We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

- Daniel Gustavo (7/5): No son rrsponsables con el cliente - Cercania a la playa Estuvimos fuera del apartamento mas de dos horas porque no habria la puerta. No respindian a los mensajes y el telefono de contacto era una contestadora en ingles. Tuvo que venir la policia a abrir el apartamento

- Allison (7/5): - De ligging was vlakbij een supermarkt en op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en leuke tapastentjes. Een kleine, vochtige patio., waar ook geen was kon drogen. Slechts 2 kookpitten, geen oven. De 2e slaapkamer is voor 2 personen klein. Niet te voorkomen, maar er zaten kakkerlakken in huis.
- Mar (1/5): Sin palabras - Reservamos este alojamiento y nos dieron otro, al cual le faltaba una habitación. Estaba todo sucio, con humedades y había una plaga de cucarachas. El barrio es complicado. Recomiendo mirar otras opciones; por ese importe hay oferta. Mi mayor consejo: no reservar con la empresa Guest Ready (con la cual todavía no hemos encontrado una solución y sus teléfonos de urgencia son de lunes a viernes de 9.00h a 18.00h)
- Javier (4/5): - El apartamento es nuevo. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. El apartamento se ve nuevo. El problema fue llegar en dias de lluvias. Al entrar ya se notaba olor a humedad. Todo fue a peor en cuanto se puso a llover un rato largo. El patio de luces se inundo, la entrada se inundo y hasta el comedor de inundo (por filtraciones), y asi pasamos la noche. Solo se nos ofrecieron unas toallas. Por el precio que se pago...el servicio no estuvo a la altura
- Marica (7/5): Nice apartment - There is a supermarket nearby so you can buy and prepare your own breakfast. Cockroaches and not enough toilet paper provided. Street is a bit shabby but walk on the promenade is nice. Only one bathroom so not convenient if you’re more than three.

- Antonio (6/5): - La posizione eccellente, vicina al mare, al supermercato, alla fermata bus. Casa molto bella, anche se a piano terra, zona molto tranquilla e raggiungibile la zona della playa a piedi, distanze dal centro più o meno 20 minuti. La casa fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari e anche ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Sporca e piena di blatte.

I like how convenient and small the kitchen is, all complete with cooking tools and dishware + complimentary oil, salt, coffee, etc. I wish the bathroom door was not connected to both rooms but to the living room area but it's not that dramatic. But... cockroaches 😖 the morning we left. It's more the area than the apartment itself. Apartment is ground floor also.

- Raj (10/5): Great modern apartment close ro beach - Great clean and modern apartment with a close vicinity to the beach. Only issue is there was only one mirror in the bathroom. A long mirror anywhere else in the apartment would have been great for when getting ready

The coffee pot provided did not work on the induction hob. A great disappointment as we don't like instant coffee. Out door space for both apartments is very close together, noise from the other apartment travels.
