• Alexandru (9/5): - We had a pretty good time here, would 💯 reccommand! Great location, clean, quite enough to get a good sleep. The only downside was the shower door not being properly sealed so it would leak out of the shower.
• Jason (10/5): Comfortable apartment - This place was lovely, close and very equiped with a very small kitchen that still worked well. It can get a bit noisy with the road out the front due to the paving. The first night scared the crape out of me as there was some works going on out the front. The was nothing we didn’t like, it can just be a bit noisy from the road at night.

• Dragana (9/5): Good choice if you're not too picky - The apartment is very spacious. It has two bathrooms. A lot of room to keep your clothes as well. I travel a lot and no hotel ever offered this much space for wardrobe. Nice welcome gesture, we enjoyed it. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Supermarket also very close. We didn't like the kitchen that much, there was an occasional smell of mold. You can always eat outside, of course, plenty of restaurants nearby. However, one of us got sick, we were forced to stay and eat inside for a day. No forks or butter knives whatsoever. Sofa bed not too comfy. Also, mosquitoes everywhere. No point in chasing them, there's always more. Probably coming inside through the kitchen window. The apartmant and the bathroom were spotless clean, but dust and cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling (yet, you are paying for a cleaning service).

• Amy (9/5): Wonderful apartment in Florence! - Excellent location! Easy walking distance to all main sites. Loved having 2 full bathrooms and a separate living space. The only complaint we had was the bed and pillows. We needed more pillows and the bed was small for my 6’3” husband.

• ZÜMRÜT (10/5): A nice spacious house in beautiful Firenze. - The house had high ceilings, it was spacious and really clean. We also liked its decoration. I can't say it's really close to the main station. However, we could still walk in 20 minutes. The laundry room was great. There were two bathrooms which is great for a family of four. Since it is a one floor building there was noice coming from the street from time to time but we could still take a good night's sleep. The cleaner came and tried to open the door before the check-out time. He was a nice guy so we didn't mind:) The host also said they were sorry about it.

Spacious, clean, very well equipped, good location (about 2km walk from the train station). Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Very new and modern decor especially the bathrooms but filled with character. Excellent communication from host. Lovely little welcome package of biscotti and a drink. 10/10pm of our favourite accomodations in Europe so far. Nothing we didn’t like.

It has all that you need for a pleasant stay: large rooms, facilities in the kitchen, good beds and two bathrooms. Thank you, Irene, for the sweets and for hosting us! - I prefer softer pillows, - there was no room cleaning during the period of stay.

Communication with Irene was flawless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are a lot more mosquitos than we had anticipated in Florence and they so remember to bring your precautions for that!

• Patrice (10/5): The property was spacious, well lit, had every convenience (except coffee pods!), 2 bathrooms, airy! - The location was very handy--close to museums, Ponte Del Vecchio and yet was in a quiet, safe environment. Knowing ahead of time about the taxes collected at the end.
• Dejan (9/5): Great location, spacious - We some reservations considering the property is at the ground floor with entrance from the street straight to the living room, but everything worked out perfectly. The apartment is located at the edge of the historic district, a short walk from all major sites worth seeing and there are plenty of them. Very clean, spacious, more than enough for two people. The listing states parking is available which is the same as saying “there is a parking in Florence”. If you are getting there by car be prepared to spend time and money finding parking unless you leave your car in one of the garages which could potentially save you a bit of both.

• Eva (9/5): Spacious, comfortable and private - Spacious apartment with a large bedroom, 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a private entrance from the street (a few steps up). Lots of conveniences: dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer (condenser?), clothes drying rack, towel warmer, etc. The kitchen is compact, but generally well equipped, (convection?) oven works as well as a microwave (almost as fast). Bed was comfortable. Host left welcoming goodies for us. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Location is a bit away from the city centre, but certainly within walking distance. We didn't mind the walking, but potential guests should realize its location.

It has beautiful antique furniture on the bedroom, and the tiles give a great look to the seating area. It was in the ground floor no view and only one window on the bedroom the seating area and the kitchen no window. And the mattress of the master bedroom it wasn’t very comfortable.

• Patti (9/5): A lovely and very spacious apartment in a very good location. - Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Thoughtful welcome gift. Coffee maker does not work and the host is aware. It should be replaced. Host could provide more detailed instructions regarding Wi-Fi, coffee maker, ac and tv.
• Anastasiia (10/5): the communication with the host was excellent - The apartment is located in the central area, near Santa Croce. Main sights are in walkable distance. It’s located in a quite street, the apartment is very spacious, has two bathrooms and equipped kitchen
• Heloisa (10/5): Great location, very comfortable flat! - We were surprised at how large the flat was, the amount of storage space like cupboards and walk-in closet, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The two bathrooms were really a plus! The location was also great, within 10-15 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes away from a café where we had a delicious cappuccino for breakfast. It’s a ground-floor flat, which is very practical so you avoid having to carry suitcases up and down any stairs. I warmly recommend this flat! There was nothing we didn’t like!
• Aoife (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location. Spacious rental with two bathrooms. Excellent attention to detail- washing tablets for washing machine, tumble dryer, arrival gift of biscuits and liquor, hair straighteners, big bottle of water, netflix, qr code for internet. Toiletries Irene was very contactable. We stayed in three different accommodations during.oir Florence trip and this was our favourite. It's close to Melaleuca for brunch, Piazzo Michel Angelo, Ponte Vechio, and some good restaurants. Very late check-in of 4 pm and very early check out of 10am. Albeit, out of the three accomodations we stayed in during Florence it was the latest and earliest of them all. It's hard to find a fault with anything else.

• Antonia (9/5): Superb - Great location just a stone throw away from all the big sights. The apartment is freshly renovated, nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen). Having two bathrooms is amazing. Contact with Irene was smooth :) When sleeping on the sofa bed it gets really bright in the early morning due the (beautiful) glass entrance area = sleeping mask recommended! We’d also recommend earplugs for noise sensitive people as the small street is busy and the apartment is on the ground floor (which is great with the heat as it stays cool).

• Fatemeh (10/5): beyond our expectations - I stayed there with my family for 3 nights. the apartment was so clean , spacious and well designed. the bed was super comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed for cooking . Everything that could be needed during the trip was considered, from a hair iron to a laundry dryer, which surprised us. Uffizi gallery is in 10 minutes walking ,and in 20 minutes walking you can arrive the panoramic view of Florence which is so stunning. I absolutely recommend this place , we really enjoyed it.
