• Sandra (7/5): Fijn appartement, goed naar ons zin gehad - Het was erg prettig dat er 2 slaapkamers en badkamers waren en een privé parkeerplaatst. Het appartement is aan het strand, vlakbij een strandtent Het inchecken ging moeizaam: - verkeerde code voor de deur ontvangen en de afstandbediening van de garage deed het niet. De host reageerde niet snel op berichten

• Silke (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt am Strand - Eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, 20 min. zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Super Kommunikation mit Monicá ( der Gastgeberin) per Whatsapp, die nicht vor Ort war, sich aber um alles sofort gekümmert hat. Schöner Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt. Da wir längere Zeit dort waren, hätte ich mir eine bessere Küchenaustattung (einige Teller angeschlagen, nur eine kleine Salatschale..) gewünscht. Könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.. Tiefgaragenplatz etwas weit von der Wohnung entfernt.
• Cuellar Olmo (10/5): We would love to stay there again - We love the property. It was very clean beautiful the location was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the parking lot we had to walk through the buildings. It was very confusing. We figure it out later.

• Jeanette (9/5): Perfekt för familjeresa - Läget och rymligt med två badrum. Välstädat. Vänlig och hjälpsam värd. Passar bra att resa med ungdomar som vill ha egna rum och eget badrum. Tyst och mörkt i sovrummet. För lite porslin och glas. Poolen var stängd för säsongen redan 15 september. Framgick inte tydligt på booking.

• Nicole (10/5): - Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause, was auch an der herzlichen Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin liegt. Sie hat uns sogar einen späteren Check-in ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und toll ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Wohnanlage mit schönem Pool. Den Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Unser großer Combi inkl. Dachbox war Dank der großzügigen Tiefgarage gut aufgehoben. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand (Strandbar ist sehr zu empfehlen). Die historische Altstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein großer Supermarkt liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nichts. Alles war perfekt.

• Adel (10/5): Fantastic apartment/host - The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with more home comforts than you could ever need. Monica went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and was very easy to communicate with. Right on the beach, as well as a lovely warm pool that is meticulously maintained. The apartment, host, and complex were absolutely faultless. There are not many restaurants/bars in the area. It was a leisurely 20-minute walk to the main strip and old town, and while that didn't bother me, some of our party felt it was too far in the temperatures we had while there. The showers in the apartment ran from very hot to cold mid shower, which was a little uncomfortable. Overall, the problems were a very minor inconvenience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
• Joel (9/5): Très bon séjour - Très bel emplacement près de la plage et non loin du centre historique. Le parking dans la résidence est un plus indéniable. Très belle piscine même si elle ferme un peu tôt le soir. Peut être mettre un plan google map plus précis pour l'entrée du garage mais notre hôte est très réactive au téléphone pour expliquer si besoin.

• Simpson (10/5): Amazing - Great location, literally 1 min and you're on the beach where there is a gorgeous restaurant (closed Wednesday evenings) and next door a beach bar. 5 minute walk to Playa Padre where they have great dance on a Sunday and Thursday. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms, perfect. You can see the beach from the balcony. 10 to 15 mins walk into Marbella, £7.70 in a taxi. We had the most fantastic time in this apartment, it is perfect and has everything you need. There is a petrol station next to the apartment that sells fresh bread, plus you can buy necessaties there too. The The nearest big supermarket is about half an hour walk or 5 minutes in a taxi.
• Martin (9/5): Excellent property, great value. - The property is excellent value and really well maintained. We loved it, the apartment has all you would need. The local beaches are excellent, the advantage of not being near the center is that the beaches were not crowded. There is an excellent bar at the beach outside the hotel and we had 2 great meals at the next bar down (SACAY). Beer and wine are very reasonably priced. Food about the same as the UK. This is a purely personal opinion but we would have liked to be nearer the center of Town. This wasn't a big problem but something to bear in mind.

• Danielle (10/5): We had a great stay in Marbella. - The property was located near the center of Marbella. The unit was clean and just right for our family. The host was very accommodating and had all of the things you need to take a walk to the beach or pool. The beach was just outside of the building - we had a great stay. The building itself was located just a bit outside of town, so it felt secluded. There were two or three small restaurants on the beach, but we had to drive into the centro to enjoy downtown Marbella. It was just a few minutes drive so not bad.
• Dawn (6/5): Nice apartment but be wary of the shower water temps! - The view was very nice from the balcony -- ocean one direction and mountains the other. The furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The garage was navigable in the SUV we rented during our trip. (That wasn't true in other places we stayed.) The water in the shower was almost dangerous! When showering, all 4 of us had the same experience. The water would be adjusted to our liking and then radically change from hot to cold during the shower without us even touching the adjustment knobs. I have no idea why this happened but it was very unpleasant.

The owner was a very friendly woman which helped us pick a nice restaurant for dinner and a nice breakfast. Good parking spot for the car too.
