• Walter (10/5): Great place, excellent location, beautiful view, and a very comfortable stay! - I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well organized. Great location in one of the best neighborhoods, with easy access to everything. The view is beautiful and the place feels safe and welcoming. Communication was also quick and easy. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything was as expected. The stay was smooth and very pleasant.

• Antonio Carlos (3/5): A menos que queira algo de baixo custo e não se importe com o conforto e comodidades, não recomendo - Condominio bom, vaga de garagem boa, apartamento no geral bom e espaçoso Manutenção precária, chuveiro vaza água por todo lado, inclusive na parte elétrica, não consegui tomar banho. O outro banheiro é improvisado e nem box para banho tem. Utensilios, eletrodomesticosd, roupas de cama e móveis já bastante desgastados pelo uso contínuio. A localização é boa mas a vista dá para a Rodovia Dutra, então tem barulho a carros e caminhões passando a noite inteira
• ANTONIO (10/5): Apesar de ter ficado apenas uma noite, foi tudo perfeito o apartamento é maravilhoso, bem localizado e o dono muito aten - Apartamento super prático, espaçoso, tudo muito limpo, contato com o dono super tranquilo me atendeu na hora e super receptivo.

• Kent (5/5): Nice stay in an aparment that with small improvements could have been perfect - The area was nice and safe. The apartment nice, but smaller than on the pictures We did not get the complete address (we thought we had it, but crucial information was missing), so the taxi from the airport left us on the wrong address. The owner turned out not to be there. This wasn't a problem but we had not been told how to be received. The floors were very dirty and inside all cupboards very dirty, especially in the kitchen. The apartment wasn't equipped for 7 persons as stated. Some item's were 2,3 or 4 of like glases, cups etc. Not enough and even broken clothes hangers. The beds were not made properly. Only the double bed had all the bed linnen and pillow cases, all other not. We had to ask for more which eventually was delivered to us.
