Modern and almost unused equipment: 65" TV, laundry, dryer, all kitchen machinery. Just to be aware, that you need a car (though it is not far away from the beach, but for sure still), and that on the terrace you do not have any sun. In hot months it's no problem though.

When we arrived the host sent her friend with the keys who nothing about the property, pool location, etc. There was a broken door and we were unable to use the 2nd bedroom for the 1st night. Host was unable to show us how to use the heat, apartment was very cold in November, brrr.
