• Kevin (7/5): Love New Year in Tenerife. - Very good host, communication was very good and quick, able to get a request from the host straight away. Location is excellent with supermarket a 100 meters away, Cafe/ restaurants within 20 meters, and bars close by too. Beach is a 5 min walk and the apartment is on the bus routes so you can explore further. no need for a car. Very handy washing machine on balcony. We asked for extra bedding as just a bit cold on 1st night but host brought some the very next day. The shower drain needed to be pulled up then put back after a shower but no big deal. Oven took a bit of getting used to could do with instructions.

• Linda (1/5): Very Dissappointing property and very overpriced - The outside pool only The stained bed/damp smell in cupboards/Rubber bedroom curtains/stained sofa/Rats/Rodents running about and scratching within bathroom ceiling causing us not being able to sleep - should be given a t refund as very overpriced and not up to standard and outside building was awful

• Adriana (5/5): Ok for the money but I will not choose it again - Location was great, about 10 minutes to the beach. Swimming pool was also nice and clean. We had a trouble with door badge and electricity and Moira was nice and willing to help very quickly. Apartment was in the worst condition as I expected. Kitchen cabinets were old and smelly so we have to kept washed dishes on the counter. Bathroom was also not in the good shape, water in the toilet was always running so I had to close main water entry every evening to be able to get some sleep. Shower curtain was dirty and would be great to change it.

Internet/tv worked well, nice balcony with the nice pool view, nice host and hotel stuff. clean apartment Living room couch should be updated, the shower sewer did not work so well. Also I would prefer oven instead of micro but that's an personal issue.

• Olha (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, great location, balcony, internet and TV worked perfectly. The shower cabin was a little bit uncomfortable, because there were no shelves for shampoo, There was no microwave.
