D autant plus que le pb recommençait le soir Résultat : 3x2 donc 6 petits déjeuners pris à l extérieur et pour lesquels demandons un remboursement + pb de douche ! JAMAIS PLUS ……..
• Terry (1/5): I wouldn't stay at this location is it was offered to me FREE. - The Coffee Maker leaked the entire 4 days I was there. Clearly, it needs to be replaced. The maker was on a tray, which was soaked on wet towels. After communicating with staff and having my arrival time approved (between 3-4 PM), no one was on property when I arrived at 3:55. I also communicated via WhatsApp and was scolded for showing up outside my approved arrival time. Instead, I waited at the front door for an hour before someone showed up. Then, was assisted second to a couple who arrived after me (and not at their approved time). Having to use 4 keys to enter the property was ridiculous...yes, FOUR KEYS! I requested info for the possibility of transportation from the airport to the hotel when I made my reservation months earlier. No one ever followed up nor asked when my flight arrival was. Therefore, I made my own arrangements. I was charged $70. for a service I did not get. Booking.com pointed the finger at the hotel. The hotel pointed the finger at Booking. com. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. My reservation was a double room with AC. There wasn't AC. The room had a free-standing closet with 2 drawers under a shelf. I put my suitcase on it and was scolded (again) for fear I would scratch it. It is black. Paint it again. The door into my room squeaked loud enough to disturb anyone staying there. Quiet time is 10PM until 8AM......yet, I was awakened late one night to the sounds of dishes, trash bags, doors slamming after a vacated room was being cleaned (during QUIET hours). The hours to enter the Kitchen are from 7AM to 10AM. Also ridiculous when you need to leave the property early and head to St. Peter's Square to join the long lines to see Pope Leo. That is why I booked my room - to be conveniently located to the Vatican..

• Paula (1/5): - Fiz uma reserva na hospedagem San Pietro Suite Rome para check-in no dia 29/11 às 17h (aprovado pela acomodação) e check-out em 01/12. Cheguei ao local no dia 29/11 às 16h, e não havia ninguém para me receber. Entrei em contato por telefone e fui informada de que eu deveria avisar o horário de check-in antecipadamente. Expliquei que poderia aguardar até às 17h sem problemas e que ficaria em um café próximo, mas ressaltei que necessitava realizar o check-in exatamente às 17h, pois tinha um compromisso às 17h30. Me informaram que alguém chegaria em 15 minutos para me atender. Retornei à porta da acomodação às 16h40, mas novamente não havia ninguém. Enviei mensagem por WhatsApp e me informaram que estavam a caminho isso já era 17h, horário acordado para o meu checkin. Esperei até 17h20, e ninguém apareceu para realizar o check-in. Como eu tinha um compromisso às 17h30, fui obrigada a desistir da reserva, encontrar outra hospedagem em poucos minutos e seguir para meu compromisso. Ressalto que estava fazendo cerca de 10C, e eu permaneci do lado de fora aguardando. Posteriormente, a acomodação alegou que a recepcionista chegou às 17h20, mas esse horário já estava fora do combinado e depois de mais de 20 minutos de atraso. Além disso, a equipe afirmou que eu deveria ter avisado que chegaria às 16h porém, eu nunca solicitei check-in antecipado. Eu entrei em contato antes para tentar antecipar caso possivel, mas compreendi que não e tudo bem. Porém o compromisso de checkin às 17h precisava ser cumprido e mesmo nesse horário ninguém compareceu. Mesmo 20minutos após este horário ninguém compareceu. Diante do não cumprimento do horário acordado, solicito reembolso total da reserva. Tenho prints das conversas no WhatsApp comprovando todas as informações, com os horários indicados acima.

• Espergene (10/5): Awesome place to stay and would stay again when we are back in Rome. - The location was perfect. The building/hotel is very close to the Vatican, bus stop, convenience store/groceries and train station The room was huge for my wife and I. The room have all the amenities, quite, and breakfast was ready and available. Amedeo was awesome. He made sure we have everything when we checked in and made sure we enjoyed our stay and even showed up very early and escorted us for our check out and departure.

