- Michele (7/5): . - Posibildad de dejar las maletas antes del horario de check in, posiccion muy buena cerca de la gran via pero al mismo tiempo tranquila y silenciosa. Las almohadas estaban muy incomodas, faltaban ollas y las sartenes estaban muy estropeadas.

- Nicola (5/5): Um ótimo apartamento com uma péssima cama - O apartamento é ótimo, aconchegante, bem equipado, tudo funcionando bem, limpo, muito bem localizado, me hospedaria novamente tranquilamente, desde que troquem a cama A cama é a pior cama que já dormi nas minhas viagens, o tamanho é razoável para um casal, não é motivo de desconforto, mas o colchão afunda, as molas fazem barulho, simplesmente horrível. Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é o fato do box do chuveiro não ter porta, todo banho acaba molhando uma parte do banheiro Além disso, dá para escutar perfeitamente a TV do vizinho estando no quarto, isso não me incomodou muito, mas pode incomodar alguém mais sensível a sons. Desses pontos, o único que não me faria voltar ao apartamento é a cama, os outros 2 são menos importantes, dada a qualidade de todo o resto do apartamento

- Kurt (8/5): Great stay and very central - The apartment is central near the metro, shopping centres, and places of interest, it was clean and easily accessible. We could clearly hear neighbours talking especially during the night. The bedroom and the bed itself is a bit small.

- Craig (5/5): Horrible bed and customer service - Good central location. Not much street noise. Reasonably new furnishings (except bed, see below). THE BED WAS A DISASTER. Probably the worst bed I have ever slept on. It was tiny for a couple with a very soft flimsy mattress. Worst of all - it creaked endlessly. Every single movement we made caused it to make loud creaking noises. We were able to sleep on it only because we were so tired ... I complained to the management immediately when I detected the problem upon arrival, but they refused to do anything about it, claiming that everything had been checked and was fine. I wonder if they actually tried to USE the bed ... To me the quality of the bed is a significant component of the quality of the accommodation, and this was a resounding failure. Another thing is that the neighbor had his TV right behind the bedroom wall, and would have it blaring on til midnight every day, so although we had no street noise, we had plenty from right through the thin walls, which did not help us with our sleep either ... In summary, do NOT rent this apartment if you value your sleep (unless the bed is replaced and the neighbor is asked to move his TV).

Accesibilidad de contacto con el arrendatario. Facilidad en ingreso. Equipamiento y ropa de blanco. Como sugerencia recomendaría cambiar la cama por un sommier o similar, ya que la que hay no es muy confortable (hace ruido al moverse y el colchón se hunde). Las almohadas buenísimas!!

- Milsom (8/5): Great apartment in the centre of Madrid. - Fantastic location off Gran Via and great location for walking around central Madrid. Apartment was comfortable and clean with good amenities and wifi. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Kept getting messages I hadn't paid the security deposit, but system would only allow payment in the 24 hours before the stay. This added a bit of stress and uncertainty to an otherwise excellent experience.
