• Aaa (6/5): All in all it was good and really cheap because it was very far from the city. - It was all cleaned but I the kettle was not. I hope you cahnge that to new one. And clean the sink, change the sponge for washing dishes and clean also the dish dryer. I dont like the caretaker. We have waited for hours outside and not replying back fast to the queries of the renter. Next time, always answer when the renter is asking queries.

• Kamila (1/5): Tivemos uma estadia conturbada e estressante - Em primeiro momento tive boa impressao, mas depois foi desanimando total, o que fez nao tem elogios para a hospedagem, os quartos loacalizacao, 2 banheiros mas o atendimento deixou a desejar O atendimento dos funcionários era muito demorado, a geladeira não funcionava, não tinha coberta para todos os hóspedes, pedimos por várias vezes e eles demoraram três dias para levar mais lençóis , ou seja, uma pessoa dormiu sem coberta . Na nossa última noite houve um vazamento em um banheiro e acordamos com o apartamento cheio de água, tivemos nossos pertences molhados, eu tive que voltar para o Brasil de chinelo pq o meu tênis molhou e outras roupas voltaram molhadas na mala, e o único apoio que tivemos foi extender o horário do check out em 2 horas , no momento do vazamento tentamos ligar e mandar mensagem e não tivemos retorno, a sorte que achamos o registro geral e desligamos e então o vazamento cessou , e ficamos a noite inteira secando o apartamento com 2 panos que encontramos no apartamento. Resumindo a nossa experiência foi bem conturbada

• Maria (7/5): - Right by the DLR,so good connections to get into London,in a quiet neighbourhood, a very spacious apartment and a balcony with a view of the Thames. 2nd bedroom had ensuite. Kitchen could do with some tlc,also a new sofa as very low and a bit worn(some leather tear)lighting in the first bedroom was very very dim and noisy neighbours above us.curtains could also be rehanged as very poorly hung.

• Koomson (6/5): Our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. - Easy access to trams, buses tube stations and boats. The shower could do with cleaning, it was dirty especially the walls. The toilet tissue could also do with a toilet holder please. Thank you.
• Michael (7/5): Basically this is a good apartment worth to rent. - Location is good, traffic is convenient. There is a convenient store just 1 min apart which is very good. Rooms and toilets are clean. The room is at 6/F but the lift is not working until my last day of living which is not satisfactory. One of the chair in dining room is damaged which is very dangerous and needed to be removed to avoid accident. Electric kettle in the kitchen is not working too.

• Swain (7/5): Great apartment needing a little TLC and parking issues - Great location, lovely complex. Apartment was really big with a bathroom, ensuite, 2 large bedrooms, lovely airy lounge/diner, separate kitchen and lovely big balcony overlooking the river. Bed was very comfy and the gent who met us at the apartment was lovely. Needs a freshen up. Sofa had large hole in it and we couldn't get the Internet or TV to work. Remote for TV seemed to be broken and we ended up having to plug my laptop into it and use the buttons on the side of the TV to be able to watch anything. Taps covered in limescale. There is no parking despite me asking about this on messages before our arrival. The on road parking outside of the complex was only available after 5.30pm and was full, so we ended up parking in a visitor bay as there was literally no other option and got a £100 parking ticket so if you're staying here, don't drive or make alternative provision before arrival.

• Reshma (7/5): Pretty good; nice view and access to trains - Easy to get in. Beautiful view, lovely veranda and your view is either water or city/highway. The apartment itself is lovely other than a few things that can be fixed! The refrigerator was not really working; I could not turn on the microwave and reheated food on the stove; the kettle had dirty residue on the bottom so I boiled water on the stove in a pot.
• Esther (6/5): A clean and spacious apartment in a quiet location, with a few practical issues to be aware of. - We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious. It seemed recently renovated — you could still smell the fresh paint in the living room. The decor was nice and the space felt comfortable, even with children. A quiet and pleasant place to stay. There were a few practical downsides. The address was different from what we expected, although the apartment itself was fine. There was no drying rack, so we had to hang the laundry over the heaters. The fridge didn’t have a freezer compartment, which would have been handy with kids. The glass shelves inside the fridge weren’t stable and kept falling down when we placed items on them. The bathroom taps were stiff, making it difficult for the children to use them on their own. Also, the front door didn’t close properly unless we locked it with the key.
• Maciej (6/5): Pleasant - Location and view was excellent. Enough space to stay there for 4 people. Comfy beds. Mould by the windows and stinky fridge. Sofa in the living room in poor condition.

