Alvaro (1/5): Una estafa - Únicamente la ubicación La persona que nos atendió nos exigió el día antes del check-in una fianza en cash de 400€. Algo no recogido en las bases. Llegó 30 minutos tarde a la entrega de llaves. Nos hizo descalzarnos y él iba con los calcetines rotos, un detalle poco estético cuánto menos. El apartamento es vergonzoso. No sabemos cómo Booking trabaja con ellos. La terraza no se puede ni pisar por la suciedad. La bañera, no tiene ducha, tiene el tubo de desagüe de la lavadora dentro (la lavadora esta dentro del baño y casi no se cabe). La casa esta llena de cables por los suelos y llena de alfombras debido al material del suelo que aconsejan no pisar. El acceso al apartamento es lúgubre y oscuro. Al irnos pronto el día del check-out, no pudieron devolvernos la fianza y estuvimos persiguiéndoles ya desde Madrid durante casi 1 mes hasta conseguirlo. Ya dábamos por perdido el dinero pero lo recuperamos. Jamás lo recomendaría a nadie. ¡Ni a mi mayor enemigo!
