• Haşim (1/5): - Extrem schmutzig – überall Spinnenweben, als wäre seit mindestens einem Jahr nicht geputzt worden. Der Zustand war so schlimm, dass ich Angst hatte, krank zu werden. Ich habe den Schmutz selbst mit eigenen Augen gesehen und dokumentiert. Die Heizung war ab April abgestellt – trotz eiskalter Nächte in Deutschland. Es gab nur einen Heizlüfter für mehrere Zimmer. Wir konnten weder vor Kälte noch vor Ekel schlafen. Einzig die Lage war positiv. Alles andere war inakzeptabel. Ich werde diese Erfahrung auch bei weiteren Stellen melden.

• Vikram (7/5): Fair für den Preisniveau - Groß genug für 5 Erwachsenen. Erdgeschoss und kleine Terrasse. Ruhig. Kein Geschirrspüler Geschirr und Utensilien veraltet. Kein Duschvorhang. Keine reservierte Parkplätze bedeutet, das Parken vor die Haustür kann nicht garantiert werden. Die Hauptstraße vor den Haus hat einen Neigung, und wenn man nicht gut genug Fahrerfahrung hat, wird das Parallelparken herausfordernd.

• Marina (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Parkplatz direkt draußen, perfekte Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
• Leandra (7/5): Prima overnachting op doorreis - Ruim appartement met grote kamers. Dichtbij een supermarkt en bakkerij (die zelfs op zondagochtend open is!). Mooie locatie. Als je even een paar minuten loopt heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Babybedje en kinderstoel aanwezig zonder dat we dit hadden aangegeven, wat voor ons uiteindelijk top was! Bij binnenkomst rook het erg muffig en naar "natte" hond. Je zag ook op twee plekken placemats staan waar normaal gesproken hondenetensbakken staan vermoed ik. Ook het beddengoed en de handdoeken roken muf. Ik had in ieder geval niet het gevoel dat ik nog heel lekker rook of helemaal schoon was na het afdrogen met zo'n handdoek. Ook spinnenrag en schimmelplekken op bepaalde plekken. Mijn man heeft ook het bad nog zelf schoon moeten maken, want die was niet schoon. Enorm krakende en niet heel comfortabele matrassen. Voor één nacht niet zo erg, maar ik zou het niet aanraden voor meerdere nachten.

• Rachel (7/5): Good - The location was very close to the fortress was very close to the apartment and there was a nice path to hike up to it. It also had a store close by to get groceries at. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel all of the springs. The rooms also smelled very musty/moldy and those with allergies noticed it right away.

• Erast (7/5): Neutral feedback - The apartment itself is well located. Rooms are spacious, and ceilings are high. Bathroom with interesting interior in dark tones. Unfortunately, in all rooms, a persistent cigarette smoke was present. That was very uncomfortable for me and my family as for non-smokers.

• Gabriele (5/5): It works for a week but falls short of what we expect of German standards. - Easy access to middle Rhine, only 2km from bridge to explore west or east bank. Ideal to get into Koblenz by public transport, 3 bus routes into city daily. Train station about 1.5km walk. Two supermarkets within 200m. Apartment is large with high ceilings. Deep bath. Beds are basic and wooden slatted, makes a lot of noise when you roll over. Kitchen is poor. Oven doesn’t work, only 1 ring works properly and another only half works….a camping stove is supplied, but I’m not camping! No tin opener, no bread knife, some knives came apart easily. Not all windows could be opened to air, some shutters didn’t work, not acceptable in bedroom, where only one works and faces the main road traffic and lights. Shower needs a curtain and safety mat. Welcome pack and guidance would be handy. Advert implies parking, this on main street only, on a first come first serve basis, but is a lay-by. Washing machine also is in the basement and shared with 5 other flats. Next to garages where a lot of people meet and noise. Entrance hallway often has pungent smell, but doesn’t pervade into flat. Cleaning could be improved
• Aruna (9/5): Overall satisfying experience at the stay. - We liked the home like comfort that was offered. The apartmemt was really comfortable, cleaned and all details taken care for the baby. Spacious and everthing that we needed for the stay with 2 kids were available there. Minor problem was squeeking bed in the master bedroom and the mattress was thin, so the bed frames were hurting when sitting on the bed. The corridor damp smell was bad as everyone else mentioned. But once inside the apartment it was perfectly fine.
• Laura (7/5): Spacious apartment but could be cleaner. - Lots of space and comfy beds and nearby parking. Only one bed was made so had to request additional bedding, quite a lot of noise from traffic and toilet had hairs on it when we arrived. Also had dirty cups and cobwebs. cleaner entered the apartment before check-out time without knocking.
• Neeraj (8/5): Very good - They apartment is really spacious and value for money. The location is also great and walking distance from the fort. Instructions on WiFi usage, and cleaning waste would have been great. Maybe a note on the local attractions will be helpful.
