• Martin (2/5): Horrible..Maximum dissatisfaction. 👎👎👎 - The only thing we liked was that the apartment was close to the lake and the center. The lady I called was so unpleasant that I didn't want to talk to her. I didn't receive any email for online check in but she went to convince me that I was actually an idiot and they sent it but I checked it and there was nothing there so she was the idiot. The beds were probably the worst I've ever slept on and I've traveled a lot around the world. and only 1 small..maybe the smallest pillow on this planet....Horrible!! Batteries in the remotes? Only one so I had to swap them from one to the other. The entire house is under renovation, so boys with hammers will set your romantic alarm clock. After this i will never take my family to your apartment.

When I informed the staff, they asked for my exact location, then disappeared. Heaters were almost not working. Terrible experience, not worth the money. Definitely not worth it.

• Daniel (7/5): Well located - Appartment is super spacious, really close to the main square, shopping area, restaurants, lake, bus station, parking lot, food market! We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom appartment, and it is exactly like in the pictures! For parking we parked on the street 2 days. There is an app (Parkingpay) where I only paid 10 CHF for a whole day. If not there is a parking lot right beside there where I paid 5CHF for like 4h on the last day! There was construction in the appartment beside us and on top of us starting 8am. Appartment is new or newly renovated and there is already a tile that is broken in the living room and the main shower’s caulking was badly done so water drips everywhere in that bathroom. We had appartment 1

Im Appartment über uns war es am Freitag und Samstagabend sehr lärmig, ab 22h- nach Mitternacht und dann wieder ab 6h als die Leute vom Ausgang zurückgekommen sind. Es wurde laut Musik gehört, diskutiert und Möbel rummgeschoben. Die Hausordnung wurde nicht respektiert. Aber das scheint niemand sonst gekümmert zu haben. Die Fenster musste man auch zu lassen wegen dem Lärm draussen (nicht Verkehr sondern Geschrei/laute Diskussionen).

Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verbraucht und was kaputt ist wird nicht geflickt. Sehr schade. Der Balkon wurde seit Jahren nicht gereinigt. Alles voll mit Vogelkake.

La cocina está deficientemente equipada y no es adecuada para una estancia de cuatro personas: • La vajilla y los utensilios de cocina son muy antiguos, desgastados y desiguales. • Las sartenes están prácticamente destruidas y no son utilizables. • Solo había una olla grande, muy antigua y sin tapa. • La vajilla está incompleta y no es uniforme (solo 3 tazas de café para 4 huéspedes, platos de diferentes tamaños y estilos, cubiertos mezclados e incompletos). • Las tablas de cortar son muy antiguas y están en condiciones inaceptables. En general, los utensilios y la vajilla parecen objetos que deberían ser reemplazados, no ofrecidos a los huéspedes. Además, la placa de cocina no funcionaba en absoluto. Intentamos reiniciarla varias veces sin éxito, lo que hizo imposible cocinar. Teniendo en cuenta el precio y las expectativas creadas por las fotos del anuncio, esta estancia no cumple con los estándares de calidad de Booking.com. Considero que esta situación debería ser revisada, ya que el alojamiento no corresponde a lo anunciado.

• Semhar (7/5): Agréable - L'emplacement à quelque pas de tout ce dont nous avions besoin durant le séjour (lac, restaurants, magasins), la qualité et la propreté avec les équipements à disposition sont les choses agréables dans cet appartement. Les instructions sur l'emplacement de l'entrée avec les boîtes à clés n'était pas claire ce qui a fait que nous avons tourné en rond au beau milieu de la nuit (arriver prévue après minuit) pour le trouver. L'heure de départ qui était de 10h un peu trop tôt, nous aurions préféré sortir de l'appartement à 12h au plus tard comme dans la plupart des abergements.

• Kumar (7/5): Appartamenti spaziosi e accoglienti, ma con piccoli dettagli da migliorare - L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso, molto comodo e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, ambiente tranquillo e tutto in ordine. Ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax. L’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era abbastanza funzionale, ma abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi: la caffettiera non funzionava e nella cucina mancavano alcune padelle e pentole fondamentali per cucinare. Sarebbe utile un po’ più di attenzione a questi dettagli.

• Cecilia (9/5): Toccata e fuga - Siamo stati a Lugano un weekend per fare una sorpresa a mio fratello, che studia in Svizzera. Il locale è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è perfetta, si trova in pieno centro. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un omaggio di benvenuto con bottiglia di bollicine sul tavolo. La struttura omaggia inoltre un discreto assortimento di capsule per la macchinetta del caffè. Ottima anche la disponibilità dello staff. Avevamo richiesto l’aggiunta di una culla (a pagamento), ma al nostro arrivo non c’era. Nonostante avessimo indicato come orario di arrivo le 20, siamo arrivati alle 22, ma il referente ivan ha risposto alla chiamata e ci ha portato subito la culla, scusandosi… Costo della struttura: Purtroppo in Svizzera i prezzi sono molto alti ovunque Ambiente non del tutto curato: il frigorifero aveva il rivestimento delle ante rotto.. ma nel complesso l’appartamento era molto bello… difficile trovarne così in Italia

• Groo (7/5): Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Lage - Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut. Sie lag sehr zentral und hatte alles in der Nähe. Auch Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber. Die Lautstärke der Hauptstraße war ziemlich zu hören, war aber auch klar, wenn die Wohnung direkt in der Stadt liegt. Man konnte sich also gut drauf vorbereiten. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat uns leider enttäuscht. Wir waren insgesamt vier Leute aber es gab zu wenig Besteck, Tassen und Gläser für uns vier. Außerdem kannten wir das aus anderen Ferienwohnungen, dass Lebensmittel wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer bereits vorhanden war und man diese somit nicht zusätzlich kaufen musste. Das wird meistens sowieso nicht aufgebraucht,

The washing machine has a dryer option. Salt and a drop of oil in the cupboard would have been nice. Electricity adapter as well. A lamp on the desk in the master bedroom has no socket to plug in.

