- Himanshu (1/5): Scam Property - Never to book - Nothing. It's a scam. There was no one to check us in. There was no one replying to our calls, messages or even mails. The property this apartments are in have multiple companies/hoteliers and the property is really nice, and if you have to book, book with someone else there. They left us stranded on road without anyone even telling us that they won't be able to accommodate us. It is such a big piss off when you are on an international travel and you have to sort out the stay for the night because your planned booking wasn't honoured. Would recommend to stay away from scams like this and not spoil your trip.

- Nikita (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great for tourists, there's sky pool and sky bar in the building, also room was quite spacious and with separate bedroom. Was very noisy because room overlooked the highway and relatively low floor. Cockroaches. Old, worn out interior, one door inside the bedroom was completely broken. Also overcrowded facilities.

- Vevian (1/5): Bad - Nothing. 1. Misleading ad which says there is free parking. Does not specify that it only applies to 1 car. Additional guests which drives, will have to pay for the parking which is very expensive. This is so unfair because if I am renting an apartment which I already have specified 5 guests, do you think we will only use 1 car?? 2. Rude and unreliable staff/agent handling my booking. When I brought up the parking situation with the staff, he was so rude and even asked me to cancel my booking when I have already PAID in full + RM200 deposit. When I wanted to go to my unit, he even wanted to follow me up to the room. Utterly disgusted by the behaviour of the agent handling my booking. 3. The harassment continues during check-out where the agent kept messaging me and pushing me to check-out at 12pm when it was just 10am. I made sure to come down at 12pm sharp, and he was not even there but kept on harassing me to check-out saying that it has exceeded the time limit. Mind you, I was there at the lobby and was waiting for him to arrive instead. Overall, very disappointed with the stay and rest assured will never stay here again. The unit was equally disappointing with stains on the mirrors and floors. It was disgusting.

Difficult check-in. - - Close to metro monorail station Bukit Nanas, easy to get taxis etc. recommend day passes for exploring city etc. - Rooms spacious, 1 bathrooms,, 2 Toilets. kitchen well-stocked. AC, Washing machine etc all functioned well. - Nice view from hotel, we stayed on 47th floor. -Garbage disposal on the floor itseld. - Swimming pool on terrace, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance when i was there, Fitness studio decent. - Shops (incl a 24 hour one) close by. - Check-in staff took way too long to arrive, close to 30 min. It is unacceptable after having a long flight, an hours drive from airport to wait for them. - It is very difficult to find check-in staff in the crowded lobby, since there are many apartment rentals in this multistorey building and looked like a crowded marketplace. - Asked for deposit like 200 MYR (approx 50EUR), It is T&C, if you are such a sensitive owner, should not be renting apartments. - Sometimes you have to wait 10 min for lift. - You cannot use the lift without the security card. So make sure you ask for a second security key if you are 2 or 3 people (which is why most people take apartments.) - Owner easily reachable on phone, but staff would not answer calls. - Not recommended for those who lack patience.

- Albert (7/5): Good - The apartment was huge and very comfortable, great value for money It shows signs of decay to a certain extent. Also, I don’t know who designed the building, but the windows by the elevators remain open at all times, so there is over 30 degrees there. The AC in the apartment works great though
