• Vojka (6/5): - The little unit is very stylish and true to the provided images. It was rather clean and the linens were lovely. It is located just a few minutes from the waters edge. For some reason, the unit owners decided to install privacy, matted windows. One can not see anything outside. This creates a rather claustophobic experience. If the view of the outdoors is important to you, look elsewhere. The bed is very, very soft, if this isn"t your thing you will sleep on the couch. Finally, the owners omitted to respond to some of my inquiries during the booking time.
• Andrea (9/5): - Nice studio in great location close to beach, tram and Port Melbourne. Spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Some confusion over WiFi network and password; I messaged host but never got a response.
• Perera (10/5): - The place is fantastic, in close proximity to the city but away from city noise and it's just 100m to Beacon Tram Station. It is more spacious. Great if kitchen is separated by a wall.

• Andrea (8/5): Great location, good value for money. Would definitely stay again. - Superb location close to beach and main street of Port Melbourne. Excellent host, easy to contact and responded quickly to messages. Nice roomy studio, very comfortable bed. Easy access via door code. Clean and tidy.

• Jasmina (8/5): Great location but pillows and mattress need upgrading. - The location was fantastic and the apartment was more than enough for two people. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable but besides that the apartment was great.

• Serge (10/5): Exceptional - Location was fantastic. Lovely furniture and beach atmosphere. Close to restaurants and tram stop. In all materials is mentioned a dishwasher but there was none there.
• Mckee (6/5): Comfortable but frustrating that nobody came to your assistance for Wi-Fi and TV. - No breakfast offered, so didn't expect any at this location. Location was good. The studio apartment was nice and well looked after and comfortable Code was not sent, had to phone for it when I arrived at 3.30pm. Wrong info about Wi-Fi password on written instructions I first received, eventually worked it out on the sheet. TV remotes didn't work [flat batteries, spent $17 buying new ones as nobody came to help me, even though I sent countless messages. My niece, after 2 days having no TV, worked this out for me when she popped in]. Coffee pods didn't fit machine, also no milk. No teaspoons, only one knife to match 6 forks. Reported and told these items would be delivered, but they weren't. Toilet and kitchen sink blocked [owner came and got plumber to fix it]. Friendly on phone but nobody comes to help you fix problems, except the drain blockage. On return on Sunday from my outing the code didn't work anymore. Phoned and eventually got a new code to get in [said it was an IT glitch?]. Not user friendly for a senior citizen traveling on her own like me.
• Caity (5/5): Passable - Location was near the beach, comfy bed. Dirty floors, bin had rubbish from prior people staying, no body wash, no designated parking, coffee pods did not fit in the machine, no control for the air con.

• Josephine (7/5): Clean and spacious, good location. - Good location close to beach and city, clean and spacious. The bed was very soft and unsupportive. The studio was quite noisy late night/early morning when you can hear neighbours and construction nearby. It is quite dark inside with little natural light.

• Steph (10/5): A home from home - The location is fantastic, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking the occasional meal - could do with a little coffee press or something, there is plenty of storage for one. The bed is so comfortable! The owner is great, he came down to sort a flood in the bathroom for me within an hour of me mentioning it on the booking.com app which is unheard of. He is lovely and friendly. As mentioned in previous feedback the internet can be a bit hit and miss on the TV. Netflix worked well though.
• Kowsigan (1/5): Bad - I booked 2 bedrooms apartments. They gave me a single room with 2 beds. It's made me uncomfortable.
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, close to cruise terminal. Clean and tidy. Wifi internet was very patchy, didn't work some of the time

• Mcdonald (8/5): Thanks (despite the issues with security and TV) - it's an excellent little apartment in a terrific - The location (close to Bay street & the beach), cleanliness and facitilites (washing machine, dishwashing liquid and clothes horse for example). Internet was great. The security key (electronic) needs to be fixed - as with about 4 to 5 jiggles of the door it will open even without the security card being entered. The TV was a nightmare. I was able to get the TV to work (World Cup cricket was on). However, on Wednesday it failed - either the remote or TV. Just couldn't get the Smart TV to be Smart.- which was quite annoying.
