• Janine (9/5): Beautiful apartment - A gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. The toilet didn't flush properly as it clearly needed fixing. In addition there was no plug in the bathroom sink.

Funktionell und mit wenig Herz eingerichtet. In der Küche befindet sich nur das Allernötigste. Die Vormieter haben sich bei unserer Ankunft noch in der Wohnung aufgehalten.

• Angélique (8/5): Joli appartement spacieux et confortable idéalement situé - Le confort et l’espace de l’appartement. La décoration typique avec les jolis carrelages. La position géographique. La réactivité de l’hôte. Quelques petits problèmes : mauvaise clé à l’arrivée, eau froide le 1er soir et bonde de la douche à nettoyer car bouchée. Toutefois problèmes vite résolus par l’hôte.
• Laura (9/5): Great apartment, great location - The apartment was great, nice and spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The location is great too, not right in the busy part, over the bridge and there are plenty of restaurants and bars and shops nearby. The apartment is decorated lovely and has a great feel about it. There was a bit of confusion with check in and the keys but i won't allow it to affect my opinion on the apartment, which was that it was a lovely apartment, perfect for our stay.
• Julia Michelle (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno a San Frediano a due passi da Palazzo Pitti e ben servito - Posizione ottima, appartamento spazioso e luminoso, risposte tempestive e sollecite dal personale, personale gentile L’appartamento presentava dei problemi di scarsa manutenzione. In cucina:stoviglie sporche, lavastoviglie che si staccava dall’incasso a parete, di difficile utilizzo. Una finestra della camera non si chiudeva bene e mancavano le coperte. La chiave del portone era difficile da manovrare e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’assistenza. Per giustificare il prezzo , la qualità della struttura deve essere più elevata.
• Daniella (10/5): Mejor lugar imposible! - La casa era perfecta para todos. Buen espacio, bonita, camas comodas.localizacion mas que perfecta! Estas al lado del Puente Vecchio, tienes la suerte de estar al lado de todo lo turistico pero al mismo tiempo, si quieres comer/beber mucho mas barato que en el centro, lo encuentras aqui. Si vuelvo a Florencia (que espero que sea pronto) desde luego elegiria esta zona y este alojamiento. Todo genial! El unico "problema" fue que la cadena del vater no funcionaba bien, lo reportamos el primer dia y enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo. Pero pasado un dia, se volvio a romper.

Le bruit dans une chambre Le manque d'equipement a savoir un torchon pour cuisine une ou 2 pastilles pour le lave vaisselle un spray pour nettoyer les surfaces. Le canape lit n'est pas un canape lit il manque un bout et il est taché.

• Yusu (9/5): Comfortable stay near the Uffizi - Spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms; great location near the market, restaurants, and the Uffizi; host replies quickly; very quiet at night. A bit far from the main train station; no elevator to the 3rd floor; the door lock could use a little touch-up.

• Anton (9/5): Не очень простой процесс заселения - нужно звонить по телефону, и робота на английском очень плохо слышно и трудно разоб - Очень просторная и комфортабельная квартира, недалеко от Понте Веккио. Администрация разрешила остаться при выезде на пару часов больше. Отсутствие лифта (но мы знали об этом), очень тяжело поднимать чемоданы, потому что квартира на 3-м этаже, а лестничные проемы очень крутые и высокие. Не очень простой процесс заселения - нужно звонить по телефону, и робота на английском очень плохо слышно и трудно разобрать речь.

• Stanislav (4/5): Not bad apartment, but for 250 euro per/night, it could be better - -location - cleanliness - quiet - everything you need for cooking - good bed linen - service manager was in touch - was given a compliment - the bed linen was prepared - difficult night check-in, keys were in another part of the city - parking is also far from the apartment - no welcome pack, there were 2 small bottles of water for 6 guests - no paper towels - 3rd floor without an elevator - small uncomfortable bathroom, also impossible to use a bidet - no mosquito nets, lots of mosquitoes - doors creak, very noisy - no chairs or armchairs in one of the bedrooms - no wardrobes - the kitchen window has a view of an internal well, it smells bad. - service manager could not help order a transfer to the station, he only provided a phone number, but the order was not accepted. - service manager did not provide check-in information a long time, there were also no instructions on departure. - for 6 guests only 3 blankets, new ones were delivered upon request, but without bed linen

• Victor (9/5): Superb - Great location. Spacious flat. Equipped kitchen and great beds. The stairs to get to the flat are narrow, not a dealbreaker, but something worth noting. The washing machine is installed on the balcony, something a bit odd, but maybe a common practice here.
• David (10/5): - Fantastic top floor apartment in medieval building just beyond the Palazzo Pitti on the quieter side of the Arno. There's a cafe and a supermarket nearby, a very popular pizzeria and Santo Spirito 5 minutes away and the heart of the city is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5, great cooking facilities and a neat and tidy bathroom. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Florence.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great location in the heart of beautiful Florence - Very spacious apartment with two good sized bedrooms. All the amenities you need for a stay in Florence. Great location in Santo Spirito, close to all the action and the Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants and bars etc. Overall, a great apartment, styled and furnished well. The largest bedroom faces onto a very noisy street, and I didn’t get much good sleep the whole time we stayed (5 nights). The apartment is up three flights of stairs with no lift, although we knew this beforehand, it was still a little challenging! Having to phone customer services to be let in on day one was a little annoying as well. I thought better / more toiletries could be provided in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc although seems this is standard in Italy).

Thank you very much to the owners for allowing us to leave our luggage until check-in time and for carefully turning on the air conditioning. When we checked in, the apartment was cool. It was very pleasant after the heat outside. Trattoria Boboli is located very close to the apartments. I recommend it, very tasty, menu in several languages ​​and pleasant service.
• Sara (7/5): An okey apartment for a short stay, but not quite value for money. - Great location and good size apartment for affordable family. When it rained the rain came down the ceiling and walls in the dining area/tv area in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Not pleasant at all, make the place feel uncomfortable and a bit unsafe.

• Ilincescu (8/5): Great! - The apartament is very clean and equipped with everything you need ( a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels and shampoo). On the second day, new towels were given to us. The operators of the apartament were great, they were at our disposal all the time. The apartament is located in a safe neighborhood close to the Pitti Palace. The location is beautiful and welcoming, there was a problem with the heat but an operator came by few minutes we stated the problem and did his best to solve it. I recommend the apartament for the great location it's placed in, for the conditions and for their team that was very cooperative. Thank you! The only problem was the heat, but they did their best to solve it immediately we stated the problem.

The owners were kind and communicative. Appliances and such are a bit old, but worked fine. I couldn't get the exhaust fan above the gas stove to work, but that might just have been me. Be aware it is on the top floor with no elevator.

• Mladenka (5/5): Passable - There was an overwhelming smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. It was nauseating. Even closing the bathroom door and keeping the bathroom window open didn't help. The host's explanation was that this was probably due to some work outside of the building but 1. we didn't see any work outside of the building and 2. if there was work, then it is highly unlikely that we were the first ones to experience that. Also, we paid a 85 euro cleaning fee but there was an envelope on the dining table suggesting that, if we are satisfied with the cleanings of the apartment, we leave the tip for the cleaner. Who's getting 85 euros then?