• Sarah (8/5): Sehr gut - Lage hervorragend. Wohnung sehr grossräumig und alles vorhanden. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen da und haben die Küche zum Kochen nicht gebraucht. Die Gegend war ruhig. Auch scheint die Bar mit lauter Musik unten nicht mehr in Betrieb zu sein, so dass wir ungestört schlafen konnten. Es gibt ein paar ‚wear and tear‘ von Vormietern.

• Neil (6/5): Fabulous location, functional space but lacking charm - Excellent location and plenty of space for a family of four. Charmless. Despite the gorgeous town, the views are non existent (or into alleyways or into other buildings). Apartment could use a fresh coat of paint as there are scuffs and marks all over the walls. Everything - including bedding and furniture - is basic.

• curcio (6/5): - La posizione, istruzioni per accesso, spazi. Bottiglia di benvenuto. Non era presente lo zucchero, nonostante ci fossero le cialde. Il terzo letto non era preparato, perché divanoletto, tra l'altro scomodo. Pochi asciugamani. Non siamo riusciti ad aprire porta ingresso scale dal citofono.

• Sergei (6/5): This apartment could be much better in more caring hands - 1. The apartment is very spacious. 2. The greeting bottle of wine. 3. New kit of dish sponge and washing gel. 4. Good bathroom with a perfect shower. 1. There was no instruction for wi-fi connection; it took time to receive them from the host. 2. The iron was absolutely unusable, with the durty soleplate which marked my white shirt. I asked to replace it, but they ignored my request. 3. No ironing board. I asked about it and they replied they would check, but didnt return with further information. 4. The AC in the bedroom was berely cooling (seems it needs check up and service). 5. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable; the mattress was too soft and the pillows were impossibly thin, just like the pieces of the blanket. 6. No detergent for washing machine. 7. Frying pan in a bad condition.
• Stefania (10/5): Ottimo posto, centralissimo. Occhio solo che il servizio è tutto virtualizzato - La posizione, centralissima. Tutte le mete più interessanti di Lugano perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, tuttavia i cuscini sono troppo bassi. Fortunatamente ne abbiamo trovati altri da appoggiare ai precedenti, così da ottenere il comfort ideale per il collo. Eravamo in 4, quindi i nostri figli hanno dormito sul divano letto che non è esattamente comodissimo, per fortuna è stato un soggiorno breve, si sono adattati bene. Il parcheggio in zona è difficile da trovare, ma poco distante è possibile riporre il proprio mezzo in un autosilo a pagamento che, come tutta Lugano, anche in questo caso non è una soluzione economica, ma almeno si è tranquilli e comodi. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, devo dire che il suo stile moderno e chic mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Assolutamente consigliato. Per trovare la chiave, una caccia al tesoro. Nessun contatto con un operatore in carne e ossa, anche ai pochissimi messaggi, non ho avuto risposta. Mandano un file con immagini e frecce pensando che siccome per loro lo spazio in cui si muovono è chiaro, allora necessariamente debba esserlo anche per qualcuno che stanco dal viaggio e del tutto nuovo nell'ambiente, sia chiaro che la chiave si trovi esattamente nella parte posteriore dell'edificio rispetto all'entrata. Chiaramente non considerano che per il 90% degli europei che arrivano, la Svizzera non rientra nel servizio telefonico convenzionato e che molti non hanno a disposizione dati cellulari o la possibilità di telefonare. Sarebbe da correggere un pochino il tiro
• HAMZA (7/5): - L'accueil est bien l'accès est facile avec un emplacement idéal proche du centre du lac et du parc ciani ainsi que la gare routière Le bâtiment est propre contemporain et sécurisé Manque de place de parking à proximité hors parking souterrain. La présence de poussière au sol était gênante mais l'appartement était propre en général. Le point négatif dans cet appartement c'est le couchage. Le matelas n'était pas confortable les coussins aussi,le canapé lit est Encore plus inconfortable qui grince a chaque mouvement toute la nuit La télécommande du climatiseur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et donc on avait la clim jour et nuit. Mais dans l'ensemble ça reste un bon apparemment.
• Omar (7/5): - Location The pillows were flat like pancakes, the A/C in the bedroom wasn't working (someone came to see it and promised to come back to repair it) but didn't, the toilet flush keeps getting stuck, the window in the sitting room didn't open, the fridge door and the dishwasher were difficult to open.
• Sylvia (5/5): Despite being clean and very well located this is a sad apartment. - Great location. Easy access. Very clean. Having chosen this flat for the air conditioning I was disappointed to discover the AC in bedroom was not working properly. Called agency to no avail, left message still no response. Not satisfactory. Also the flat is looking rundown (cracked mirror, damaged surface) and was never attentively decorated (f.i. No socket nearby to plug desk lamp into). Shame.
