• Christopher (9/5): We hade a great holiday at the Villa - We where early than the agreed time but one call and we were allowed to check in early and advised that the keys are in the lock box and were given the 4 digit code. Too many keys that where different. The property key should be highlighted somehow along with the garage key as these were the only two keys we used.
• David (4/5): La casa tienen un coste extremadamente alto para la calidad general de la casa. - Gran piscina y bien cuidada. Aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente en todas las habitaciones. La agencia que gestiona la casa tiene una comunicación muy ágil. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de una de las mejores playas. Casa amplia, con buenas camas y almohadas Cocina reformada Decoración actualizada Limpieza, el apartamento y la cocina especialmente estaba muy sucia. Los vasos tenían restos del anterior uso y el horno tenía "chorros" de grasa. No llega el agua caliente a casi ningún baño, solamente a uno de ellos, con lo que tuvimos que ducharnos la mayoría con agua fría. Tampoco nos gustó que muchas cosas del apartamento estaban rotas y/o muy descuidadas. Se avisó a la agencia para que estuvieran al tanto y mejoraran este aspecto de cara a futuro: -Sillas del salón -Silla exterior -Luces del jardín y barbacoa -Tazas del wc -Puerta frigorífico -Cajones congelador -Apliques baños oxidados -Resto de óxido abundante en la parte exterior de las ventanas que se desprende de las rejas (entendemos el óxido exterior, pero los restos se puedes cepillar de vez en cuando) -Cucarachas -Muchísimas hormigas en uno de los baños. -Puerta corredera de la cocina rota dejando la casa con un alto nivel de inseguridad. De esto nos avisaron de antemano y si como dicen se rompió con los anteriores inquilinos, no tienen culpa de nada. Entendemos que está en proceso de reparación. Otro tema que nos disgustó y os hizo sentir mal es que se nos acusara de ser los culpables del que el toldo exterior se rompiera durante una de las tormentas más fuertes registradas en la zona. Cuando llegamos a la estancia, el toldo estaba extendido (no recogido por la el anterior ocupante ni por la agencia a la hora de preparar la casa antes de nuestra entrada). En el apartamento no hay instrucciones al respecto y durante la tormenta de la noche el toldo se rompió sin nosotros ser conscientes de ello. Tenemos la sensación de que la agencia nos acusa de esta rotura para desviar la atención del mal estado de la casa, su mala limpieza previa, y en definitiva del altísimo coste versus el valor que recibe el inquilino.
• Carin (10/5): Härlig familjesemester med kompisar! Sol, bad och chill! - Stort, lugnt och bra planlösning för två familjer, många badrum, sköna sängar. Stor och bra pool, nära till stranden. Lite långt till restauranger och shopping.

