, l’hotel è sicuramente da consigliare: le stanze sono ampi appartamenti con due camere da letto e due bagni.
• Kristína (8/5): Good value for money - the room is spacious and well equipped. The stuff by the pool could speak a bit more English and the desk stuff was not very friendly. The room was clean at the first sight but it should get more deep clean especially shower. The hallway smelled really bad. And the pool and gym should be free for guests. It doesn’t make sense to pay more for that. Also it would be nice if you want us to pay to have an option to pay by card.

Zila was extremely helpful throughout my stay, handling all my payment and housekeeping requests. I didn’t see anyone else there. Nothing to say. Everything's okay.

The parking is too hard to find and a bit far. There's many rules. Only two can go upstairs, family cant even send us to the room. Most of people who stays there bcause its near to IJN. So mostly old people who will stays but the staff didnt even give us to send our old folks to their room. Instead of 2 night we only stays one night. Thanks for that inconvenience. Its a no no...