• Donatella (10/5): We liked it - We spent a few days in Rome with my mother in mid-November. One of the best places I've been to with a great atmosphere. The accommodation is private apartment, so the receptionist is not there all the time, but if I had any questions or requests, the hosts would help me right away (we had contact in WhatsApp). However, everything was so perfect that we didn't really have any extra requests. We arrived late because of our flight, but they handled it well, and Amadeo is one of the nicest receptionists I've ever met. It's worth contacting the hosts about your arrival and departure times. Thank you Monica, Fabio and Amadeo for a pleasant and comfortable stay -

Purtroppo ci sono delle note negative, secondo noi: -fa freddo, sia in camera che nel locale comune (è vero, i soffitti sono alti, ma si dovrebbero trovare soluzioni alternative; non so... magari lasciare accesi i caloriferi per più tempo oppure poter accendere lo splint come pompa di calore, invece non c'è nemmeno il telecomando). Come non c'è il telecomando della TV! -bagni da rimodernare: muffa/perdite alle pareti e odore di scarico dal WC (foto) -migliorare la pulizia in camera: sulla presa vicino al comodino c'era almeno 1 dito di polvere (foto) -la "colazione"!!! colazione inclusa... sinceramente non siamo usciti per non spendere altri soldi, ma oggi alcune brioches erano di ieri; stamattina ancora le tazzine di ieri sporche nel lavandino (foto) .... e mi fermo...

A reggeli egy vicc , három vagy kitudja hány napos croisant, pirított kenyér stb. Úgy láttuk senki sem fogyasztott. A szobában hideg volt, a fűtés egy-két órát működött.

• Camilla (9/5): - Ottima accoglienza al nostro arrivo, cordiale, disponibile e precisa, e ottima comunicazione con i proprietari via messaggio durante tutto il soggiorno. Bel palazzo d'epoca vicinissimo al Vaticano e ai mezzi. Arredamento delle stanze semplice ed elegante. Camera ampia. Apprezzatissimo il dettaglio del sapone intimo in bagno oltre al bagnoschiuma. Alcuni problemi con la luce che è saltata due volte e con alcuni ospiti che non hanno fatto uso della cucina in modo collaborativo e rispettoso. Ma questo non dipende dai gestori. Il sabato e la domenica i cornetti della colazione arrivano più tardi e dovendo uscire presto non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire.
• SEAN (8/5): A Pilgrims Sanctuary in Rome - The location was ideal for me. It was in a remote area away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but transportation was accessible with some walking. I liked it because I didn't have to hear the loud sirens of Emergency vehicles especially at night. The room was quite spacious and had sufficient lighting. I had a whole King size bed for myself and still plenty of space for my stuff. I also liked that it was quiet in the reception area when it was just outside the room door. I couldn't tell if there were others at the time. I appreciated that I wasn't disturbed by housekeeping. The bathroom was simple but sufficient...not complicated. Although, I had to figure out how to flush the toilet...hahaha. Amenities such as a small fridge, wine glasses, and lamps on either side of the bed were nice. Although, a water glass would have been more useful. In the mornings, there were simple eats set aside for breakfast but nothing extravagant. It was a common kitchen. I never took to the elevator of the building. I preferred the stairwell getting up and down. However, accessibility might be an issue for some. I appreciated the welcoming host's cheerfulness and lightheartedness. After a long flight, and much figuring out how to get to San Pietro Suite Rome, it was pleasant to meet Amedeo. Even with his strong accent in explaining about using the keys, it was his attitude of welcome that made it easier. Perhaps a suggestion to others thinking about San Pietro Suite Rome, be sure to contact the accommodations about your arrival time. Otherwise, expect to wait for the host. Traffic is a major issue that will impact the visit to Rome.

• Marie (10/5): I will stay here again next time I’m in Rome! - Very wonderful staff. Amedeo was super helpful and friendly. Even before I arrived, they were responsive to my questions and arranged everything for me. The hotel is nice— clean, comfortable, the room was spacious. Excellent location as it’s very near St Peter’s square so it was convenient for me to walk. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

La ubicación, si pretendes asistir a los actos del Vaticano, es espectacular, solo estás a poco más de 100 m. de la columnata de la plaza de San Pedro. Que la limpieza de la habitación la has de pagar y no se informa cuando se contrata.

Die Lage ist phänomenal- wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Petersdom oder zur Haltestelle. Die Unterkunft ist Ideal für Kurzaufenthalte. Es gibt morgens guten Espresso und Croissants. Man braucht 4 Schlüssel bis zum eigenen Zimmer. Durch den Schließmechanismus an der Wohnungstür ist das Schließen der Tür sehr laut und reicht aus geweckt zu werden

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not working, which is quite important for a tourist to plan routes, and it took a long time to fix the issue. Also, I had to wait a bit at check-in.

Amadeo es la persona presente en el lugar, es una persona muy activa ,muy amable y soluciona cualquier solicitud que usted tenga.

Monica ensured we had smooth transfer from airport to B&B & back to airport at time of departure. Very dependable. All concerned were met promptly. Generous continental breakfast. Prefer more privacy than having a separate kitchen area. Toilet system wasn't flushing properly. Well stocked with toiletries & plenty of towels.

