Mariella (10/5): Delizioso! - Tutto ma la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale sono state lodevoli! A disposizione acqua, bustine di caffè solubile e té tutti i giorni. Vista spettacolare dalla suite e dalla terrazza. Posizione strategica, dalla strada alcuni gradini da percorrere con le valigie. Ristoranti ed attrazioni raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi così come anche la Metropolitana. Nulla!

I loved walking around the old town and quickly got back to the hotel. Everything of importance seemed within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was the ultimate, don't miss it if staying here. And the staff was extra nice. Not to forget the resident cat who doubled up as the manager 😀 There was nothing to not like as far as I can recall

Pomogli nam zorientować się w mieście, doradzali co zobaczyć, a nawet wsparli w organizacji dalszej podróży. To doświadczenie naprawdę przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Z całego serca polecam!

Obsługa niezwykle życzliwa i zawsze gotowa do pomocy – zarówno w poruszaniu się po mieście, jak i w organizacji dalszej części naszej podróży (transport, rekomendacje, znalezienie kolejnego hotelu). Dzięki temu pobyt był nie tylko komfortowy, ale też dużo łatwiejszy. Polecam każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w Baku. Dodatkowym atutem była młoda koteczka „Manager” mieszkająca na recepcji 😸 Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Iuliia (10/5): Чудесный отель в сердце Баку - Чудесный отель, в котором сразу чувствуешь себя как дома. Персонал решает все проблемы с радостью. Наш номер был очень просторный и атмосферный, на двоих вообще шикарно, но нас было трое, а диван оказался не очень удобным спальным местом. Мы сказали об этом и нам принесли удобную кровать без всяких доплат) Завтраки не в самом отеле, а в 5 минутах хотьбы на красивой терассе с видом на море. Завтраки большие и вкусные, если заказать в отеле накануне, то стоили 15 манат на человека. В следующую поездку в Баку обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Константин (10/5): Отличное место, превзошло ожидания. - Отличное расположение - до улицы. где, например, можно вызвать такси - 5 минут. При этом в самом центре старого города. Есть своя смотровая площадочка со столиками - очень красивые виды и на море и на всю набережную - всегда открыта. Большой, красивый и чистый номер. Персонал выше всяких похвал - отличное отношение к гостям. Уборка какждый день. Рекомендованное место для завтрака - также отлично, завтраки даже слишком большие - брали 2 на четверых.

If you have older travelers with you or people with mobility issues getting to the hotel might be difficult. Keep that in mind

Guest (10/5): - Нам попался очень красивый номер с историческим дизайном. Все чисто, комфортно, все необходимые принадлежности есть. Местоположение просто супер, все в шаговой доступности, а цена очень порадовала. Но отдельно хотелось бы отметить сотрудников отеля - таких доброжелательных и отзывчивых людей я наверное еще нигде не встречала. Особая благодарность Зафару, очень помог сориентироваться в Баку, сопроводил до обменника и аптеки, рассказал где дешевле можно покушать, где можно сувениры купить и тд. Спасибо большое за такое гостеприимство!
Mia F (10/5): Recommend! - Really great spot, the room was beautifully decorated and luxurious, the rooftop was a lovely place to hang out, the staff was super helpful, including with laundry. The location was perfection, close to everything both in old town and in the main drag and along the water, just note that cars can't go into old town so you'll have to drag your suitcases up a little bit, but that is standard in old towns. Nothing, this is hands down the best stay in Baku's old town.
salvatore (10/5): Ospitalità meravigliosa - La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata davvero incantevole, grazie soprattutto alla straordinaria gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente, disponibile ed attento ad ogni mia esigenza. ho sentito un'ospitalità autentica che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. E poi, come non menzionare il vero manager delle camere: un adorabile gatta che si aggirava con fare elegante tra i corridoi, supervisionando tutto con la sua aria regale! Era impossibile non innamorarsi di lei, e la sua presenza ha aggiunto un tocco di magia all'atmosfera già accogliente dell'hotel. La camera era meravigliosa, spaziosa, arredata con gusto e impeccabilmente pulita. Un vero rifugio di relax… unico, piccolo problema: la mancanza di tende oscuranti! Per chi, come me, ama dormire al buio completo, è stato un dettaglio non da poco. Le luci della città o il sole mattutino filtravano facilmente, disturbando a volte il riposo. Ma credetemi lo staff è veramente super!!

