• Francine (8/5): Great - The property was in a great area, it was nice and spacious, a big two bedroom with a lovely little balcony. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book with them again We had an issue trying to get into the apartment as the pin lock wasn’t working and didn’t let us in but the owners of the property were super helpful and efficient, they answered us straight away and it was resolved in minutes

• Veronica (10/5): APARTAMENTO AMPLIO EN ZONA RESIDENCIAL - El apartamento está muy bien. Es amplio y está dentro de una urbanización privada, con ascensor y garaje. Está en una zona residencial al lado del museo de ciencias.Está Mercadona y otros comercios a 300m, y la parada del bus, que te lleva al centro, está a dos minutos. Los autobuses están continuamente pasando, hay muy buena combinación para desplazarte. Sí quieres darte un capricho, están Mac Donald's, Popeye...Y a 1'5km hay un centro comercial enorme. Nada

• Nathalie (10/5): nice location and overall facilities - Everything was fine, I was travelling alone and for work, but this location would be perfect for a family in vacation. Inside the property there are many playing grounds for kids, tennis courts and swimming pool (unfortunately out of order during my stay) I am not used to this key situation when you need to pick up a key at the public bank, it went overall well, special thanks to the driver who helped with that, but I was very stressed and uncomfortable with that. I would prefer knowing in advance that the swimming pool was out of order.

• Raquel (8/5): Buen alojamiento en Granada - El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado y estaba en perfecto orden con todo lo necesario. El pomo de la puerta del baño se quedaba atascado en ocasiones y los vecinos de al lado (los que comparten pared con uno de los dormitorios) son bastante ruidosos a altas horas de la madrugada.

• Gabriela (10/5): Tranquilo, comodo, seguro para viartqr Granada. - Muy cómodo, muy tranquilo y agradable el entorno. Fue una muy buena elección . Bien ubicado, supermercado cerca, buena locomoción al centro. El apartamento es espacioso y bien equipado.

• RAY (8/5): BRILLIANT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - The property was excellent, 10 out of 10 It was a 45-minute walk into town through a park and along the river/storm drain. The owners tried to save money by putting the keys in a key box on a bench behind a restaurant. BIG FAIL they originally met their clients but chose not to do so It's a big complex with all the blocks looking the same and no manned reception. When we left, someone had stolen the key box, and we had to leave the keys in the room I would suggest they meet all future clients at the gate entrance and show them the parking and direct route to the apartment, including how to use the lift security keys STRESSY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Ran (9/5): 그라나다 최고의 숙소 ! - 방 2개가 있는 고급스럽고 고즈넉한 부잣집에서 하루 자고 갔습니다. 남편이 숙소 보자마자 여기 얼마냐고 물을 정도였어요 ㅋㅋ 세탁기, 빨래 건조대, 테라스도 편하게 쓰고 빨래도 금방 말라 너무 좋았습니다. 조용하고 여유로운 고급 빌라에서 하루 보내고 왔는데 하루만 예약해서 아쉬울 정도였어요. 테라스 사진이 없어 아쉽네용 거대한 아파트 단지에 키 찍고 들어오는데 입구에 관리인도 계십니다. 다른 아파트 주민들도 눈 마주치면 인사하고 친절하시네요 수영장은 아파트 여러 동 한 가운데에 있는데 10월이라 그런지(?) 아무도 안 썼고 저 혼자 썼다면 좀 민망했을거 같기도 합니당 얼리 체크인 가능하도록 열쇠와 주소 관련한 메일을 일찍 보내주셔서 감사했습니다. 1. 부킹 닷컴 어플 문제 - 호스트와의 메시지( + 예약 내역)가 조회되지 않는 문제 주인한테 받았던 열쇠가 있는 주소가 담긴 메시지도 날아갔고 겨우겨우 이메일을 찾은 끝에야 남편이 그 주소로 가서 열쇠를 찾아 숙소에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 1) 이메일로 오는 열쇠 주소와 그 주소의 사진이 담긴 호스트의 메시지가 어플에 저장되지 않았음 (PC에만 저장됨) 2) 호스트의 메일이 네이버 메일함의 다른 폴더로 들어가는 바람에 열쇠가 있는 주소 확인을 늦게한 본인의 불찰도 있었음 PC에서는 모든 메시지와 예약 내역이 정상 저장되지만 부킹닷컴 어플에서는 가장 최근에 받은 메시지 딱 하나만 (뒷 부분 잘린 상태로) 조회가 됩니다. (예약 내역도 조회됐다 안됐다 불안정함) 이 부분은 전적으로 부킹 닷컴의 문제이며 호스트는 쾌적한 환경과 친절한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 열쇠 키 위치를 미리 파악하여 가져와야 아파트 단지 입구로 출입이 가능합니다. 에어비앤비 형태도 처음 이용하고 아파트 단지라서 잘못 온 줄 알았어요 ㅠㅠ 2. 와이파이는 어떻게 연결하는지 찾지 못해서 하루는 그냥 데이터 썼네요 ㅎㅎ 아무리 찾아도 와이파이 어떻게 연결하는지 알수 없었어요 ㅠㅠ... 부킹닷컴 메시지 보내는 것도 잘 안되다보니 호스트한테 메시지를 못 보냈고 그냥 포기했답니다.. 그래도 다른 부분에서 모두 만족했어요 또 가고 싶어요 ! 3. 애매한 위치 장기로 그라나다에서 머문다면 추천하지만 저처럼 하루 머문다면 조금 애매합니다. 그라나다 기차역에서 거리가 20-30분 걸렸고 주요 관광지 (알함브라 궁전, 니콜라스 전망대) 까지 거리가 좀 있기 때문입니다.

We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to - The customer care representative was very supportive and helpful. When we asked our question, she clearly explained where to go originally and guided us through the process to get the key. The room was very clean, the location was excellent, and the overall environment was pleasant and welcoming. Finding the key on the bench by the street was something new to us, but luckily the customer care was excellent and very helpful throughout the process.

• beatriz (10/5): - Las instalaciones del apartamento piscina que tenga pk ,la zona muy cerca de granada capital y el autobús lo tienes a 2 minutos y el piso un 10 aire acondicionado y todas las comodidades . Volveremos seguro Todo nos pareció perfecto
