• Sofia (8/5): - Apartamento muito aconchegante e limpo, perto do centro. Recomendo O apartamento tem pouca luz, devido à fraca exposição solar, a luz que entrava no apartamento de manhã era praticamente igual à da noite.

• David (4/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable. El piso tiene dos ventanas a un patio interior por donde se accede. Las ventanas son al pasillo de acceso y la orientación norte, por lo que la luz que entra es escasa y no tiene intimidad. Por lo general, el mobiliario y la cocina están ligeramente anticuados, pero aceptables, aunque el mantenimiento es malo. No tiene suciedad evidente, pero sí manchas en las paredes y azulejos por falta de limpieza periódica a fondo / mantenimiento. La cama es incómoda, hace ruido y no tiene mesita de noche.

• Ennio (8/5): Good as expected - The apartment is perfectly located near Placa de la Mercede and you can reach the city historical centre in just few steps. The building is all pretty new and pretty quiet too. Everything was working fine. I would provide something for coffee in the morning.
• Anton (7/5): Good - Fantastic location. The apartment is inside a courtyard away from the street noise. Very helpful and easy to contact host. Cleanliness could be better. No bedside tables. Squeaky bed. It made noise on every turn. The duvet was way too small for 2 people. No duvet cover for a second duvet provided. The building has poor sound insulation between the apartments.
• Yan (5/5): Passable - Good location and spacious. Easy check-in/out. There was no hot shower and the staff didn’t help resolve it. The sofa/bed in the living is not comfortable.

The host was very friendly, providing us with wonderful suggestions about the city. Great value for money! The air in the rooms was stuffy, due to the apartment's structure it was difficult for the air to ventilate.

• Gabrielle (6/5): Could be better for the price - Great location. The apartment is spacious and the windows have blackout. Loreley was super attentive and gave us really cool tips to have a better experience. It is very pricey for what it is. You can hear a lot of noise from inside the apartment. It looks like the neighbors are passing by your house. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found hair all over the house, the bathroom sink was dirty, dirty handprints on the shower wall, the shower floor was full of black powder, the shower glass was broken, the living room floor was dirty and there was A LOT of dust in the headboard (which is pellet). My fiance is allergic to dust and this was a disaster. We arrived at night and there was no water at reception (it wasn't mandatory, but it would be nice. The 3 previous hotels we stayed at during our trip offered water, coffee and some even snacks). Check out was at 11 am and at 10:59 am the intercom was ringing to clean the apartment.
