• Marianna (9/5): - Pulizia, spazi ampi e salone e camera da letto molto confortevoli. Lascerei nell'alloggio degli alimenti essenziali a lunga scadenza, come olio, zucchero, sale e qualcosa per la colazione.

• Tanja (10/5): - Good size apartment right in the heart of the city. 2 bathrooms are excellent. The underground parking was also a big advantage. Seemless way of getting in by means of virtual lock. Kitchen equipment could be a little more generous. That seems to be a general topic on the Canary Islands.
• Stéphanie (6/5): Super appartement mais manque de communication du propriétaire - L'appartement est grand et très bien équipé. Il se situe à proximité du centre. Le garage est un plus, car il n'est vraiment pas évident de se garer à l'extérieur. Il y a un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, l'hôte devait m'envoyer un lien par message. J'avais donné notre heure d'arrivée, puis étant donné que nous avions du retard je leur ai envoyé un message 20 minutes avant d'arriver, afin de recevoir le code. Une fois sur place, j'ai dû appeler pour avoir ce lien, car personne ne m'avait répondu. Même problème pour sortir du logement. L'autre donne comme consigne de laisser les clés à l'intérieur de l'appartement, de récupérer la voiture et de sortir. Sauf que pour accéder au garage, il y a deux portes intérieures qui sont fermées à clé. Nous ne pouvions donc pas accéder au garage. J'ai voulu rechercher la clé dans l'appartement, mais à 11h tapante, le code pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai écrit à l'hôte, pas de réponse ( depuis 2 jours il n'a pas vu mon message). Par chance, j'ai expliqué ma situation à une dame qui habite dans l'immeuble et elle a bien voulu venir m'ouvrir les portes pour que nous puissions partir.
• Demelza Glez. (1/5): Sin comentarios... - Lo mejor fue la plaza de garaje gratuita porque el aparcamiento en la calle es cuestión de suerte... El check-in lo tuvimos que hacer con más de 4 horas de retraso, y la excusa del alojamiento fue: "Retraso de la limpieza por Los Carnavales". Pero con el check-out sí que fueron estrictos en el horario, ya que sin que nosotros avisáramos que ya estábamos fuera del alojamiento, a las 11h, "por su reloj", desconectaron los accesos a la vivienda y tuvimos que llamar para poder dejar las llaves dentro del alojamiento, en lo que sacamos el vehículo del garaje y fuimos a dejar las llaves en el alojamiento, ya no pudimos entrar. Nuestro ckeck-out fue el pasado viernes 20 de Febrero, y aún seguimos esperando un supuesto reembolso, sin indicarnos la cantidad, que nos dijeron que nos hacían por el retraso. Por otro lado, en la habitación de la litera, el mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia, la pared está con humedad. Y en el sillón del salón, mi hijo se encontró un tenedor con restos de comida ya reseca.
• Paolo (8/5): Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista - Posizione ottima, al bordo della zona pedonale. Appartamento grande, ottimale per 4 persone. Ben attrezzato, c'è tutto il necessario. Molto comodo il box, è difficile parcheggiare in zona. 2 bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia molto grande Comunicazione difficoltosa. Si erano dimenticati di darci il codice di accesso al portoncino stradale, per fortuna ci ha aperto un inquilino.

• maria asuncion (8/5): - El apartamento está muy bien situado, con garaje y con salida y entrada de La Laguna muy próxima . También estaba bastante limpio y en buenas condiciones. Falta de conexión a la antena. Imposible conectarla.
• Alejandro (8/5): Buenas localización y parking privado. - Lo que más me gusto fue la habitación y que tiene parking propio. No me gusto tener que coger el apartamento a partir de las 15:00 y dejarlo a partir de las 11:00 horas.

• Jackie (2/5): Very poor - ON FINALLY ENTERING THE APARTMENT, WE HAD TO HUNT FOR FANS. ONLY ONE TO TRY AND COOL IT DOWN. IT WAS CLEAN AND THERE WAS SOME BISCUITS AND WATER WHICH WERE APPRECIATED. WE DID REQUEST FAN AND TOWEL WHICH WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT EVENING when we had gone out to dinner. instructions for everything should be supplied. no one met us and after 1HR.30 mins we got in to a very hot apt. there should have been instructions on ALL appliances, WHERE TO TAKE THE RUBBISH, WHERE EXACTLY WAS THE WASHING MACHINE. THE 3RD BED DID NOT HAVE TOP SHEET OT BATH TOWEL. THE TELEVISION SEEMED TO BE PAY TV. SEVERAL PLUGS COULD NOT BE USED FOR THE ONE FAN AS THEY SEEMED TO BE BLOCKED. AND THE ONE WE USED FELL APART. DANGEROUS OR NOT THIS WAS SCARY. ON ARRIVAL THE NARROW ONE WAY STREET HAD NO PARKING PLACES AVAILABLE AND WE HAD TO DRIVE ALL ROUND THE TOWN AGAIN BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE A KEY TO GET INTO THE APT OR GARAGE. NO INFO INSIDE THE APT AS TO NEAR BY SUPERMARKETS OR RESTAURANTS THAT WERE RECOMMENDED, NO MAP OF THE TOWN. HAD TO ASK FOR EXTRA FAN FOR 2ND BEDROOM. THE 2ND PILLOWS ON THE DOUBLE BED DID NOT HAVE PILLOW CASES. DOES BOOKING.COM CHECK THE TRUTH OF THE OWNERS REPORTS ON THEIR SITE. THE STREET VIEW OUT OF THE WINDOW WAS OF ABANDONED GARDENS AND OLD BUILDINGS. THERE WAS NO TERRACE UPSTAIRS TO USE. THE ONLY REASON WE MET THE MAINTENENCE MAN WAS APPARANTELY WE HAD DISCONNECTED SOME APPARATUS WHICH KEPT FLASHING ALL NIGHT AND DID NOT SEEM TO HAVE A FUNCTION IN THE APARTMENT. Elena could have phoned us to tell us they wanted to go in the apartment ,we were shocked to find him in our apartment in our absence . I thought this a bit late on the last night of our stay but apparently they were worried for the next guests not us.
