- Jose fernando (10/5): Muy bien - El piso es muy amplio y limpio.
Buena iluminacion y aire acondicionado
- Lilia (8/5): Excellent location, great space, would return! - Love the fact that it’s an apartment! Having a kitchen, veranda and a separate sleeping/living space was so nice. We were able to eat at home several times, which was awesome. It is very well air conditioned, which helps a lot with the summer heat. Comfortable bed and futon, as well as tons of space to spread out your things. It has a washing machine, which is very helpful if you’ve packed light abs need to freshen up your wardrobe. The host is very responsive, and getting into the apartment is very easy. Great location, on the tram/bus line and only a few stops from the Duomo Square and shopping. Also, pro-tip, if you’re done doing your touring, and you find yourself with a free afternoon in a hot day, a couple blocks down the street there is a fabulous outdoor pool that looks/feels kind-of resort ish. If you like hot showers, space them out. The hot water tank is tiny, but I think that’s normal for European showers.
- Irina (8/5): - Good location No condition unfortunately

- Loudon (2/5): Was in Milan for a conference, 35 degrees max 24 min. Flat was basically a sauna, kitchen smelly - Location very convenient No air con (ok I didn't double check the listing, but for the price in other cities and countries you'd expect it really). Kitchen smelled overwhelmingly of sthg burnt or fried. Furniture a bit worn in kitchen and bathroom. Shower wasn't great and didn't really drain well. No hook to hang bath towel. Shelf under mirror looked on the verge of collapse. Kitchen units have seen better days, worktop patched up with plastic film. Coffee from coffee machine probably the worst I've ever drank. The bedside lamp on right side wasn't even plugged in with no power extension to reach it. Overall a bit of TLC and this could be a good flat, but needs some attention. Sorry, don't like leaving negative reviews but have to be honest.
- Erick (9/5): Would've been great if the property has AC or electric fans during summer - It had almost everything we needed - except for air conditioning, or even a small electric fan would've made such a huge difference in our stay.
We stayed for 3 nights june 9-12, and it was really hot. The windows are facing the afternoon sun.
Kitchen was great, clean sheets and towels. Everything else was good, hence chose to rate it with 9. No AC, no electric fan - really hot, can't sleep :((
Hot water supply-intermittent. Shower drain clogged.
Someone rang our intercom phone (gate) at 1am twice.
