• thierry (8/5): Tout au top! - La proximité avec le centre ville, trois chambres séparées,, proximité dans la rue avec des parkings pour véhicules privés , la possibilité de pénétrer dans les lieux avant l heure ! Nous étions dans l appartement juste le doir pour dormir! Donc tout était convenable !
• MagdaBrodnicka (9/5): Dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie średnie, ogólnie warto - Wygodna wspólna przestrzeń. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżka. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. Dodatkowe piecyki i wentylatory. Mieszkanie lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Brak zamka do samodzielnego wejścia do mieszkania i dodatkowa opłata za późne zameldowanie, bo ktoś musi przyjść z kluczami. Brak płynu do mycia naczyń, ręczników papierowych i podstawowych rzeczy do utrzymania porządku. Niestety były też pojedyncze karaluchy. Brzydko pachnialo w łazience z kanalizacji. W każdym pomieszczeniu niepotrzebne rzeczy, które nie mieściły się u właściciela w domu: zapasowe kafle, opiekacze, tostery, zepsute żelazko, kartony. Generalnie mieszkanie kiepsko wyposażone.
• Samuele (4/5): DISGUSTOSO - Pressoché niente Allora dovendo fare necessariamente un passo indietro, mesi prima ho avvisato il proprietario che sarei arrivato dopo l’orario del check in, ma a quanto pare il proprietario è veramente poco disponibile, in quanto ci ha fatto fare il check in tramite “un’agenzia” alle ore 23, quando il check in tardivo era al massimo alle 22, alla modica cifra di 60€ in più rispetto al costo del nostro soggiorno. Arrivati però il ragazzo che doveva farci il check in era in ritardo di mezz’ora e la zona non era delle migliori a nostro parere, ci siamo sentiti poco al sicuro. Una volta saliti nell’appartamento che è situato al secondo piano di una palazzina abbastanza fatiscente, siamo stati accolti da sedie sporche, tende macchiate, il divano impraticabile era una macchia unica, decisamente disgustoso, in bagno poi abbiamo ricevuto la visita di una blatta, per non parlare del fatto che era presente soltanto un asciugamano grande per persona e basta… nemmeno uno piccolino, neanche il sapone per le mani in bagno. Tutte queste cose sommate al prezzo ci hanno fatto dire proprio no, non vi consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio, il riassunto è “fatiscente” . P.s. Se siete condizionabili, il vicino di appartamento ha un ritratto di un demone sulla porta.

• mui fan (5/5): 地點不錯，屋有點久，環境尚算可以 - 屋主很熱情，有問題都能及時回覆訊息 房子有點舊，最重要是沒有洗頭水沐浴露。熱水器出水不太順，要開很久才有熱水，溫度控制也有點困難。露台太少了，而且外面也沒有什麼風景、被大樹遮住了。

• Alberto (8/5): Very nice stay - The service was very friendly and easy. Quick replies to requests. The apartment is in a very good location and easy to reach every part of the city. The house was clean, in order and in line with description. The only bad side was the smell in the building in some hours of the day not due to the apartment but due to other apartment in the same building, honestly nothing that we can ask the host to fix just to be aware in case you are very sensible to smell.