• Michele (1/5): As said from other guests, nice flat but heating system to be renewed. Very difficult to be in touch with host - Nice flat. Booked 4 nights for some friends, radiator not working (temperature outside below 0). Tried to contact the host, he replied to messages after 24 hours. My friends left after the first night moving to a hotel. Tried to get in touch with host. After a week he proposed me a refund of 20%. Refused

Its location to the DLR was also and advantage Needs some care and attention, for example, the taps and shower screen are heavily lime scaled. Radiator in hall, on full, but has a broken radiator valve. So just needs a general tidy.

• Anna (5/5): Bit shabby but did the job - Right next to east India dlr station Called an hour before arriving - no response. Called number when arrived and said 10 mins after 20mins called again- stuck in traffic- explained how to get keys which we got. Heating didn’t work, as we stayed in November was very cold. Apartment was cold. Hot water wasn’t working called the number - no response or call back. Managed to get hot water working by playing with the boiler. Hole in wall. Cupboard in kitchen hanging as cupboard rotten Limescale on taps Boiler last serviced 2010 - might have been serviced since but not documented on the boiler. Knobs on radiator’s broken.

• Romana (9/5): Superb - The flat was really nice with two bathrooms,we were four of us and it was very helpfull for us. The flat was clean a warmy. The shop was 1 minute walk from the flat amd DLR statiom to get to the centre as well. Very busy and noisy area. .Some things were broken up in a flat.

• Sandra (6/5): Spacious Apartment - Location - DLR Station a few minutes away. Spacious - plenty of room with good sized living/dining room and separate well equipped kitchen. . Apartment could do with some updating especially the bathrooms. Looking a bit tired in places.
• Michal (8/5): Very good - The communication with the owner was perfect. The location is ideal with several restaurants, shops and public transport nearby. Although described as non-smoking, there was a cigarette smell in the living room.
• Busola (8/5): A lovely stay with spacious apartment and beautiful nearby attractions and facilities. - The location and view is breathtaking! Feels like you’re in a dream picture of a beautiful city. The inside of the property has all you need for a comfortable stay but could be cleaner and tidier but it’s good enough.
• Buky (5/5): If these issues were fully resolved we would revisit. - The rooms were big enough and beds comfortable. Nice view from the balcony and chill area. We had an issue with electricity cutting out in the morning, shower water cold and unfortunately had to shower with cold water in the end.

• Michael (5/5): We had a great stay in London ideal for us - Apartment was a lovely apartment, ideal location for us, host couldn't have been more nice and helpful... Disappointed that was no tea, coffee or milk, we had to wait till morning to buy some.. Cleanliness was a bit to be desired, cooker hob was rusted, kitchen cupboards hanging off, collection of dust in corners of bathroom and en-suite, under couch was dirty socks and tissues, dirty tea towel in kitchen which is a shame as could be a lovely flat just needs a bit more care with cleanliness Cleanliness and tea, coffee and milk
• Maureen (7/5): Great location for O2 and next to train link. - Beds and pillows were really super comfy and clean. Balcony was great and plenty of living space. Kitchen and bathrooms could do with some limescale removal around taps. Leather couch in reasonable condition with clean throw but a wee bit of a wiff coming from it. All easily addressed.
• Oladejo (10/5): Fantastic Customer service - Honestly the apartment interior was super clean and up to standard, me and the kids love it. I wished I have booked for more than two nights. The property location is about 1mins work to tram station that link to everywhere in London. The building front and back view and walk path through the water side is amazing..
• Tara (8/5): Lovely apartment, great value and location. - The space within the apartment was great. The kitchen is well furnished. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. It was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very large for a temporary accommodation, which was a real treat, often the photographs can be misleading but not on this occasion. The weather, although our stay was in August, has been particularly temperamental and was rather chilly on the arrival day, the owner had kindly put the heating on for us to warm the apartment up as he knew we had been out and about for the most part of the day, this was a very thoughtful gesture. The bath taps weren't working, but we used the ensuite shower instead, so it wasn't too much inconvenience. However, the shower does need some remedial works such as the bracket to hold the shower head up has broken and therefore we had to hold the shower in order to use it. Unfortunately, we must say the beds were extremely hard.
