• Brandon (10/5): This property is a bargain. I highly recommend staying here. - The location was perfect; right next to a station with access to most of Osaka, hardly even heard the local trains. The room was incredible: Very spacious, the bathroom was nice, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and cookware, and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The room included extra linens, pillows, and even a floor mat if you have more than 2 guests. Contacting the property through Booking.com was easy and they are super helpful. The washing machine was also a nice touch, with included detergent. I've been to dozens of hotels, and this one is by far on the top of my list. I will definitely be booking Bon Osaka West next visit! No issues

• Joanna (9/5): Good stay in Osaka. - All amenities were good. Location great. We had the rubbish pile near our room it is unsightly and disappointing. The property is good however the company may have been hacked as we had several requests for payment prior to our stay and the company demanding payment was a fragrance company. Be careful as they will send either a WhatsApp or email and the email is very similar to Booking.com. Only pay through the app.

También que haya habido elementos necesarios en la cocina y baño (menaje, lavadora. plancha con tabla, etc) La no separación de ambientes del salón a la habitación, tal como se mostraba en las fotos publicitarias, para el tercer huesped, que así no ha podido tener un mínimo de intimidad . Al ser una estancia de más de 2 semanas, que no haya habido, al menos, un cambio de sábanas y toallas.
• April (8/5): The place was nice and comfortable overall, with more amenities than expected, including a washing machine and dryer. Th - The room is roomy, clean and close to a lot of train stations. And it’s close to the shops and convenience stores. The room has washing machine and clothes dryer which came in handy. Toiletries are provided. Check in time is very late 4pm with check out time of 10am. Majority of places all over the world has a 2 to 3 pm check in and check out time of 10 to 11am. The pillow is so thin even if you use the two pillow combined.

• TAKESHI (10/5): 住んでいるように暮らす - とにかく部屋が広くて、設備も全て揃っているので長期滞在にはとても便利です。 周辺にはコンビニ、スーパー、飲食店もたくさんあります。 掃除が一回も入らないので、長期だとシーツも洗わないと行けないので、少し大変。毎日のタオルの洗濯、汚れたら床の掃除も必要です。 住んでいると当たり前ですが、ホテルと比べてはいけません。

• Jochem (8/5): Prima - Het gebouw staat op een perfecte locatie: twee haltes van Osaka station en op 15 minuten lopen van goede restaurants. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken en faciliteiten voorzien. De directe nabijheid van metro- en treinstations zorgt voor geluidshinder. Als je goed wil slapen neem je oordoppen mee. De balkons zijn alleen bestemd voor evacuatie en verder niet toegankelijk. Als je rookt of even buiten wil zitten, heb je een probleem. De omschrijving van het senior appartement met balkon klopt dus niet. In onze kamer zat naast het bed een gat in de muur dat provisorisch was afgeplakt met plastic en tape.

• SOO JUNG (9/5): Amazing bathroom and surrounded by convenient stores. - Absolutely loved the bathroom that auto-filled the tub, and dried the laundry. Super close to station and so many restaurants and convenient stores near by. A little bit of travel from the major stations such as Namba, which made it difficult to travel to in peak hours with big luggages.

• Florian (8/5): Preis-Leistungs-Kracher in schöner Lage - Lage: Für uns eine optimale Lage, da nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der JR-Station NODA entfernt, auf der die Osaka Loop Line fährt, als auch unmittelbar vor Eingang 2 zur Metro-Station TAMAGAWA. Der Weg in die Universal Studios konnte innerhalb von 15 Minuten bewältigt werden. Darüber hinaus konnten wir durch JR- und Metro-Anbindung alle Ziele innerhalb Osakas ohne großen Zeitverlust erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof Osaka-Station und für die Weiterreise die Station Shin-Osaka waren in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Zimmer: Das Vierbettzimmer war groß genug für vier Personen. Es war sauber. Die vier großen Reisekoffer konnten geöffnet und abgelegt werden. Als Betten ist ein Queensize Bett sowie ein Sofa, das zu einem Bett umfunktioniert werden kann (inkl. Matratzentopper) vorhanden. Das Bad war in Ordnung und umfasst alle notwendigen Utensilien (Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Zahnbürsten, Haarbürsten, Föhn etc.). Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die entsprechend der Beschreibung einfach zu handhaben ist. Wer sich unsicher ist, nutzt eine Übersetzungs-App. Daneben ist der Duschraum als Trockenraum vorgesehen. Hier können Kleidungsstücke aufgehängt und getrocknet werden. Wir haben dies Übernacht genutzt und hatten morgens trockene Kleidung. Aufenthalt: Der Check-in war für 16:00 Uhr vorgesehen. Die Koffer können auch an der Unterkunft im 2F kostenfrei aufbewahrt werden. Jedoch wird für einen etwaigen Verlust keine Haftung durch das Hotel übernommen. Der Check-in selbst verlief reibungslos. Mittels eines Codes, der vorab über eine Nachricht bei Booking.com mitgeteilt wird, kann das Gebäude betreten werden. Achtung: Der Code wird immer benötigt, um das Hotel zu betreten. Über ein Bildschirm-Panel wird eingecheckt. Die Zimmernummer sowie der Code für die Zimmertür wird anschließend mitgeteilt. Weitere Informationen (z. B. Müllentsorgung) findet man innerhalb des Zimmers über einen QR-Code. Zum Auschecken einfach das Hotel verlassen. Top: Transparente Kommunikation. Für fünf Tage Aufenthalt war der Mülleimer zu klein. Dies ist jedoch nur ein persönliches Empfinden. Anderweitig gibt es an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen.

