- christian (8/5): - Der Meerblick ist unglaublich. Elternschlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig. Wohnzimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Bei Nachfrage bekamen wir auch noch einen 2 Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Bei Fragen hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste erneuert werden. Küche sehr eng. Besteck zu wenig. Leider gibt es nur eine Kapselmaschiene und keine Kaffeemaschine. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Etagenbett geht fast gar nicht. Man hat oben so wie auch unten keinen Lichtschalter um das Licht an beziehungsweise aus zu schalten. Die Stange die zur Sicherheit des obigen Bettes verwendet wird ist nicht angebort und konnte so abgenommen werden. Für die Anziesachen ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Stulauflagen haben Risse.Es gibt im Wohnzimmer 2 Schiebeelemente die man nicht abschließen kann. Im 2 Badezimmer hatten wir einen Wasserschaden. Konnten aber Toilette und Dusche benutzen mussten aber vor dem Waschbecken Badetücher legen da da das Wasser aus der Wand kam wo das Ror vom Waschbecken in die Wand geht. Wir bekamen aber genügend Badetücher so das wir 2 mal am Tag wechseln konnten.

- Kollenburg (7/5): Prachtig uitzicht, schoon maar toe aan renovatie. - Het uitzicht Het meubilair en geen warm water in de keuken 4 weken lang!
- Anne (7/5): En något nergången lägenhet med obekväma stolar och bord. Utsikten från balkongen är makalös. - Det fungerade fint, men vi hade svårt att få kontakt. Städningen - inte minst på terassen. Och det hade varit skönt med byte av handdukar efter 3-4 dagar.
- Margarette (2/5): worst Apartment and Management Co ever. Such a shame as the location is lovely. - Balcony was large and sunny with amazing sea views. Gated community was quiet and secure Apartment is tired and not very clean. Beds uncomfortable pillows like bricks, kitchen very poorly equipped, despite what it says in the booking.com advert there is NO washer/Dryer in this apartment. Three ceiling fans, only one worked, Air con, very noisy. Kitchen bin had no lid, ( real health hazard), had to change bag every day. Dishwasher leaked on kitchen floor. the glass dining table was disgusting, never had the glass lifted to clean round the rim. Showers fixed to wall at about 7 ft up, no way to move them so all they did was flood the floor. . The apartment management was not interested in any of our complaints but I did take lots of pictures to substantiate all of this. The apartment management Holidays2Malaga are the very worst I have experienced, they insisted we come to their offices' in Malaga to collect the keys. Have you ever heard of anything like this; Arrive at Malaga Airport and your holiday apartment is south, but you have to travel north to Malaga City at rush hour to collect keys? When we eventually got there I insisted on knowing why we had to come to their office to collect keys. " We don't have a lock box for this apartment" This cost us 70 euros and 2 hours. This company is a joke, or should I say a Cowboy? I am so surprised that Booking .Com have this apartment on their site it is most definitely not up to their usual standard.
- Jörg (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung, sowie die Reaktionszeit von H2M sind hervoragend. Allein die außergewöhnliche Lage der Wohnung würde mich dazu veranlassen, diese nochmal zu buchen.
Jede Whatsapp wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Der Zustand der Wohnung lässt einen gewissen Renovierungsstau erkennen, mit dem wir aber leben konnten.
- Mihaela (1/5): - El piso muy sucio..estava lleno de pelos en la terasa en el suelo havia migas de comida y lleno de ormigas el horno lleno de aseite.. los enchufes eran negros la mesa de comedor dava asco ya que era de cristal y entraba migas..y ai se ve que eso no se limpio nunca..las toallas muy usadas etc .
También havia un montón de cosas rotas ..al entrar avise de todo lo que encontre..me llamaron para areglarlo y quedamos en que ellos se lo aregle después de mí salida..ya que no lo veía justo por los tres dias que estaba de vacaciones perderlas en que ellos se aregle el piso..pero la sorpresa me vino después de unos dias que ya no me querían revolver la fianza por la puerta que yo la encontré rota...suerte que tenia las fotos y la conversación y al final se areglo..una experiencia desagradable ...

