• Jeffrey (9/5): Great location ... - Exceptional location ... quiet in the evening but just a few minutes walk from the centre of Meloneras. Lovely outlook over the promenade and the nature reserve with the dunes and mountains behind. Parking for our hire car was free in the street outside the apartment but it was a lottery whether you got a space or not.

• Rom192k75 (10/5): - Localisation à 300m de la plage, une vue magnifique sur l'étang et sa faune. Double orientation de l'appartement. Le matelas d'une des deux chambres était vraiment trop mou pour nous. La douche avait tendance à faire dans le couloir, mais rien de dramatique.

• EOC32 (9/5): Perfect Location, spacious apartment and great host - Easily one of the best apartments I've stayed at in Gran Canaria. I have been to Meloneras many times and have stayed in lovely apartments (like Apartments Villa Eden). What sets this apart is it's location. I really liked in the 'people watching' at around 4pm to 5pm as people were leaving the beach. Some nice added touches were the PG tea bags and pot for a lovely cup of tea. Also the apartment was from front to back of the block so you could get sun all day (if you wanted). Lastly, it's on the first floor so you are higher up. The host was really good. Clear communication. Not that I didn't like it, but maybe the keys took a day or so to get used to. Minor thing. This is a tip for future guests - turn left to close and right to open.
• John (7/5): Great experience, great apartment great location - Location, location location and view of the Oasis from the balcony the apartment is well equipped. My stay was for 14 nights and after four days the towels have not been changed so I requested and they were changed on the fifth day and I made further requests to have the towels changed every third day ,My understanding is that there is no formal arrangement in place for the changing of towels that it’s on a purely request basis only and that cleaning only takes place after the first week. the apartment has two double bedrooms with double beds so only suitable for two couples it would be much better if the second bedroom had twin beds.

• Nicolas (8/5): Lovely apartments in a great location in Meloneras - Lovely apartment, well decorated and equipped. The terraces were very nice. The flat was very clean. We couldn't check it at the time we arrived (3:30pm-4pm) due to the cleaning which hadn't been finished. The hot water which doesn't last for more than 1.5-2 minutes. I was told that the hot water tank only contained 30 litres which seems very small for a 2-bedroom apartment.

When I requested extra loo paper and bin bags they were delivered quickly. We were given many towels and tea towels . However, we would have liked the property to be cleaned especially the bathroom. We stayed 8 nights and would have liked the bed to be changed. (We did use the other)

• Elaine (10/5): 13 nights away of pure relaxation! Walking was very easy and lots of bars and restaurants to find on the way. - Location, location, location absolutely perfect. I only had one issue which was the smallest of small things which I mentioned when chatting in a message with the team and they solved in minutes it was there were no large glasses. How petty is that? Would go back in a heartbeat. Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Beautiful views of the dunes at sunrise. There's a deck front and back, so sun all day long if you wish! Kitchen well kitted out, with everything you might need. Great communication. Zero problems Lovely restaurant on the corner 'Time'. ' Samsara' above it, but book in advance as usually full. Two lovely finds also.

• David (8/5): January stay - Ideal location and apartment has everything you need. All rooms were clean, have Aircon and cooking facilities were basic but good enough. Security was fine. Very close to everything you could need for your stay. Maspalomas is often very windy and the front balcony is very exposed, which is a plus for the view but makes it unusable when it's too windy. There's a smaller sun trap rear balcony and small garden area to sunbathe, but we couldn't really use the front balcony during most of our stay. Not the hosts problem and nothing they can do, but worth bearing in mind in the windier months.
