- David (5/5): Great location and if they addresses the cleaning and maintenance, then I would consider staying there in the future - Close to restaurants, cafes, and transport Was not cleaned properly, bad stains on the doona, dirty cutlery and crockery, filth toilet brush sitting in disgusting brown liquid, hair on the bench top, the dishwasher had a bad smell.
No hot water at the kitchen sink, exhaust fan did not work on the bathroom. It was not a bad apartment, but needed a good clean and maintenance, and as there is charge of $185.00 on top of the tariff, I expected better
- Ginnivan (4/5): Location great but room for improvement - Location was great and security was excellent. Good that it had parking. Sink in the bathroom was clogged up, carpets needed a clean as they had stains on them and had to go out and buy some towels as they had stains on them as well. Also check in process was far too lengthy, with provision of IDs, check in form, collection and drop off keys at another site. Effectively had to check out at 9:30am in order to get keys back to drop off before 10am - which is pretty early. Was woken in the early hours by a dog barking for quite some time on another balcony.