• Katie (4/5): Save your money and stay elsewhere - The location was great! We both love this area. The room was not maintained well at all. The sink and shower both had drainage issues. The beds were uncomfortable and one of the slats broke, which the owner didn't fix until the next day, and he did not fix the drainage problems. The toilet seat wasn't secured properly either. Plus, we were charged a hefty amount for late check in despite this not being advertised. It also advertised an included breakfast which was just prepackaged croissants in the room. During our 4 day stay, we didn't receive any new towels or room cleaning. I don't like having to give a negative review but we can't recommend that anyone stay here. It is wildly overpriced.

Good location near the Vatican was - The room was spacious, Private bathroom, quiet floor and clean. I would suggest a small table in the room, as the room does have the space for a small coffee table and some privacy. Everything was good, but I felt a private table in the room would make it perfect. The floor does have shared kitchen with a table.

• Fanny (3/5): Left on my own without much response – very limited service provision - The window did not close – welcoming the street noise of Rome during the whole night…. When asked to fix this, nothing happened (during the three nights I stayed there). Breakfast is a joke: a limited amount of biscuits and cakes – no sugar or milk in the kitchen for coffee. No table or chair to sit or work (or check mails on a laptop). Very late reactions to requests, mostly in Italian only… When arriving at 9 p.m., one needs to pay additional - that was not mentioned on the site. I had to ask about 5 times to get a receipt of my stay afterwards, and it took me 2 weeks to receive it. So, avoid!
• Laurie (10/5): We were able to do so much in Rome because of the location. - So close to the Vatican. It was comfortable and clean.
• Someswar (1/5): Worst stay we have come across - Absolutely non cooperation from the Apartment owner, u cleaned, breakfast was worst, unhealthy accommodation. Overall a bad place to stay.
• Marco (7/5): Enjoyable stay in Rome - The hotel was easy to access. It was well located and the hosts were really responsive. It was a clean and very large room. They offer a transfer service to/from the airport and termini station. Tu communal space is small but offers a nice setting to bump into other travellers. We unfortunately never got to meet any of the staff while there, albeit them being very responsive to texts and calls - which I appreciated. The breakfast is more simple than we anticipated to we bought a few fruits. And we never got any housekeeping for the room, even though we were there for 5 nights. We had to buy a few things from the store and get our own towels from the facility cupboard. I wasn’t negatively impacted by all that but for the price, I though it deserved a place in the comment section.
• Esther (9/5): Everything was perfect except the breakfast part - There was air conditioning and a pretty room I thought included breakfast was to get breakfast every morning but that’s fine

• Thorstein (6/5): Pleasant - The room was fine. The host was very fair and helpful. The room was spartan. The host was invisible. I was able to connect after a half hour after chasing phone numbers and people nearby. Eventually was able to connect with someone down the street attached to the host. I'm assuming they will get better at the game, but right not, not getting my vote

• Greg (5/5): Room and location great so the very stressful arrival process and light on all night disappointin - Room was good and shower good and kitchenette good Arrival process was appalling . It took 2 hours to finally get into our room after arriving at the apartment address. We were given the address for adjoining San Pietro appartments but the staff there would not communicate with the staff at our proper address even though they were part of the San Pietro Appartments. The phone number for Tonnino we were given in the original booking did not answer our calls for those 2 hours so we went back to most recent email and texted person who then did respond. We had not been told in original booking to check for What App message that morning. We had seen this message but did not open the video because we thought it was a scam! Eventually we were told "I am only the manager I am not the owner"! We do realise that as we are in our seventies we are not up with the last minute process but there must be many others like us who need more clarity at the time of booking. Also although the room was lovely it had glass doors and a light was left on all night in the corridor that we could not turn off. The manager did attend to this after 3 nights but unfortunately still left on light on which still shone into our room making sleep difficult . Also no information on Rome provided. This place is made to look like a guest house but isn't.
• Glen (9/5): Rome holidays - The room was very comfortable. We looked forward to relaxing in the room after a long day of sightseeing and walking. We had some miscommunication with the the host, but after all said and done everything worked out well. Note: When traveling to other countries, do your do diligence for food and drink. Breakfast is an Italian breakfast.
• Shree (6/5): Pleasant - Room was large. owner even though very old came to receive us at 12 in the midnight The old man is the only guy running the hotel. He does not have any support and hence it is difficult to manage everything. cleaning, breakfast is below par
• Vicky (7/5): Good - Beautiful room in an apartment building. Espresso machine at the kitchen. Very close to Vatican. The staff responded in Italian sometimes and there was no soap or hand wash in the room. When we asked they never even responded. The breakfast was only a coffee and a croissant at a nearby coffee place...

• Ma (6/5): i will stay in a hotel next time - close to the Vatican host assured aircon will work. but when we arrived till we left, no remote control was provided, we had to open the window n take in all the vehicle noise, siren, backing up beeps, garbage trucks hauling late at night, bed was soft, no extra pillow, no daily cleaning, breakfast /coffee is about two hundred steps away
