Hyemin (10/5): Wonderful place in Rome - I recently stayed at Planisfero for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The house has a beautifully sensitive interior design with perfect color matches. The theme colors of the room (blue, white, pistachio green, and black as an accent) created a safe and fresh atmosphere for rest. The three boat-sailing paintings on the wall were a highlight. Their horizontal angle made me feel as if I were on the boat too. Additionally, the cute postcard of Bukchon Hanok Village added a personal touch and made me smile. During my stay, I visited the three restaurants Alessandro recommended: Ristorante Il Siciliano Fish, Flora Forno & Bistrot, and Pizzeria Opera. All of them were excellent, with the lemon pasta at Il Siciliano Fish being particularly fantastic. This experience truly affirmed my belief that Italy is a Gourmet Country. Alessandro's recommendations made my time in Rome even more special. I am now leaving Rome for Budapest. Thank you, Alessandro, for a wonderful time in Rome.
