• Abdelrazzaq (10/5): Perfect location, plenty to do, lots in walking distance, uber and trains were easy and cheep. - The host was excellent, flexible with the check in and very accommodating. He used google translate to make sure we understood everything and recommended places to go. Because we were out of season there was some building work across the road which was noisy from 8-5pm Monday to Friday! The host couldn’t do anything about this and probably was not aware of it, It didn’t affect our enjoyment but it wouldn’t be great if you wanted a lie in!

• Gillian (8/5): Other than the cafe very good - We didn't like the cafe waitress in the cafe by the pool. She was quite rude and served the Sp Spanish guests before us. There was no paper in the pool toilet's so we had to ask the cafe staff who didnt have any .we tried to take some serviettes and she snatched them back from my friend .

• David (7/5): Well located apartment, great host but property now rather tired ! - Location is really good with ready access to main attractions of Benalmadena. Nice block of apartments with lifts to the apartment. Quite spacious and having two bathrooms is a bonus. Flight was delayed due to weather but host still welcomed us with a smile ... The property and decor is really tired now and in need of a refurbishment. Whilst as clean as circumstances would allow, decorating, new furniture, bedding and general facilities would take it to another level.

• Kazimir (10/5): Hidden gem of Benalmadena - Host took great care explaining everything, even came back with beach towels and more local info Place is bit dated but spacious and exceptionally clean with modern bathrooms and has absolutely everything for short-long stay . Location just perfect, supermarket and dozen+ eateries within 100m. To the surf 150. Large balcony to chill on. Only thing beyond the owners control was closure of the swimming pool for the season, however we came for the beach so it didn't concern that much.

The host, the property, the volume of helpful household items in the apartment, exceeded my expectations. Nothing, everything was perfect
• Mirjam (10/5): Perfect location - Great location, everything we needed was nearby. The kitchen was perfect, everything worked and er was enough space for everyone. Very friendly host. The only comment I have is the couch, wich is not very comfortable if you are tall. But we barely sat on it because we were always outside, so no problem :)

• John (1/5): SAD apartment disappointing, BUT lovely visit to Benemadena with Grandchildren, - The pool and surrounds, location good. Apartment poor, not up to description on booking site. Apartment very tired, All furnishings linen etc seemed to be from second hand store. Towels seen better days, half loo roll for 2, toaster out of the ark, no english channels on tv. We were four and it was small, tight fit if you book for 7, one bed was on balcony with no furniture, sofa bed poor.
