• Cildog (9/5): We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij The Frogg guesthouse, een echte aanrader!! - The Frogg guesthouse ligt centraal en is met de metro goed bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen tips betreft eten en wat te doen. We hadden kamer nr 3 met het grote balkon, dit is echt een aanrader. We hebben Athene grotendeels te voet ontdekt, alleen naar de haven toe hebben we de metro gepakt. Ontbijt was lekker, je had keuze uit verschillende gerechten die smaakvol waren. Onder zit een bar, waar je gezellig kunt zitten en een lekkere koffie, cockail of iets anders kunt nuttigen. Niks veel tegen, het overtrof onze verwachtingen!!

I noticed some reviews that said it was noisy, but we didn't have any problems and my husband is a very light sleeper. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. They serve breakfast downstairs and it is just delicious. Eggs with feta and tomatoes, omelets, spinach pie - there are lots of good choices with strong Greek coffee. The staff is warm and friendly and offered good advice about what to see in Athens. It is convenient to the subway that goes to the airport. Nothing

• Tracey (10/5): Perfect location in the heart of Athens, comfy bed, wonderful breakfast and lovely staff! - The breakfast was incredible and an amazing introduction to Greece! We loved the room, and the bed was extremely comfortable, felt like home. The rain shower was awesome and the bathroom products were perfect. The location was amazing as well, tons of restaurants and shops right around the corner, a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis! The staff was so kind and helpful with everything. I really can't think of anything! If I must complain, there was one small flight of stairs that was uncomfortable for me because I'm pregnant, but I did it and it was totally worth it for how amazing this place was.

Great amenities, location, staff, food thank you - Clean, with an eye for those extra little details - great mattresses, loads of towels, wardrobe space, hooks etc. absolutely gorgeous breakfast. So much choice. Right in the centre. Amazing staff. A beautiful experience and such good value for money. Just be aware: There is noise from downstairs and in the street and the terrace door in our room doesn’t fasten. But they give you ear plugs and make this clear. So we knew and slept super well. It’s right in the centre!

Vele restaurants en bars rondom. Heerlijk ontbijt. Hartelijke ontvangst. Mooie kamer en top douche. Als ik dan toch iets negatiefs moet bedenken, er is een beetje lawaai van de (live) muziek maar dit stopt wel op een deftig uur. In de kamer liggen ook oordopjes ;-)

• Mona (10/5): Perfect little Guesthouse in the middle of Athens - Everything was amazing. Our stay at the Guesthouse was simply perfect. The location was perfect, the staff super friendly and helpful the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served from 8 to 1pm and also really delicious 😋. Would definitely recommend to stay here! Due to the perfect location you can hear some music at night time. We didn't mind at all but if you can only sleep if it is completely quite outside you should probably stay in a different area of Athens

The room is fully equippeded, and with a lot of light and a beautiful terrace(mine). The neighborhood has a plenty of bars and restaurants. There isn't an elevator to get into the rooms, and traveling with heavy luggage could be a little unconfortable. The staff is helpful otherwise, so it's not a big deal,

Close to everything you could need - excellent transport links, spoilt for choice when it came to places to eat and the neighbourhood felt really safe. It was a lovely atmosphere, with live musicians every night on the doorstep. The staff we're very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to allow us to leave our bags with them after checkout, so we could make the most our last day. The breakfasts were amazing - a great selection made with fresh, delicious produce. We loved Athens and staying at The_Frogs_Guesthouse was the cherry on top! All good - nothing bad to report

• Harrierman (10/5): Great room, central location, friendly helpful staff. - We have spent two nights at the wonderful Frogs Guesthouse. We had a beautiful room down the street from the bar. Don’t be put off by the graffiti outside, the rooms inside are a real treat! Everything you need, but a particularly shoutout for the shower which was amazing, we need to get a foot tap! Just what you need after a day exploring Athens. The Frogs Guesthouse is an ideal location to explore Athens. It’s in a vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants. A final mention must go to the staff who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We arrived very early (a long story!) and were able to access our room after enjoying the great breakfast. The position is perfect, in the middle of psiri neighboor and very near to metro station and all the city attractions. The room is not big but it is not an issue at all, expecially for a short stay.
• Ambra (10/5): A super cool and central place to stay in Athens - I recommend staying at The Frogs Guesthouse because, first of all, it's a very cool place, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and very professional. The rooms are really nice and renovated, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Great bar with excellent breakfast and drinks. Marina is very professional and well-organised, so trust her and her advice. Outside It can get a bit noisy at night, but they kindly provide earplugs, the windows are well insulated and, above all, the neighbourhood is so beautiful and vibrant that it invites you to go out and enjoy it! The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. The room was not very big but it was very comfy. Huge shower and nice tiled bathroom. Overall good vibes with overall deco that somehow reminded me a bit of Cuba. First floor room comfortable but noisy (earplugs provided!). Not a problem for us but it may be for others. No lift and steep staircase to get to the upper floors. Breakfast area relatively small so, when it gets busy, the ground floor (which also operates as a bar) can get a bit crowded.

We hebben genoten van het heerlijke a la carte ontbijt met versgeperste jus d’orange en de lekkerste cappuccino van Athene. Er kwam ‘s avonds veel geluid/muziek vanaf de straat tot laat. Heel gezellig tot je graag wil slapen. Uiteraard kan het guesthouse daar niets aan doen (de oordoppen lagen klaar!).

• Audrey (9/5): Super adresse - On peut difficilement être mieux placé proche restaurants, métro, commerces, Acropole. Excellent petit déjeuner, personnel au petit soin qui conseille bien. Quartier très animé donc qui peut être un peu bruyant le soir. Loft confortable, très bien équipé (clim, tv, enceinte bluetooth), super douche, grand lit double en mezzanine et canapé lit double en bas. Un seul jeu de clés (qui permet d'activer l'électricité), un deuxième juste avec les clés aurait été pratique.

• Lada (8/5): - Местоположения отличное, завтрак хороший. Отличная терраса - балкон В номер ведет винтовая лестница, тяжело подниматься особенно с чемоданами. Разрешили выехать на час позже, но выключили электричество. крутая деревянная лестница ведет на самый верх номера.

• Fiona (9/5): Great little fun place in the heart of Athens. - Lovely room, separate and a few doors down the street from the main Frogs House bar and guest house. Clean, comfortable with a good shower and tea and coffee making facilities. Fun, quirky room decor. Very central to everything we wanted to see in Athens. Really helpful and friendly staff. Not a problem at all, but we were not aware our room would be separate from the rest of the establishment, so we were a bit surprised that we were taken down the road to a room on the ground floor of another block. However, it was very secure as it had its own courtyard area in front with a locked gate.As I say, no problem, but the hotel description did not mention this.

• Deborah (Debbie) (9/5): Great, if we stayed in Athens again we’d definitely go back to the The Frogs - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room spotlessly clean, the shower was great. Seen reviews mention noise but we had no issues and slept well. It is a little quirky but we liked that. It is a good location We included breakfast and would have liked a little more flexibility in our choice, fruit as well as the main options would be good