• Paula (9/5): Perfect location, lovely accommodation. Perfect for our family holiday - Lovely, spacious, clean villa in a perfect location with a fabulous pool There was a lack of shade. Only one small parasol. With young children, it would have been good to have either more parasols available or a shaded gazebo or awning
• Long (10/5): Too short... - We had a fantastic break away in La Zenia. We played golf every day on wonderful courses. We will hopefully return again soon. Weather was like Iceland 😀
• Jennifer (9/5): Great family holiday and would definitely return. - Nice property with lots of space. Swimming pool was fantastic. Great location. Jose was very responsive & helpful. In need of a little TLC. One bathroom smelled off but we didn’t use it & kept the door closed. Not property related but it’s very difficult to get taxis so consider hiring a car instead.
• Stephen (8/5): Overall, this villa was a great base for our holiday and despite the minor issues noted above, we would definitely love - We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the villa, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool especially is bigger than it looks on the website. The villa clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool clean and was maintained weekly (usually on a Wednesday afternoon. The guys were friendly and there for about 30-45 minutes). There were ample sun loungers around the pool, which were sturdy and comfortable. 2 of the 5 bedrooms had en-suites and there were 2 further bathrooms. On street parking can be an issue with people parking for the beach in the daytime so we were happy that the property has a drive with an electric gate. The villa is in a great location with 2 beaches a 5 minute walk away and bars/cafes <10 minute walk. (I would thoroughly recommend Makai Cafe around the corner. Some excellent food options.) The villa could do with some TLC in certain areas. There are no major issues that would necessarily ruin your stay, but there were a few issues which took the shine off an otherwise excellent property. The garage was untidy, with old punctured pool inflatables, broken sun-loungers and spare tiles thrown in the back. As we hired a people carrier for the 6 of us, we couldn’t quite fit it in to the garage. There was some kind of stand, presumably for a parasol or something, which was tied together with what looks like a pair of swimming trunks and weighed down with spare paving slabs. This just needs throwing away. There were some potted plants around the pool which look dead or dying from lack of water. The lawn was also patchy and dying except around the pool where it could have done with cutting back as it was getting a little overgrown. There were also some tall weeds along the far side of the grass. One of the bathrooms has a bad odour, but we just closed the door on it as we had plenty of other bathrooms to use. The balcony from the upstairs bedroom could do with a small table and a couple of chairs as it’s not really usable for anything but standing and taking in the view. The electricity tripped off once during our 10 day stay, but we just tripped it back on using the fuse box in the hall.
• Anthony (6/5): Great location and price but….. - Great location close to the beach and well furnished inside the property, good value for money but needs a bit of tlc There was no guide provided, if there was 3 pages of prices and wifi details need to be elaborated more eg where to take the rubbish, nearby locations, checkout details. We were informed by Antonio that the electrics may trip if we use the Air con and iron at the same time, turns out the iron just trips the electrics anyway - we raised this via WhatsApp to which it was ignored and we had to buy our own iron instead - that worked fine, with the Aircon on in every room. We had pool cleaners just turn up one day whilst we were relaxing by the pool with no notification. Meaning during the best time of the day, we couldn’t touch the pool for 3 hours The toilet seats had little cracks on them, the lush lawn on the photos, must have been taken a whilst back as it was practically dirt covered with weeds, where it had grown around the pool area it hadn’t been trimmed in a long time. The washing machine and extra fridge freezer are in the garage, this is in need of a serious tidy up, it was a deathtrap trying to navigate to them as it had broken pool equipment, tiles etc just flown about. As mentioned in another review, there is a parasol that seems to have had a quick fix with a rag, held up by broken slabs next to the pool and a load of old inflatables and broken parasols dumped in the corner with exposed - live electrics Thursday we had no water for a 10 hours and no notification by the team to raise this or an acknowledgement, we didnt bother contacting them as they just ignored the iron issue. We didnt use the bbq as it didnt look safe!
• Isobel (6/5): We were comfortable but property was a bit aged for us. - Large property, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice kitchen and pool. Great to have a washing machine. Good working air conditioning. Aged in parts. Bathrooms in need of updating. Grass in garden space and needed mowing as weeds everywhere. Poolside umbrella broken and tied up with cloth as bad fix when we arrived. Sofa was propped up with covert slab.
• Carly (7/5): Good location. Good pool - The pool was great and a good size. Clean. The villa was not clean. Miscommunication about our arrival time meant it was only just being cleaned as we arrived. We waited 2hrs in the garden while it was done. I believe it was rushed and therefore wasn’t in the best state when we got access. Not hoovered properly; lots of dust. Lots of hair in the bathrooms. The sinks and toilets all loose to the wall.

• Catherine (9/5): Good all round family holiday & if above points sorted out it would have been 100% - Location Spacious Pool One ‘smelly’ bathroom which we didn’t/couldnt use. Beds did not have appropriate mattress protection, nor did pillows which when property being used by lots of different people is very important. One sofa held up by a brick! But still useable. Insufficient power supply, power tripped every time oven used & an air con unit on. Also the driveway gates need a sign to say access required 24/7 as on occasions we couldn’t park close to villa.
• David (8/5): Lovely property, close to all amenities and fantastic customer service, will definitely use again. - Property was in a great location, close to beach and 10 min walk to main bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area but some maintenance needs doing around patio area. We had a few minor problems, no hair dryer and lack of towels but one text and they were delivered to our door. We then had blocked drains in two bathrooms but again one text and was sorted out very quickly.

• Candice (8/5): Very good - Location. The spaces. Bath in bathroomes. The reactivity of the staff +++ Someone should have come with us on the first day to realize that the boiler was broken. The service was great but we stayed 4 days without hot water in a part of the villa. We think it could have been avoid if a check up had been done before our arrival. The kitchen was not well equiped.
• Edel (6/5): The frustration of the electrical - Location was fab. Lovely pool. Serious odour in one bathroom so much so that when the Villa was locked up for the day, the whole place was stinking. We had to try and keep that door shut. Serious overload on the electrics, switches kept tripping. Had to have an electrician out to property. We were all of the opinion that until this property is at the least required and the odour source rectified, it should not be rented out again. When we asked if the electric problem had happened before, we were told not to this level. Lovely pool area and the quietness
