• Kseniia (1/5): - - The low rating goes more to Booking than to the apartment itself. I booked almost a month in advance and received a confirmation. A couple of days before check-in, I still hadn’t received any details, so I decided to contact the owner via WhatsApp. He told me that the apartment was closed and not being rented out, and that he didn’t know why Booking hadn’t canceled the reservation. Yet, I can still see that the property is available for booking. Booking’s customer support is just terrible — I couldn’t reach them by phone, and in the chat they never replied. So there are only two options here: either the owner is a scammer, or Booking is irresponsible. DO NOT BOOK!

• Guest (1/5): Felt like I was being set up on a comedy show - Nothing it was an absolute joke, we left to get new accommodation after an hour of being there. Everything, the towels are tiny and damp, the room was poorly ventilated so was incredibly warm and unable to sleep in, the walls were damp, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the room wasn’t as photographed whatsoever.

• Elif (7/5): - There were opportunities to cook yourself The bathroom was seemingly recently renovated As a tall couple the bed is small and pillows were uncomfortable.
• Sobi (2/5): - The location is quite convenient, with trams and buses available. Getting to and from the city center is fairly quick. The host does not respond in English and replies very slowly. No check-in information was provided before arrival, and the information given afterward was incorrect. The attic hallway is very narrow, and there is no elevator, which makes staying on the third floor quite inconvenient. The shower was clogged, causing sewage to backflow. The room has poor ventilation, with only a small skylight that can be opened, making it very hot and stuffy. There’s no fan, air conditioning, hairdryer, or shampoo. The kitchen is difficult to use, and the washing machine is broken. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Nous avons été déçu de ce séjour car nous étions dans une chambre avec la salle de bain, les toilettes et la cuisine partagés qui n’étaient pas indiqués dans l’annonce. De plus, le velux ne comporte pas de volet donc le matin il faisait jour très tôt. Nous n’avons eu aucune intimité car nous entendons tout ce que les voisins faisaient…

• Valeryia (4/5): The location was great, but the check-in and cleanliness issues made the stay stressful and disappoi - The location of the apartment was very convenient — quiet, yet within easy reach of the city center and public transport. The building itself looked nice from the outside, and the entrance area was clean and well-maintained. The apartment has great potential, and with proper management and attention to detail, it could be a really pleasant place to stay. There were no keys in the lockbox upon arrival, so we had to call the host via WhatsApp, as he didn’t reply through Booking. We waited quite a long time before someone brought us bedding. Both rooms we were sent to were not cleaned — there were used towels, trash, and hair in the shower. The bathroom door handle kept falling off, and we were given only one towel for two people. The Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect, so we had no internet until the next day. After our stay, we found multiple past reviews describing very similar situations — it seems these issues happen regularly, which is concerning.

• Nicole (10/5): Agradable estadia - Elcuarto es amplio y muy bonito, incluye cocina y sala esta muy lindo, nos gusto mucho, fuera del cuarto habia baño y lavanderia con agua caliente, por suerte nos toco estar solas en todo el edificio. No habia ascensor, por lo que teniamos que cargar solas con las maletas pesadas, y no habia numeros en los cuartos para indicar cual era nuestro cuarto

It was easy to get to, clean and comfortable, and we spent 3 nights. The only downside was that there were no slippers and only one towel.

La ducha estaba en un nivel distinto (supongo, porque no la encontré). Es más, al no estar señalizado, abrí la habitación de otro huesped con el correspondiente susto de ambos. Ah, si llamas, al teléfono de contacto nunca contesta al momento, te devuelve la llamada al rato.

• Francis (2/5): MISADVENTURE AT THE FLY CITY HOUSE. - There was a lovely lady (AMINATA) dedicated and was very resourceful. She made sure my stay was comfortable. big thumbs up to her. The location wasn't very great,the staircase is very inconvenient for anyone with heavy luggage. My honest view is that it has potential but needs some more investment to bring it up to scratch. Also, there is a breakdown of communication between Booking.com and the property. I felt stranded in the initial and almost booked a different place until Aminata came to my rescue.

It is very basic but it’s all I needed The room was cold, I was happy I brought my own extra blanket. The house is old and could use some renovating and painting. There were some yellow and black spots on the roof of the room produced by moisture/leak? The key was not in the keylocker, but I contacted the renter who replied almost instantly and he quickly provided a solution.

Η τουαλέτα βρισκόταν εκτός δωματίου που αυτό δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά.

Uszkodzone meble, brak choćby czajnika, ostatniego dnia przestał działać piec grzejący wodę i wyłączyły się kaloryfery. Na ścianach w pokoju duży grzyb, w kilku miejscach.

Chambre spartiaque, sans miroir, un siège qui s'enfonce, des oreillers petits et miserables, le chauffage brouillant, avec comme cerise sur le gâteau, qu'en essayant de l'éteindre pour qu'il ne fasse plus de bruit, l'eua à coulé et le radiateur s'est vidé de son eau sur le plancher à minuit. On a eu froid le matin car plus de chauffage.

• Geert (7/5): Ideale oplossing voor een kort verblijf in die buurt. - Een residentiële buurt, niet ver van invalswegen en openbaar vervoer. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf in dit deel van de stad. Ik kreeg een bericht met alle nodige info. Kamer was zeer proper. Mijn gehuurde fiets kon ik parkeren op het trottoir voor het huis. Voor mij was dit een goede oplossing, ik had niet veel faciliteiten nodig. De kamer is ruim genoeg voor één persoon, het huis is oud en niet zo goed geïsoleerd voor geluid. Maar de medehuurders waren ook stil. Het sanitair is gemeenschappelijk.

• Imre (4/5): Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, because it had nothing to do with the booked accommodation. - You didn't have to sleep outside for that much. There was a shower in the room. The accommodation was completely different. We had to go through the whole city at night. I found out about this when I called the host. After receiving the key, it was not clear which apartment I should go to which room. The window of the basement room was open, so it was completely chilled. I couldn't turn on the heating, so I slept in the cold room. The picture did not reflect the condition of the room at all. Had I known this, I would have rented it. I spent 1 night there, but a minor cold sealed my trip to the accommodation.

• Marcel (6/5): Eenvoudige kamer, zonder eigen badkamer voor een lage prijs. - De prijs sprong er uit. Ik kwam pas laat aan en moest weer vroeg vertrekken. Daardoor heb ik voor deze kamer gekozen voor één nacht. Communicatie met verhuurder was snel, goed en efficiënt. Het is een hele eenvoudige kleine kamer, zonder eigen badkamer. Het gebouw is redelijk gehorig en er zat geen gordijn voor het raam. Maar als je laat komt en vroeg vertrekt zijn dit zaken die je voor lief zou kunnen nemen, aangezien de prijs laag is.
