• Michael (10/5): - Unbelievable view once you conquer the 94 steps (worth it). The unit was immaculate, modern and fantastic location. Restaurant and food store right at your front door. We loved our stay. The stairs were only a challenge after a long day out. But again the unreal view, sound of the bells and bustle of life made up for it.

• Anna (10/5): - Świetne położenie, czysto, dużo miejsca, niesamowite widoki. Apartament nie ma windy ale warto pokonać schody dla tego widoku. Dużym udogodnienie jest żelazko, suszarka, mikrofalówka i ekspres do kawy. Jasne wskazówki jak dotrzeć do apartamentu i się zameldować. Chyba jedyna rzecz jakiej brakowało to duże lustro, ale to na prawdę drobiazg🙂
• Anna (9/5): Bella Firenze, Renaissance Magic - The views were awe-inspiring! Gorgeous panorama of the surrounding city scape and church bells let you know a new hour arrived. Perfect base for exploring. Every morning felt like I was waking up in the Renaissance period. Upon the agreed upon arrival time, my room had still not been cleaned. After a long day of travel I was hoping to fully unwind and get settled but felt a bit rushed to leave due to the cleaning still needing to be done. Due to the time of year, a few extra blankets in the room would be more cozy. I'd rate this apartment as a 10, but think there a few spots for minor improvements.

• Richard (4/5): Great location, questionable host. - The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. It’s located centrally with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Upon arrival, we were told that we needed to leave $33 euro for the visitors tax. I questioned this because Booking.com said we would be paying around $24, which is also what my brother who was staying one block away had to pay. When I asked the host to verify the amount he said it was set by the Municipality of Florence. A quick google search said that we should be paying $24. We went ahead and left $33 and chalked it up to experience. Shortly after that conversation, I contacted the host and asked for three more pods for the coffee machine as there was only one pod when we arrived for two people staying two nights. Sadly, we never got the pods or heard back from the host for the remainder of our stay, souring what was otherwise a positive experience.
• Jessica (10/5): Home away from home - The PERFECT place to stay in Florence. Location was exceptional, right in the heart and close to restaurants etc, but also not too loud at night. The view from the room is exactly how it looks in the photos. We were blown away! The apartment was so clean and professional, whilst also feeling warm and homely. Communication with the owner was also flawless.

Ideal para viajar en pareja con poco equipaje por las escaleras hasta el sexto piso, pero merece mucho la pena. Si hace mucho frío puede faltar algo de ropa de cama, pero tiene climatización.

L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, spazioso e luminoso, si trova in una posizione centralissima. Abbiamo cenato molto bene nell'osteria subito sotto. Ci sono tante scale (ma lo sapevamo e non è stato un problema) ed é un po' poco isolato (la mattina ci hanno svegliato dei lavori nel palazzo e la notte gli schiamazzi dei passanti ubriachi). Ma a noi é piaciuto, ha reso l'esperienza ancora più autentica.

Apartment was comfortable, clean and had amazing views We were fine, but this would be difficult for some one who can not maneuver flights of stairs. Located at the very top of the building, but so worth it for the views

The only thing is there were a lot of stairs to go up to the apartment but we knew about this as it's a very old building but the views made it worth it.

• Kiara (10/5): - Amazing apartment with the most breathtaking views from every single window - not to mention it is in the most perfect location. Apartment was extremely clean and has absolutely everything you need. Hosts were absolutely amazing - I left my bracelet here after checkout and both hosts went out of their way to find it and help organise a time to meet and return it for me a few days later. You have to stay here, it is an absolute must !!!

• Mara (9/5): Lovely old apartment in heart of florence - Amazing location, couldn't be better. Beautiful old building in a fabulous area close to everything, with great views There was no mention that it is located on the 6th floor, of very steep steps, and obviously no lift. Also, a few toiletries would have been nice, we only had a small half used shampoo left.
• Dragomir (10/5): Excelent - Intended for young people or those in good physical condition, as it involves climbing 94 steps. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped. The coffee from the coffee maker is very tasty. Only 2 minutes away from all tourist attractions. In front of the entrance, there’s a Carrefour and a restaurant on the ground floor. -

The property was clean and the beautifully styled. There was plenty of space and light from the windows. Kitchen was very well equipped and the staff were lovely, making sure we had a great stay. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs up to the property. It was worth it for the view but it is pretty tiring to do every day! The light in the bathroom is quite dim.
• Christina (10/5): Perfect location, responsive host; would stay here again! - Location was ideal, with terrific food at the base of the building and within walking distance to all the major sites. It was a very comfortable apartment, with lots of windows and natural light, temperature was easily adjustable and host was very responsive. I personally liked climbing the stairs, as it was great exercise and helped me work off the pasta and gelato each day ;) for others it may be a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage. Everything was excellent!

We did a fabulous Chianti wine and lunch tour and a day trip to - Fantastic location in the heart of Florence close to the Duomo and lots of shops, markets and restaurants. Large room and outstanding views in all directions. The bells ring out over the city at 7am each morning and we were blessed with perfect weather. There is a supermarket right across the street. The room is on the 6th floor with 94 steps but you get used to it and the view is worth it. Would have liked some more supplies of coffee and tea for a 4 day stay.