Took us 1 day to get used to it.
• Oxana (9/5): Отличная, чистая, уютная, аккуратная квартира - Отличная, чистая, уютная, аккуратная квартира. Мы в полном восторге. Ремонт, мебель, обстановка - все выглядело современным. Апартаменты оказались светлыми и просторными. В квартире было все для комфортного проживания. На первом этаже можно было взять необходимые вещи: зубную щетку, расческу, порошок для стирки и т.п. Заезд был полностью автоматическим, инструкции по заселению были присланы на электронную почту за сутки. Все было просто и понятно. Звук поездов нас не беспокоил, так как окна выходили на другую сторону. Позднее время заезда в 16:00. Мы приехали в квартиру в 15:40 и прошли требуемую регистрацию, но нас все равно попросили ждать до 16:00, хотя квартира была готова. При этом выезд был в 10 часов, за дополнительную плату нам продлили проживание до 12:00. Про подушки писали неоднократно. Узкие и неудобные. Спать на них нельзя.

• Goto (9/5): ものすごく良かった！大阪旅行では次回もぜひ使いたいです！ - 駅からのアクセスが良く、真下にLAWSON、徒歩1.2分圏内にスーパーや飲食店が多数あり、とても便利でした。 また室内の広さも十分で、Wi-Fiの接続も良かったし、水回り設備も新しく、清潔でとても良かったです。 洗濯用洗剤も付いていてありがたかったです。 ベッドは快適でしたが、ベッドの他に布団が一組準備されていましたが、床に直接敷くにはかなり薄かったです。 アーリーチェックインや、レイトチェックアウトが選べればもっと最高でした。

• Valeria (8/5): Convenient location to visit Osaka - A very big apartment for Japanese standards, the place was very clean and minimalist, with a lovely kitchen. The bathroom was very spacious with a great system to dry laundry (which we didn't use though). Super close to two metro stations, one is literally under the building. Very very convenient location. The check-in is done via tablet (first time we experienced it) and due to that the check-in time is quite strict, you are not allowed in before that time. It was a bit difficult to find a place to store our luggage, the only place was right outside the entrance, through a system of chains and locks. We weren't too persuaded about that so we decided to use a storage service nearby. The noise. Unfortunately being so close to the station is impossible to not hear the trains coming and going until late in the evening. I believe they don't have double ceiling windows, which explains why you can hear them so clearly. I didn't sleep super well even with ear plugs (but I'm a very light sleeper so I may be biased)

L’endroit pour stocker les valises en attendant est à l’extérieur et peu sécurisé. L’emplacement n’est pas terrible pour un court séjour assez loin de tout. Le lit et surtout les oreillers ne sont absolument pas confortable.

• Deepankar (10/5): My family loved the experience here - I loved everything about this property! I would even go on to say that this might be the best accommodation in Osaka! The check in experience was smooth! The facilities were great inside the accommodation, a beautiful view from the balcony! A lawson just below the property! Nothing!

• Fong (9/5): This is our second time staying here. First time was in March 2025. This time felt like we were “coming home.” We don’t - Centrally located with main train stations and lines nearby. Ex Osaka loop line and Noda station. I also really appreciate having in suite laundry as it saved us from wasting time at a laundry mat. The hallway carpet could use some deep cleaning and the pillows in the room were very uncomfortable because they were too flat. I also wish there was a broom and dust pan so we can sweep the floor as well. Between me and my daughter there was a lot of hair on the floor.

• Zhi Min (8/5): Great stay. I would return - It’s close to 2 different subway stations, especially the loop line which brings us close to major attractions in Osaka. Property is clean and quite spacious for a place like Osaka too. There’s supermarket and restaurants nearby (literally below) for easy access to food The check-in of 4pm is too late. Would have preferred 3pm latest. The location of the luggage storage place could have been more properly communicated (took me a while to find it)

• Georgia (7/5): Good stay, but the beds and pillows can be improved. - Very close to the subway and train station. There was a family mart and lawsons super close by and a fantastic grocery store within a 2 minute walk. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible! So hard and flat.

• Alan (7/5): Good Value excellent location for transport a little on the sparse side but clean - Location is excellent as there are three transport links right at the door . Apparent was very clean and modern . Very close to the railway and takes a while to adjust to. If you are a light sleeper this is not for you . And don’t get me started about the pillows …. We bought our own as the ones supplied were more like chair pads …..a simple fix…please upgrade and get higher scores!! The bedroom has only a bed in it !! Really!! No bed side table or lamp so books phones glasses water bottles anything you have has to be laid on the floor !

• Andreas (8/5): The stay was really convenient and a nice place for first time travelers that are exploring Osaka - I really liked the location of the accommodation, me and my partner caught the train frequently during our stay soo being right next to the train station made it really easy to transport. The queen bed was comfortable and loved that the place had a fridge and microwave. Not a lot to complain about but maybe more frequent cleaning of the rooms
