• Maria (4/5): Overall, the size and layout of the property were positives, but the combination of unresolved maintenance issues, lack - The property itself is very large and well suited to accommodating large groups, with plenty of space for families or multiple guests. However, several issues significantly impacted the comfort and overall experience of the stay. The most serious concern was that the front door could not be locked from inside the house. We were only informed of this after check-in and were assured there was “no crime” in the area. Regardless of location, being unable to secure the main entrance overnight is unacceptable from a safety perspective. As a workaround, our family entered through the bathroom door each night so we could lock ourselves inside, with a plan to exit through that area in the event of an emergency. The upstairs living area also had a very strong cigarette smell that remained throughout the stay despite airing out the house for several days. It appeared previous guests had smoked heavily inside, and the presence of an ashtray in the pantry suggests the property is not genuinely non-smoking. The smell was unpleasant and difficult to remove. In addition, the WiFi was unreliable and inconsistent during the stay, and the downstairs heating was broken. Again, this was only communicated after check-in.
• Chris (7/5): Great location, perfect for a getaway in Vivonne Bay. - Great location. Plenty of space. Close to the beach. Perfect for large families. Property could do with a bit more maintenance.

Maybe just a little bit of maintenance and garden w - Location was great, and the layout was excellent for our group. The house looked a bit tired but was very clean. Needs a little bit of maintenance. The hot tap in the bottom shower leaked and the taps kept falling off in the upper ensuite shower.
• John (8/5): Good stay but won't return - The place was lovely The owner's attitude towards the way the cleaning needs to be done after we left. You can't leave the sand on the floor. Toilet paper needs to be flushed and not in the bin. The floor needs to be cleaned etc etc. Stayed in many air bnbs before but never been told to do all this. All in all the stay n location were positive. The shower was a headache.

• Lindel (7/5): Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Sea Breeze, Vivonne Bay! - Great location & communicative/ helpful staff! Comfortable , big house. Great views. Owners need to improve plumbing in bottom shower & drain holes in sink. Kitchen cooking utensils: microwave was rusty!
• Wendy (7/5): Enjoyable and comfortable - Very comfortable and great location. Spacious. Great views. Regulating the water temperature in the showers was difficult, and a waste of water, despite the reminders to limit the water in the only single rain water tank. Extra blankets could have been available as it was cold.
• Daniel (8/5): We loved Vivonne Bay, such a beautiful part of KI. - The location at Sea Breeze was amazing, right near the beach and the top level provided beautiful views of the ocean. The house was very spacious and could easily accommodate multiple families. The adult queen beds were very comfortable. The large fridge and freezer was great. Great information about fires and water safety. The property needed attention to detail e.g missing utensils in the kitchen, not enough glass wine glasses, more bowls, plugs in the laundry and sinks to help save water would be helpful. The deck needs to be maintained as there were lots of nails sticking out, the aircon downstairs was not functioning nor was the TV downstairs. Coffee facilities would be appreciated. More chairs on the deck would be welcomed to accommodate the amount of people that the property can fit. More information about what day the bins need to be put out would be helpful. With a few modifications this property has the potential to be improved.

• Jasmin (8/5): - Das Haus was super. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Shauna hatte mit uns, auch vor der Ankunft, Kontakt und war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Lage ist super für Erkundungen. Leider war das Wetter recht kalt und stürmisch. Da die Heizung im Unterenbereich nicht funktionierte, war es in den Schlafzimmern recht kalt. Wir hatten extra Decken bekommen, aber wir empfehlen, dies zu reparieren.

• B (9/5): Well equipped 5 BR house in seaside town Central to KI attractions - Great location! Sea views, walk to the beach, Vivonne Bay is quiet but central to many kangaroo Island attractions. Beds were very comfortable and house will equipped for self catering. Near impossible to get the shower to stay a comfortable temperature, pressure & temperature changed randomly. Kitchen only lacked Frypans.
• Oldmikah (7/5): Sea Breeze - It was great having a central location to come home to, Sea Breeze has everything you could need. Water pressure in the shower is not great, I understand that it's on tank water, but you waste a lot of water trying to get the right temperature.