Christian (8/5): Qiz Galasi er et godt hotel, men de største stjerner går til personalet. - Hotellet lå placeret i den charmerende gamle bydel, og derfor ingen trafikstøj, men de største stjerner skal gå til personalet. Receptionisterne, Amin og Zafan, var hjælpsomme, imødekommende og venlige helt udover det sædvanlige. En kæmpe tak til dem, fordi de gjorde en stor forskel for os. Der var nogen høj musik fra den nærliggende restaurant sent om aftenen, men hotellets personale reagerede hurtigt og hensigtsmæssigt i situationen.

Assel (10/5): Отель оставил приятное впечатление — несмотря на простую обстановку и старую мебель, всё соответствует своей цене, а впе - Отличное расположение, цена соответствует качеству. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Сам отель старый, мебель тоже не новая.
Eren (9/5): Şahane konum, mükemmel personel. - Konumu çok iyi. Her gün odaya ücretsiz su, çay, kahve servisleri vardı. Bir otelden beklenen her şey vardı. Otel çalışanlarının, özellikle Mehdi Bey'in ne kadar yardımsever olduğunu, tekerlekli sandalyedeki eşimi taşımamda bana ne kadar yardımcı olduğunu, valizlerimizi İçerişehir'in dışından otele kadar taşımasını, başka bir çalışanın da otelden İçerişehir'in dışına taşımasını unutmayacağım. Azerbaycan'ın insanları kadar iyi insan görmedim, bu otel çalışanları kadar da iyi çalışan görmedim. Sevmediğim herhangi bir şey yoktu.

The room is quite big with vantage decoration, quiet and comfy. The staff were so friendly, hospitable and considerate, giving us all information we needed. Li (10/5): A memorable experience in Baku and highly enjoyable stay in this hotel - The hotel is located in the Old Town, quite easy to hang out and walkable to city center and many attractions. The room was so big and clean, with vintage decoration. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable and helpful, giving us all information we needed and responded promptly to our requests. Everything was perfect, and we had a great time living there.

Eseniia (10/5): Отличный отель 🏩 - Нам очень понравился отдых в этом отеле. На ресепшене работают чудесные ребята, которые всегда готовы помочь. Особенно запомнились нам котенок-менеджер и кот-директор, которые создают в отеле уютную и домашнюю атмосферу. А какой великолепный вид открывается с крыши на башни! Там просто чудесно пить чай или кофе.

Polina (10/5): Great for a short stay; amazing location - Great location. Quiet place but very close to everything - sights, restaurants, and public transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable firm mattress. A bit small bed (double size) — we were sure that it would be “king” as the room’s name was “King”; but overall it was fine. Well equipped room and bathroom. Nice decor. Breakfast is not on the premises. Need to take a 5-min walk to the dedicated restaurant. But the restaurant has amazing views.

In the heart of old town Baku with everything on walking distance. No direct access for taxi and difficult to find it through google maps. However, staff was very supportive and helped to carry our luggage to the hotel. Overall it was very good

