• Ralitsa Dichkova (10/5): Прекрасен апартамент! - На перфектна локация – точно в сърцето на Варна и буквално до входа на Морската градина. Огромен плюс е безплатният подземен паркинг само на 20 метра, което е истинско удобство за центъра на града. Комуникацията със собствениците беше отлична. Апартаментът беше много чист, уютен и комфортен, а децата останаха очаровани и изобщо не искаха да си тръгват. Прекарахме си чудесно и със сигурност бихме посетили отново!

• Conny (8/5): Tolle Lage, tolles Appartement. Danke! - Perfekte Lage – zu Fuß schnell am Meer als auch in der Stadt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Temperatur kann gut eingestellt werden (Klimaanlage). Sehr ruhige Wohnung, kein Lärm. Toll, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt – das ist immer gut wenn man mit Kindern verreist! Ich persönlich würde einen kleinen Staubsauger schätzen. Die Kinder schleppen den Sand vom Strand hinein, und da reichen mir persönlich Besen und Schaufel nicht. Ist aber nur ein Detail – wir haben es auch so genossen :-)

The studio was cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly located in the heart of the city near coffee shops, restaurants, the Sea Garden, and the central beach of Varna. The free parking made everything stress-free - I’d definitely come back! No complaints, we really enjoyed our stay.
• Victor (10/5): Cea mai bună cazare în Varna! - Apartamentul este modern, bine echipat, curat și se află fix în zona centrală a Varnei, foarte aproape de parc și plajă. Practic este cea mai bună zonă posibilă. -

• Charlotte (7/5): Agréable pour y dormir. - L'emplacement est super. A 4min à pied du centre ville et à 5 min de la plage. L'appartement en lui même est bien équipé. L'hôte est gentille. Agréable pour y dormir. L'appartement est en sous sol. Il y a seulement la porte d'entrée et une fenêtre dans la chambre mais qui donne sur la façade jaune (qui est une fausse façade) dommage que cela ne soit pas stipulé dans l'annonce. Il y a donc très peu de luminosité extérieur. C'est dommage par ce que l'appartement en lui même est sympa. Mais dommage d'être aussi proche de la plage et ne pas voir la lumière du jour. Suffisant pour dormir.
• Silvia (9/5): Muy cerca de playa. - La ubicación, cerca del centro y muy cerca de la magnífica playa de Varna, y la facilidad para aparcar. Personas encargadas de recibirnos muy atentos. Decoración bonita y funcional. Creo que debería haber una cortina donde se ubica la tercera cama. Es un bajo y apenas tiene luz exterior, pero nos dió igual, ya que pasamos casi todo el tiempo fuera

• Nataly (7/5): - The placement of the apartment is great – close to the beach, near a lot of restaurants. After the request of the parking the owners give a special card which you show the one at the parking station and then you don't need to pay. There is a big fridge, and all silverware, washing machine. Between the couch and the TV the corner of the wall was all wet, near the said wall was an outlet which could lead to a lot of dangers. For the night we our clothes to dry and because of the moldy scent inside, all of our clothes were smelly. The mold itself isn't visible but you can see the wall peel of little by little if you're being near the couch. Our daughter has an allergy and the mold made it worse.

• Simona (9/5): Very nice for a family vacation, close to the park and beach. - The apartment is very well situated, close to Varna beach and Primorski park. It was very handy that we had a reserved place at a close parking spot, as I am not very sure if the parking places near the block were for free. The beach was clean, the water was good and we had a nice stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to cook your own meals. A hair dryer would be necessary, but I am sure this will be added soon.
• Costin (10/5): Perfect choice for a weekend escape - Very good position, close to the beach, park and city centre. Parking was complementary in a nearby ( 100m ) garage. The host is 11/10. Very kind, she speaks english very well and she will make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The apartment is cool due to it’s position. It’s in the underground floor. Some may like it, some may not. For us it was perfect since we crashed there just to sleep after a full day. We look forward to our next visit there. For us it was very good. We can’t think of any cons right now

• Damirro (10/5): One of the best accommodations in Varna (for the last 14 years) - Great location within walking distance to the Slivnitsa pedestrian street and the Sea Garden (plus our favorite restaurant, Happy Bar & Grill). The exact address is 20 Slavianska, easily recognizable by the yellow neoclassical facade. In front of the building there are 2-3 free spaces where the car can be parked while unloading/loading luggage. Upon request, the host offers a free parking card in the -1/-2 level of the city parking lot, located a few dozen meters away (entrance is from Alexander Pushkin St., the barrier is automatically raised, exit in Slavianska St., just show the card to the guard). The streets are one-way. The studio is ingeniously arranged in the basement of the modern building behind the yellow facade (which is only decorative), with very easy access. The interior is new, beautifully decorated, immaculate, equipped with everything necessary (kitchenette, bathroom, boiler, AC). The host is extremely friendly and helpful, must be contacted in advance, for key collection. Due to the position on the ground floor, there is no view from the room (you can only see the corridor between the room and the facade), natural light and natural ventilation are limited, electric lighting and AC must be used. For active people, who only come to the room for breaks or in the evening, this doesn't matter. It is a single-space studio, there are no doors between „rooms” (only for the bathroom).
