• Nilaa (4/5): Worst and disappointing 😞 - The overall stay was very disappointing for the price. At over £300 for two days for a large family, it felt overpriced, especially compared to better options in London at lower rates. The furniture was in poor condition, a chair even broke when my aunt sat on it, causing her to sprain her back. I haven't got my deposit back and I'm definitely not going to pay for the chair! The duvets didn’t seem clean, and basic amenities were lacking, with only a single towel provided and no proper toiletries. The bathroom was also in bad shape; the toilet wasn’t fixed properly and moved when in use. Overall, the experience was horrible! PLEASE AVOID!

• Chris (10/5): Lovely stayl - Lovely location, close to all amenities. Excellent free parking outside property (except between noon and 2pm) will definitely be staying again. Amazing communication from the hosts particularly Lyka who was brilliant and made sure everything went smoothly. Nothing, I was very happy.

• Sadia (4/5): Good location but cleanliness is a BIG problem. - Great location, close to public transport and all services. Quick resolution of no heating and hot water issue Toilet paper and clean towels Dirty outside space, old mattress and mop in the front garden! Floor was very dirty we had to brush it! No basics in kitchen- had to buy salt and pepper! No sponges to clean with. We left salt and pepper and some sponges in the kitchen for the next guests.

• Jemma (1/5): Avoid - Nothing - we didnt end up staying and got a full refund as it was not as advertised at all. The property was filthy. The whole building smelt like dogs, which I understand was communal but this crept into the apartment. The bath mat was filthy. There was questionable stains on the walls in the bedrooms, the kitchen work tops were scratched. There was thick dog hairs up the stairs on the way up to the apartment. The one good thing i can say was the staff at Brightworks were extremely good and listened to the complaints and when they didnt have any other suitable accommodation for our big party they gave us a full refund. All od the above.

• David (4/5): - Nothing much The front of the property was very dirty with rubbish and discarded bed. The entrance and stairs were dirty and full of unopened letters with plaster coming off the walls. You can say a shithole!

• Ivo (6/5): Het was ok, - Het appartement lag dicht bij het station en supermarkt, dus heel makkelijk om snel richting het centrum van London te gaan. Het appartement was oud en krakkemikkig, maar wel schoon. De 'voortuin' was 1 grote vieze bende en de opgang naar boven ook. Wat echt heel vervelend was: er wordt beloofd dat er een parkeerplaats is, maar dit is niet zo. Je kunt op de oprit parkeren voor het huis, maar dan kan de auto geblokkeerd worden door een auto die op straat geparkeerd wordt (dat mag namelijk). En kun je er dus niet uit. Op straat parkeren kan, maar voor maximaal 2 uur in de middag. En dan moet je dus de hele dag thuis blijven (wat je niet wilt ;)). We parkeerden de auto dus overdag op de oprit en als we 's avonds thuiskwamen op straat. We hebben hier heel veel contact over gehad met de verhuurder, maar zij kwamen niet met een oplossing en dachten niet echt mee (los van dat ze met oplossingen kwamen die niet hielpen). De laatste dag kwamen we terug (auto hadden we op de oprit staan) en toen was dus de oprit geblokkeerd door een auto die op straat stond geparkeerd. We moesten de volgende dag vroeg de boot halen, dus het was niet echt relaxt. Verhuurbedrijf weer berichten gestuurd, maar nooit meer iets van gehoord. Uiteindelijk met heel veel moeite onze auto via de stoep de straat op weten te krijgen. Maar was millimeterwerk. Kortom: prima plek, maar als je met de auto komt echt niet handig. Onze overburen vertelden dat de verhuurder het wel kan regelen met de gemeente (bijvoorbeeld een parkeerverbod voor de oprit), maar dat de verhuurder hier niets in onderneemt.
• Onkar Nath (6/5): - The Flat was spacious, It has all the facilities and amenities of basic need. It was nice location in residential and good area. It has easy access to flat. The front of house is not clean. The grass was coming all from tiles and there were litter. The front of house should be converted to parking location. The flat inside bedroom ( adjacent to drawing area), had constant thumping sound on side wall, any time of the day. Even in night. This possible due to use of some kind of machine like washing machine or dishwasher attached on shared wall. I was expecting some more towels as we had more number of adults.

• patricia (1/5): Nefasta,no volvería a este alojamiento y menos aún con niños - El personal q nos atendió,porque estuvieron en todo momento atentos a los mensajes y a la información que necesitábamos El alojamiento está a casi una hora del centro de Londres,es cierto q hay paradas de autobús cerca y tren. La entrada a la casa llena de trastos ,la moqueta de la escalera olía fatal,la cerradura de la puerta estaba suelta y con un empujón se podía abrir(seguridad cero) Los colchones tenían los muelles fuera y te los clavabas durmiendo. La bañera no tenía los azulejos que correspondían,y han dejado una chapuza El anuncio dice q tiene netflix y canales de televisión y no es cierto….en cinco días no pudimos ver la televisión porque no se veían los canales Hay zonas de la casa q tienen humedad y por eso huele Las fotos no corresponden mucho al anuncio porque están muy retocadas
• Kash (6/5): It was a cheap stay for 2 days so in light of that it was average - The host was always contactable The bathroom needed upgrading the shower leaked downstairs and the toilet wasnt sturdy, the bed sheets had blood stains on them and the hallway entering the property was messy and off putting.
• Alison (5/5): Adequate. Not as described. - It was spacious and located within easy access to rail station. The door handle on the large bedroom has broken off. Difficult to get out without using a towel to get a grip on the handle to open the door. TV remote not working so unable to use TV. Fridge not plugged in and difficult to get to plug to plug in. Bathroom has had tiles stripped off full length of bath wall and there is tape instead of sealant. The seal on the shower screen door is full of black mould. The communal entrance is very dirty.
• Ms (4/5): A disappointing experience. - The location. We were unable to access the property until 5.10pm, even then the cleaner remained for a further 30mins to finish cleaning. We therefore did not have full access to the property until nearly 6pm, despite check in being 4pm. This is in addition to the fact I requested early check in and received no response. The gentleman from No 64 parked his car blocking the drive from 7pm Sunday until Monday afternoon. Our car was blocked on the drive. These neighbours then rudely informed us that if the landlord is renting the property they will need to lower the pavement creating an actual drive. The property advertised a drive that can hold 1-2 cars, the drive could only hold one car. Additionally as the pavement is not dipped, it was consistently blocked by various cars throughout the weekend. The property should not be advertised as having an accessible drive. I woke up on Monday morning with bites on my legs having slept in the back bedroom. Bites that remain uncomfortable today. There is excessive noise that can be heard from neighbours, footsteps, banging and voices can clearly be heard. It should be made clear in advertising that this property is in a residential block. I received messages on Tuesday morning implying that I was overstaying, pressuring me to vacate the property for cleaners, despite having paid for late check out. The property itself is not representative of advertising. The entry way and stairs are disgustingly dirty. This was a disappointing experience from an aesthetic and customer service point, especially after providing feedback directly and receiving neither an acknowledgment or response.

• Sian (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious apartment that had everything you would need. Great location for London with access to the Streatham Station a 15 minute walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy check in and out. Jane was a Very good host and communication was great.