Тамара К. (10/5): Любимый отель🏘 - Отель просто пушка👌👍😃как я давно хотела попасть именно в него. Чистота идеальная, все туалетные пренадлежности, фен, постельное аж скрипит😻 встретили, чемоданы донесли, чаем напоили и вообще очень вежливые ребята и культурные. На завтрак ходили в соседний отель за 15 манат на человека. Думали лопнем, чего то всего так много принесли, естественно мы не справились. Кто кушает не много, берите один завтрак на двоих. Завтракали на площадке на крыше...вид потрясающий, ласточки летают, море видно и девечью башню.Отель находятся в старом городе, так что расположение отличное, так же вечером можно подняться на открытую площадку и попить винца с видом на пламенные башни💖 ...дают воду в бутылках на каждого 0.5л. На первом этаже стоит куллер с водой. Все продуманно до мелочей. При отъезде перекладывали все из сумок в сумки и чемоданы, не понимали сколько будет вешать багаж и ручная кладь, попросили весы и нам принесли их прям в комнату...сразу все стало на свои места, все разложили с умом, в аэропорту проблем не было...Ребята вызывали такси без вопросов и всегда готовы помочь. Итог...если хотите ощутить всю восточную атмосферу и прилично отдохнуть не теряйте время на поиски других отелей🤚 Что мало там пробыла, хотелось плакать😢
Lauren (9/5): Beautiful traditional style apartment in the centre of the old town. - The suite was huge and decorated very traditionally. The star of the show was the amazing, large balcony which faced the sea and had amazing views of the Flame Towers and also the entire Baku Boulevard. The location was ideal in the centre of the Old Town, but in a quite street. The bathroom was a little old fashioned and the shower was difficult to work. There was a restaurant directly below the balcony which played very loud music between 7-11pm which wasn't ideal.

Helen (9/5): Lovely hotel located in the Old City - The room was beautiful and a lovely sized bed. The room service was great and the staff was efficient at answering questions. The location was excellent in the old town and easy to get to. I didn't use the terrace but sounded like a great option. When room service came they kept taking away the soap bar which felt wasteful and was slightly annoying. Also the offer of a 2% discount when paying in cash is only true for those booking via the website and not on Booking.com
Wandervogel (9/5): Guter Preis und beste Lage um Baku zu Fuß zu erkunden - Sehr schöne Lage in der Altstadt, Taxi kann in der Nähe halten, einfach zu erreichen, nicht weit vom Konzerthaus und anderen interessanten Einrichtungen, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer wirklich sehr schön und angenehm. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr guter Preis! Transport zum Flughafen kostet circa 5 Euro mit dem Taxi. Das Hotel rief für mich das Taxi. Werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Baku komme. Mein Zimmer hatte die Fenster nach Innen in den Gang, nicht nach außen. Das hatte mich überrascht, aber es war ok.

Valeriya (10/5): Идеальное место для осмотра красивейшего Баку - Все было просто замечательно. Мы бронировали отель, чтоб переночевать на пересадке. Сначала нам показали номер на 1 этаже у лестницы, я попросила его поменять, тогда нам дали большой 3-х местный номер. Все идеально чисто, все есть, расположение ооооочень хорошее. Рядом метро, автобусные станции. У этого отеля есть свои котики, это отдельная милота. Номер очень красивый, античный. В прочем, из-за этого я его и бронировала. Отель просто рекомендую на 100500 Было слышно соседей сверху

Gaukhar (10/5): - Были в начале июня 2025 года. Нас было 4 подруги, разместились в одном большом номере. Нам очень понравился отель, персонал был очень вежливым и тактичным. Каждый день меня ванные принадлежности, в том числе зубные щетки. А также был безлимит по воде, что очень радует. Завтрак был в соседнем здании на террасе, как мы поняли это партнеры отеля. Все понравилось и цена, и еда)) Расположение шикарное, старый центр, недалеко от Девичьей башни. По ней и ориентировались. Рядом набережка, брендовые бутики, а также базарчик сувениров, сладостей и тд.
Igor (9/5): - Удобное расположение в старом городе, недалеко от метро. Тихо, спокойно, ничего не мешает выспаться. Номер оформлен в национальном стиле. Увлекательно разглядывать детали :) Кровать удобная. Большая ванная комната. Ресторана и завтраков нет, зато в номере есть мини-кухня, причём в отдельной комнате. Также можно в любое время воспользоваться террасой на крыше со столиками и приятным видом на город и море. Есть лифт. Вай-фай на крыше уже слабоват, но есть. Молодые ребята на ресепшн очень отзывчивые, готовы во всём помочь. В целом отличный вариант. Отзывы на странице отеля на Booking.com объективные, в отличие от многих других отелей в Баку. Не минус. Просто надо иметь в виду, что с большим багажом будет не очень удобно добираться до отеля от такси или общественного транспорта - много ступенек на пешеходных улочках вокруг отеля. Хотя и совсем недалеко идти.