• Maureen (10/5): Incredible views! - This is an amazing property! The view was incredible. We are 63 and 60yo and navigated the flights of stairs fine. We stored our bags at the train station and only took up what we needed. The location is ideal. There are restaurants and attractions right out the front door. We cannot recommend this apartment enough, it will forever be one of our favorite places.
• Rhea (8/5): Overall, I would stay here again. We loved it. - Breathtaking views and excellent location! The apartment is an open space (small) with four beautiful windows with panoramic views. Bedding was comfortable. The apartment was clean. The apartment is located at the very top of the building, so there are many stairs to climb to get to those views. No lift. The host was communicative when reached out to him. However, it would be good to have an email explaining the check-in process and exact location, as it was hard to locate at first. Had I received step-by-step information a day or so before we arrived, I would not have been as confused upon arrival. Also, a broom/dust pan would be nice in case of spills or crumbs.

Also a great view from the room Our arrival times got mixed with the host so the room was not ready upon our arrival. We had to wait for hours for the room to be cleaned before we could settle in and begin exploring which was quite exhausting. The stairs are very steep and it is hard to access the room if you are taking heavy luggage since the room is on the top floor. There was no washing machine when we arrived which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival

• Victor (10/5): Wonderful stay in Florence! - Location could not be more perfect! Literally in the center of everything. Not too far from the train station and plenty of dining and shopping within a couple of blocks. Well-stocked (although stuffy and hot) grocery right across the piazza. In room espresso machine was much appreciated. Refrigerator in room. A tip: the piazza around the Duomo was PACKED every day by 9am. We had planned a day trip to Venice and went thru the piazza on the way to the train station at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and there was only one or two people around. I got some beautiful pictures of the Duomo. You can sleep when you get home; get up early and beat the crowds for some stunning photos! Clothes washer is gone. Listing should be updated to reflect that as we had planned to wash clothes while there. As many reviews have said, it’s a 6th floor walk up and they are STEEP. Every single time we would start up I would get to the third floor and stop to rest and say I wish I hadn’t booked a walk up. BUT EVERY TIME when I reached the room and caught my breath I would look at the view of the Duomo and say nope, it’s worth it. 😄 Just be prepared and if you are not young and/or in tip-top shape be prepared to have to take your time getting back up to your nest. 😉

• Marlie (9/5): Beautiful view, very clean.. lots of stairs! - The location is amazing - super central with a stunning view of the Duomo. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. Carmine even carried my (very heavy) bag up 4 flights of stairs! The bed is a little small for two, but I also understand they could only fit a double size mattress up that stairwell! As other reviews have likely mentioned, there are a lot of stairs, so just be prepared! But it’s very much worth the view.
• Sara (10/5): Amazing appartement, beautiful view and definitely worth your money - This was one of the most beautiful apartments we stayed in so far and it is mainly because of the view of course! But also because there is everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as needed: a kitchen with all the necessities, a large fridge, very spacious in general, an iron/board and a dry rack with a large balcony to put everything. But most of all it is in the center of Florence which gave us the freedom to relax at home after a busy day. You never felt unsafe because of the busyness of the city and even if you think that might be a problem: no it would not. As soon as you close the window and put on the ac it is like you are somewhere in the countryside because the windows are thick enough not to let any sound come in. Would definitely recommend and will to everyone I know coming to Florence. Unfortunately the washing machine was missing.
• Anonymous (10/5): We had an excellent time 🙂 - The location is so central and convenient, 5-15 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Bed very comfortable, and apartment is very spacious. The view is really amazing, the apartment is very bright because of windows on all 4 sides. The photos make the room appear a little dark but it is a very bright and lovely apartment. Because it is on the top floor, there is also a very nice breeze when you open the big windows. But the apartment also has AC which is working great too. Also bonus the host was so kind and helpful, let us store our luggage early and also helped us book a taxi when we cannot find one by ourselves.

Not sure why it wasn’t fixed before we arrived as not took enough clothes as thought we had machine. Disappointing. The stairs was very hard going it well worth it when in apartment. Also, not giving a number of apartment building was dreadful. Taxi driver and restaurant people tried helping us and were fantastic but couldn’t help. So needs to be added to address. Was very stressful.

• Kai422 (10/5): Stunning Views - Lovely apartment very centrally located, with amazing views. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you could need for self catering. Not a case of 'Didnt like' but it should be made clearer on the website about the amount of steps and how many floors up there are (6) to get into the apartment. If you are not of reasonable fitness or have mobility issues you could have a problem!

• Brian (9/5): Great location and magnificent views - The room had great views in 3 directions including the view of the Duomo. It was well decorated and comfortable. We cooked our own food and ate in most nights so as to best enjoy the views. The location was very central to the Duomo and the other major tourist sites. On arrival at the property we phoned the owner but we had to wait 30 minutes before anyone arrived to let us in. The view in the 4th direction was blocked due to work on the adjoining building. Walking up the 100 steps to the apartment was wearying but worth it for the views.
• David (9/5): 3 nights in Florence - Pictures do not do the apartment justice. It's much bigger than it appears. Superb location, well looked after and a great base to explore from. The hot water only lasts for one shower. The bar behind the building is open until late, well after midnight, so you will need earplugs as the noise travels throughout the flat. There was a lot of squealing, shouting, and laughing all 3 nights during our stay. The main door needs oiling!

It’s fairly quiet and you feel like you’re in your own little slice of heaven. Black out blinds and AC are great. Small kitchen would be useful for longer trips. Host was very helpful with the check in process, even when I got a little lost. Very accommodating
