- Adriaan (6/5): Great location but needs to improve some of the finer details and the check-in. - The real thing going for this property is the location. Very close proximity to the metro that goes to Milan Linate and an easy walk to other metros or just a walk downtown. The arrival process was very poor. After a brief exchange with the property manager at my arrival, all communication fell silent. After an hour I contacted the Easylife head office. They replied immediately and started helping me out. Also, the shower did not have a consistent temperature, switching from cold to hot. A repairman came to check and turned the heat down and improved the pressure but the water mixing remained unresolved. The bed was not very comfortable.

- OLHA (9/5): Зручне помешкання - Чиста квартира. Є необхідна техніка, посуд, рушники, постіль. Все чисте й в ррбочому стані. Зручне розташування, можна пішки дійти до центру міста, поруч станції метро, трамвая, супермаркет, парк. Необхідно дещо покращити: додавати мило в дозатор, додати спеції й оливкову олію на кухні. Відремонтувати кран в душі, бо дискомфортно митися, бо постійно самостійно вода змінюється з гарячої на холодну й навпаки, необхідно її щохвилини заново регулювати
