• Ingrid (8/5): - As instalações são do prédio e do apartamento são muito boas! O espaço é bom acomoda perfeitamente uma pessoa ou casal. Louças e panelas, ok. Pra mim que levei tudo de casa pra cozinhar acho que faltaram algumas coisas. Cafeteira que tem é modelo tradicional não é em cápsula como foi informado. Serviço da portaria no período noturno durante o check-in, uma das funcionárias extremamente antipática, ríspido com as palavras, não gostei. Dentro do apartamento a geladeira encontrava-se super congelada, quase não fechava de tanto gelo. Comuniquei pelo aplicativo, e disseram que poderiam mandar alguém limpar. Mesmo que tenham me respondido, acho que cuidados como este devem ser revisados durante cada check-out. Por falar em verificação de limpeza, importante comunicar ao prédio sobre o aparecimento de baratas bem pequenas (filhotes) no banheiro, elas estavam saído pelo box, acredito que pelo ralo do chuveiro. Localização do prédio é boa perto da onde eu precisava ir, logo pude me deslocar a pé, todos os dias. Mas não achei a rua segura e o entorno não é agradável.
