Gdybym mogła, nie prosiłabym o pomoc. Obsługa klienta ma bardzo niskim poziomie. Pokój standardem bardzo odbiega od zdjęć, łazienka w tragicznym stanie. Cena zupełnie nie adekwatna do jakości.

Der Inhaber gab uns sehr gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und wo wir in direkter Nähe gut frühstücken könnten (Frühstück im Haus gibt es nicht mehr). Kühlschrank im Apartment. Preis-Leistung sind sehr gut!!! Wer authentische Ferien ausserhalb von Massentourismus sucht, ist hier genau richtig, allein oder mit Familie. Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ich komme gerne wieder! einige Stellen sind renovationsbedürftig, aber hat und nicht beeinträchtigt. Vordach z.B.

Gustavo (2/5): Retiro Espiritual Involuntario: PROHIBIDO HABLAR. - El Hotel Casa Nina, en términos de infraestructura y ubicación, es aceptable. Nada del otro mundo, pero cumple: cabañas normales, con agua caliente, ventilador, aire acondicionado y un minibar pequeño. Ahora, empecemos con la publicidad creativa: se promocionan como “frente a la playa”. Técnicamente… sí, si uno considera que cruzar una avenida también cuenta como primera línea. Además, la “playa del frente” es más bien una franja corta, pegada a la carretera, sin casi espacio, poco linda y definitivamente no es el lugar ideal para bañarse. Así que si vienes por la experiencia de playa soñada, aquí te venden la idea… pero te entregan otra cosa. Y luego están los dueños. Lo que es absolutamente RIDÍCULO e inaceptable es el trato y el ambiente que imponen: son fastidiosos, desagradables y actúan como si administrar un hotel fuera dirigir un monasterio medieval. Cuando llegas, el dueño te recibe con un aire de “esto es República Dominicana, aquí se puede hacer de todo”, como si te estuviera dando la bienvenida a Las Vegas. Pero a los cinco minutos descubres que, en realidad, estás entrando a un retiro espiritual con voto de silencio obligatorio, donde incluso respirar parece ser una actividad que requiere aprobación previa. Aclaro: viajaba con mi familia y dos niños (8 y 2 años). No hubo fiesta, no hubo escándalo, no hubo berrinches. Solo la vida normal: conversar en tono normal, el típico hablar de un niño, movimientos cotidianos. Y aun así, la censura era constante, a cualquier hora. No es “silencio nocturno” (ni siquiera era tarde: antes de las 9 pm), es silencio existencial. El último día, mientras esperábamos el taxi, estábamos sentados en recepción conversando tranquilamente… y nos exigieron silencio porque parecían estar al borde de una crisis nerviosa. Sinceramente: ABSURDO. Lo mejor es la contradicción: estás en plena zona bulliciosa, se escucha rumba y música de la avenida principal (la costanera) desde las habitaciones… pero a ti te exigen un silencio monacal como si estuvieras en una biblioteca del siglo XII. La piscina, por ejemplo, tiene horario hasta las 10 pm, pero debes usarla en silencio absoluto, como si fuera un ritual sagrado. Y ojalá entrar sin salpicar una molécula de agua: idealmente, con técnica de clavadista olímpico y sin perturbar el ecosistema. El personal local (piscinero/jardinero y las personas de aseo) sí es amable y atento, y eso se agradece. Conclusión: hotel aceptable en lo físico, publicidad discutible con lo de “frente a la playa”, pero el concepto real debería venderse con honestidad: “Adults Only / Sin niños” o “Retiro espiritual con voto de silencio”.

Proprietari molto gentili e la ragazza che stava al bar super disponibile. Il rumore dei lavori dal mattino presto che durava tutta la giornata, il pavimento del soppalco tremava molto appena si scendeva dal letto. La pulizia non era al top, c’erano molti ragni e blatte.

La habitación olía muchísimo a humedad, estaba infestada de mosquitos, el ventilador completamente oxidado, el agua caliente no funcionaba bien, muchísima humedad, nuestra ropa acabó mojada y con muy mal olor. Es cierto que es barato pero aun asi tiene bastante que mejorar.

Kaja (10/5): just perfect - the place is beautiful. cozy and the room is quite big and clean. the pool is amazing. you can enjoy and relax, have a cerveza or read a book by the pool. the owners are super nice. a lovely couple, very kind and helpful. there was no electricity in the country and they brought us a big candle by the pool. would recommend 100%. the only thing that was a little bit annoying it was the air conditioning in our room because it was very loud. but you also have a huge fan, so you can switch it.

The king bed was good (great for the price). Cleaning and service was excellent. Pool is nice. Really close to town and food but still quiet and quaint. The only wish would be for stronger water pressure. Wasn’t the worst but could have been better.

Steven (7/5): I would stay there again, but only because of the cheaper rate, fun vibe, and great location. - Super great location. Fun little vibe to the hotel and grounds. Great landscaping. Literally no cold water in the shower, like if you turned the faucet to all the way cold, it would shut off the water. So blistering hot. They said that there are lots of minerals in the water, so sometimes it clogs up. The windows have no windows in them, only louvers and screens. So, any noise from anyone at the pool, people next door on their porches, construction behind the building, other peoples' music from outside, radiates right into the room. I had to ask the neighbors to turn down their music because they were partying on their porch at bedtime, luckily they were nice about it. It's an older hotel and there doesn't appear to have had much maintenance recently. I would actually stay there again because the rate was great for the location and fun vibe.

The bed was pretty comfortable, nice size room with good A/C (not all rooms have that, but it was good to get.) Nice size bathroom too. The location is great - plenty of restaurants around and the beach is right across the street - you are there in about 1 minute. Good pool and lounge chairs as well. These are minor concerns - the shower could have had better water pressure. In the whole area, we never found a place that consistently sold big bottles of water (lots of small bottles used), and one night the restaurant next door was booming the bass, but they were done by about 9 or 10. We would stay there again for sure.
Ly-lan (9/5): Great location and hosts for a lovely beach vacation - Was thankful to book a last minute overnight at Beach Hotel Casa Nina since it was in a great location near the beaches and downtown area of Las Terrenas. Many restaurants were within walking distance and the hotel itself was very charming and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I love this area of Las Terrenas! Many European travelers and a safe, friendly, relaxed vibe. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room in the evening.

Monica (9/5): Rustic beach cabin - Such a cute, rustic beach cabin! It was the perfect room to come back to after my beach activities. It's in a quiet location away from the bustle of the main tourist area - a great place to relax. The pool area is lovely and provides a tranquil environment to read or enjoy quiet conversations among friends. The hosts are lovely and accommodating. They also offer a variety of items in their gift shop. I have no complaints or suggestions.

Berta (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants yet very quiet. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Our room didn't had ac (we knew it before the booking) but the fan was so noisy that we needed to switch it off during night and it got a bit hot. There's some construction behind but it was quiet during the night.
