• Paula (2/5): Estava cansada e estava garoando em Valência e demorou mto tempo para resolverem meu problema. O rapaz foi atencioso mas - Acomodação limpa e básica Banheiro sem box Dificuldade para entrar no flat, me passaram um código errado era mais de meia noite e demorei 1 hora e meia para resolver.

• Davinia (7/5): Peligroso - El apartamento muy bonito muy amplio con todo detalle muy limpio y en una zona con aparcamiento en la puerta muy centrico No habia estropajo ni trapo para limpiar la cocina ni fregaplatos contando q hay cocina y uno lo coje para cocinar por otro lado todo fue muy bien menos la ultima noche q desde los pisos de arrriba enpezaron a tirarnos cosas a nuestro coche botellas zumos cervezas fuimos a quitar el coche y nos tiraron una taza para darnos en la cabeza con suerte no paso nada pasamos muy mala noche y x parte del alojamiento no nos dieron ninguna solucion solo q esperaban q no volviera a pasar,

• Arkadii (8/5): I recommend these apartments, but there is room for improvement. - Location: The apartment is in a quiet area, close to a Mercadona supermarket and several fruit shops, and just a 10–15 minute walk to the sea. The courtyard has a sports area, which was a nice bonus. Apartment: Perfect for two people. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment has a washing machine with a drying function, which was a pleasant surprise. The shower is spacious and convenient, with a large mirror that my girlfriend found very useful. The air conditioning works quickly and quietly, keeping the room comfortable at all times. Kitchen: We stayed for five nights and were provided with two coffee capsules for the machine (no problem, thanks for that). The pans are old, food burns quickly.

• Simone (10/5): Soggiorno a valencia - Struttura in posizione centrale per muoversi in valencia. Bus 99 con fermata vicinissima ( 100 m) che permette di muoversi in tutta valencia. Personalmente ho apprezzato la possibilità di avere in loco una lavasciuga. Arredamento e letto molto comodo. Consiglieri di installare un mobile bagno per rendere il monolocale un plus. Complimentk
• inesousalopes (9/5): espaçoso e agradável - um espaço bem cuidado e confortável! o sistema de abrir (com código) a porta é bem prático. A cozinha tinha todos os utensílios necessários: desde loiça, panelas, tábua de passar a ferro +ferro de engomar, máquina de lavar a roupa... no geral gostámos bastante! tornar-se quente mas com o ar condicionado dá para regularizar bem. o único senão foram as melgas mesmo, tivemos que comprar um aparelho para as eliminar/evitar picadas. (penso que seria um plus fazer isso previamente)

В остальном все просто супер! - Очень понравилась квартира, все новое и современное, кухня идеально оборудована, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. В ванной потрясающий душ с тремя режимами! Приятные мелочи в виде Геля для душа, шампуня и кондиционера для волос, а также оставленные на кухне индивидуально упакованные новые губка для мыться посуды, тряпка для уборки и средство для мыться посуды. Просто рай для любителей чистоты! Также на кухне были пара капсул кофе и масло для готовки. Очень удобно! Спасибо большое, нам все очень понравилось!

• Miroslav (10/5): - The apartment is spacious, very bright and fully equipped with all essential amenities. Clean and very well maintained, located at 10 min walking distance from the beach and stores. Would recommend that a foldable drying rack is provided for hanging beach towels or laundry as there is no terrace or garden. Also would have been desirable that spare bath towels are provided.

• M Pilar (10/5): Viaje con amigos - El apartamento super cómodo,limpio , zona tranquila , bien comunicado incluso con Valencia centro,supermercado a 5 minutos, playa a 10 minutos y la atención aunque no física, rápida y eficaz cualquier problema solucionado en minutos.Volveria.
• Rosa (9/5): Recomendable y por supuesto, repetiremos. - Lugar acogedor, de fácil acceso y muy cerca de la playa, que era lo que necesitábamos. La limpieza general estaba bien pero el sofá tenía una mancha muy grande la cual estaba sin tratar y tuvimos que poner una sábana para poder sentarnos, además de un cubierto sucio en el suelo. Recalcar que fuera de eso, el resto del lugar estaba perfecto: cocina, baño y dormitorio limpios.
• Yusra (9/5): Fijn en knus verblijf - Zeer praktisch flatje met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. We hebben een fijn en knus verblijf gehad ondanks dat we met 2 volwassenen en 2 baby’s daar waren. Het enige minpuntje was dat de douche geen verluchting heeft, het is daar vrij benauwd.

• Shane (8/5): Modern, roomy great value stay closer to the beach then town - This was a very modern and well equipped room. Very quiet area and close to the beach and public transport. Easy to access especially as we got in very late. Great value for money. A little bit out of town but otherwise no complaints at all. Easy to access by public transport

• Madalina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location at about 10 min from the beach and 7-8 min from the bus station that takes you to the city center. The apartment was clean and cozy. It has air conditioning. There is a supermarket (Mercadona) at about 5 min from the apartment. We got the instructions for the check-in early, so the check-in was easy. We could have used a kitchen towel or some paper towels.
• Daniela (2/5): Very poor - The location is fine. I expected much more. I had a very hard time finding the studio — the location provided by the host is on the other side of the building. I arrived at 2 a.m., called the emergency number, entered the code I was given, but no one answered. I ended up searching for the apartment for about half an hour. The studio lacks basic essentials: no kitchen towel, no cleaning cloth, no salt, oil, sugar, not even a coffee capsule or a bottle of water. There was no sheet with instructions on how to use the stove or the air conditioning. Communication was very poor. The shower drain was clogged and had someone else's hair in it. When showering, the water wouldn’t drain and the hair floated around my feet — absolutely disgusting. I seriously question whether it was properly cleaned. The bathroom had no hooks for towels and no shelf in the shower for shampoo or soap. Even the duvet didn’t have a cover — just a sheet underneath and one on top, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The windows are blurred because the door opens directly to the outside, but that was honestly the least of the problems. The value for money is terrible. Definitely not worth it.
• Filip (7/5): Looks nice at first glance, but...... - Everything looks great at first glance. Nice modern apartment. But then you take a second look only to find out that there is no kettle, bathroom drain is clogged, there is washing machine but no dryer, fridge not running (fuses were down) and the bed is just fine for one person but definitely not a pleasant sleep for two. The worst is however the noise from the building. There is no sound insulation whatsoever, you'd hear a pin drop to the floor from apartment above. There is no house number you can put in the sat nav, you simply arrive to a square and start looking for apartment number that you can access with a code. It's a walk in apartment straight from the street basically.

• Silvia (7/5): Good - The room was very nice and modern well equipped for everything, done in a former commercial space I presume - very innovative idea. The bed is a small double, however the blanket should have been a proper double because the one that they provided was very small and I was fighting my partner every night for the blanket. The walls are carboard and we could hear the neighbours like they were in our room. Knowing the Spaniards, I imagine in summer must be very noisy also because the door of the property leads straight outside in a yard surrounded by tall blocks.