(- unabhängig von der Wohnung: megatolles Restaurant direkt nebenan, das uns trotz Spätanreise noch leckerst verköstigte;
- Supermarkt sogar fußläufig erreichbar
- An der Straße vor dem Tor der Ferienwohnungsanlage zum Glück viele einfacher zu nutzende Parkplätze) Selten bis noch nie gebe ich so wenig Punkte. Wieso tue ich dies dennoch? Es sei gesagt, dass es natürlich subjektiv ist, wie man die verschiedenen Punkte bewertet.
- Für die Anreise hatten wir absolut mangelhafte Infos (u.a. dass der Code gar nicht funktioniert; wie das Tor genau aufgeht; wo die Wohnung genau liegt; dass man für den - sehr sehr engen - Parkplatz durch ein zweites Tor fahren muss; online vorab war uns sogar der falsche Google maps link geschickt worden)
- Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir zwangsweise unterschreiben mussten, dass alle gefundenen Mängel, die nicht gemeldet wurden, den Gästen zu Lasten gelegt werden - und gleichzeitig in der Wohnung zahlreiche Mängel waren --- aber: nun wissen wir, dass wir die 150 Eur Kaution brav zurückbekommen haben (aber wir kennen auch Abzocker, die dann die Kaution einfach einbehalten; dies war hier aber bei uns nicht der Fall!!!)
- ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthalts sollten Handwerker in die Wohnung, obwohl es zwischen Übergaben ja immer freie Zeiträume gibt - das hat uns schon wieder wahnsinnig gemacht, den ganzen Tag zu warten, um dann den Anruf zu kriegen, dass sie in 5 Min kämen (wir waren aber unterwegs und wollten nicht, dass jemand einfach reinkommt, wenn unsere ganzen Klamotten da rumliegen; daran wurde sich zumindest anscheinend gehalten)
- Alle Möbel in der Wohnung, bis auf das Sofa und das Bett, sind hoffnungslos veraltet; die Hauptstühle zum Esstisch färben durch Rost sogar teils auf Klamotten ab
- Obwohl mir vorher geschrieben wurde, dass die Mängel, die ein anderer Bewerter nannte, beseitigt seien, waren weiterhin zwei der Hauptrollos kaputt: Das heißt es gab zwar Aussicht von innen, aber nur teilweise
- Die Schiebetüren zur Terasse lassen sich nicht abschließen (kaputt)
- Sehr hellhörig insgesamt (u.a. weil die Schiebetür zum Balkon nicht ganz schließt, weil das Schlüsselloch fehlt)

Apartment was extremely well equipped and furnished.
Just loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful blue calm sea across to Fuengirola bay..perfect quiet location away from busy town.easy walk into restaurants etc.or bus ride, easy parking for car. Coming home!

- Lia (9/5): Beautiful views - Fantastic terrace! the views are amazing. Comfortable apartment, really close to a couple of small beaches. The apartment's swimming pool was very clean and quiet. We only had 1 set of keys for 4 adults which made it a bit of a logistic issue as sometimes we were heading to different places and you need keys for everything within the complex, even the pool
- Inge (6/5): Pleasant - The view from the apartment was stunning. It is an large apartment and glad we had 2 separate bathrooms (both with bath/spa tub) and that towels were present.
And the H2M-team did their utmost to help us have an good stay : they were easily accesible and came twice to clean up the very dirty apartment and sent a technician for a broken window blind. * The apartment was VERY dirty : piles of thick, black long dog hair everywhere...
Also the kitchen was full of flies because of the lack of cleaning by the former habitant : the table, plates, coasters, the oven,...
Everything is dated/used but with the white marble and the view, you have a nice feeling of being in holiday.
* There is no toaster (the grill does not work, the old toaster is broken and superdirty).
* The keys need to be collected in the city centre of Malaga. This is a half an hour drive and then back half an hour to Benalmadena. This can be avoided.
* The information paper mentions the address, but there's a mistake : it is situated in Bloque 2 and not in Bloque B.
* There was a sudden electricity power cut in the apartment (not in the rest of the building).
* The H2M-team really tried to help. Perhaps they can organise just a bit better : in order to really get help for the broken window blind (which lead to the terrace/washing machine) I had to recontact them several times, explaining the problem again. They fixed the broken children's bed in the mean time.
Breakfast was not as nice as it should be because of the lack of a toaster, the dog hairs were disgusting, but the view made it better. It's the first time I need to write something negative, but I want you to know in order to prevent this in the future and to better serve your clients. Kind regards.

Very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The terrace is just lovely, a good size with plenty of seating
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Fabulous views and very well equipped accommodation. I replaced 5 light bulbs which I understand the agent would have done but it would have meant staying in to wait for a maintenance person. No biggy but a few spares might be a good idea.
- Granville (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Keys kept in the office in the centre of Malaga. Extra cost to have someone meet you at the apartment which we were not informed about. However Michael could not have been more helpful once he met us.
