La limpieza, el baño estaba muy bien pero si es verdad que la encimera no estaba limpia tenía manchas y la cafetera estaba sucia.

• Claudia Patricia (10/5): Una vacación mas para añadir a la lista de mis mejores recuerdos. - el apartamento tiene una vista a la playa espectacular, es un apartamento muy práctico, muy limpio y además los dueños son muy amables y muy atentos y están siempre listos para ofrecerle el mejor servicio al huésped y para resolver cualquier inquietud que tenga el huesped con respecto a la estancia.

Once inside key safe was tough to open Size of the room was that of a converted storage cupboard with a pull down bed. Bathroom was the size of a outdoor porta loo

• Romina (10/5): Muy contentos - Ha sido una reserva express (el día anterior) para mis padres, quienes tuvieron un imprevisto y necesitaban quedarse sí o sí una noche más en Torremolinos. Al poco de hacer la reserva, me escribió el anfitrión dándome todas las indicaciones necesarias para el check in. El estudio es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, pequeño pero funcional, la cama es abatible por lo que se puede subir cuando no se usa y ganar más espacio. Las ventanas tienen unas vistas al mar estupendas. Y por último, estaba muy limpio lo que siempre es de agradecer. A mis padres les ha gustado todo, repetiremos :)

• Igor (9/5): Superb - Great location, nice view, lots of free parking near building. Shops and restaurants are near. Small but functional room, we did not spend much time in, so it was not important to us. Hosts were fantastic, gave us many recommendations about local cuisine and events.
• Julie (5/5): Damp room. - It was very close to the seafront and the walks were lovely lovely bars and restaurants The apartment was damp with mould on the walls. My clothes were damp when I went to wear them.

• Tim (3/5): Poor - Location near beach, restaurants and entertainment. Quiet. Apartment too small and compact, particularly when bed is pulled down. While the wide window is good for the view, it doesn't close tightly and when the wind blows it whistles noisely. Not good for sleeping to say the least. Electronic door lock did not work on arrival. Fortunately, a spare key was available in the postbox on floor 1. Utensils were the minimum expected.

• Lisa (8/5): Perfect location with room for improvement - The sunrise every morning . Location is right next to the sea front . It's about 5 minutes work to harbour and 5 mins work to Lidl at the top of the road. Bed is comfy even if it is a pull down. There is a hairdryer but wasn't listed on items available in the apartment but a bonus Pool not open yet, but it is early in the season . Even if it was there isn't any room for seating around it or available . I know the room is small but there's a lack of places to put things away or on. It's quite noisy in the bathroom If it's been raining. There is a constant dripping noise. The condensation on the inside of the windows after rain

• Kateryna (10/5): I recommend it for those who like to live by the sea, we liked it. - Beautiful view from the window, convenient location, clean. Maximum 1-2 person. The owners of the apartment are kind people, they allowed to move in earlier, thanks to them. Everything perfectly.
• Ciarahos778 (8/5): Nice view - Super location! Great apartment for 2 people, or ideal for solo travelers. Great facilities. A superb view!! We opened the windows out for the full experience. Great place for short stays. You are a bit stuck for space with the bed down but you can put it up during the day. Be mindful if your luggage is bulky as this will lessen your space in the room.
• Ian (2/5): Limited accommodation and almost impossible to find - We nearly gave up to find the property .Nowhere was there a sign indicating the whereabouts .The building was called Neptune and the address nowhere mentioned that .It was pure luck that we guessed the building . The key instructions were vague . I’m afraid the room was small and uninviting with a put you up bed . I’m a frequent user of Booking.com and not one to complain ,but this was a disaster .No one in the block or nearby bars had heard of rental apartments. It’s a shame because the beach area nearby is lovely .Frankly we nearly walked away even when at last found the property after an hour and a half searching . Regards Ian Gearing
• Helena (8/5): I enjoyed the stay. the host is nice, the location is good - The location is superior. Two minutes and you can enjoy the beach and the sea. I also liked it in the mornings, when you can wake up with sunrise. It is really small, so it can be used only for a sleep and shower. And there is all a limited amount of hot water, so you can be in a shower like no more than 5 min, maybe less.

• M (10/5): If you want beach, you got it here! - It's a cozy little studio that has a magnificent unobstructed ocean view. Every detail of the apartment has been studiously renovated to be modern and pretty. It's located 5 meters from the swimming pool and 20 meters from the beach. At the entrance of the beach, there's a massage parlor for those achy muscles. And you'll find a vibrant restaurant and shopping area. Welcome to Paradise! I couldn't find any particular fault except that people in general can be very loud, but that's not the host's fault.
