• Alexandre (10/5): Lovely, well equipped apartment in beautiful and quite complex - Nice and stylish, pet friendly apartment. Fabulous double-terrace with plenty of space for outdoor dinning. Nice views over the complex up to the sea on one side and surrounding hills on the other side. Inside the apartment is well and cosy furnished and very comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

Good bed mattress and pillows. The owner is quick to respond to messages. This is the first time in my travel history that I have given such a low rating to such a beautiful apartment, but there were big problems and little things that made our experience not very good. We chose this apartment because of the roof terrace with a nice view. Our plan was to have a quiet weekend and do yoga on the roof terrace with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the handle of the terrace door was broken, when the owner was informed he sent a woman the next morning who was supposed to fix the door. The door couldn't be fixed, it was offered to leave it open so we could use the terrace or closed but we wouldn't be able to use the terrace. We chose to keep it closed for safety and because of the high winds that come up during the winter. The door couldn't be closed tightly anymore, so that woman used duct tape to close the door. There was a gap through which the wind blew at night and moved the door. I understand that it was the weekend and no one is working, but there are emergency services that are more expensive but can fix problems on weekends too. Due to this issue, the owner offered one extra night free or one free night next winter. The bathroom window was also problematic and did not close tightly. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, later the owner explained why. There was only one large towel and two small for two people and they didn't smell fresh , glad we had our own towels. When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned well, there was a lot of dust on the kitchen surfaces and in the bathroom. There is a dining table with no chairs. Garbage bags were not placed in the trash cans. Someone had left half a bottle of juice in the fridge. A champagne cork lay on the floor of the balcony. Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly prepared for guests.
