• Saif (4/5): - فقط قربه من شارع شانزليزيه غرفة صغيرة جداً التكيف لايعمل إلا من نهاية شهر مايو الجو كان حار وخاصة في فترة الظهيرة ولا يمكن فتح النوافذ بسبب الإزعاج ، تم الحديث مع موظفين الفندق وقالوا لا يمكن عمل أي شيء لان هذا النظام المتبع دورة المياة صغيرة الحجم بشكل كبير جداً الفندق لا يوجد به لفت لا أنصح به

Я обов'язково забронюю номер у цбому готелі наступного разу. Фен для волосся дуже незручний - потрібно весь час тримати кнопку увімкнення і це дуже втомлює.

• Ana Rosa (8/5): Excelente localização - Café da manhã muito bom para os padrões de um 3 estrelas em Paris, a localização é muito prática e próxima de vários pontos. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel limpo e mais moderno. O meu quarto era bem pequeno, mas poderia ter escolhido outro nível de acomodação. A rua do hotel é interrompida por um acesso de escada, que dá para a avenida Vítor Hugo, esse trecho deveria ser mais bem cuidado, fica como uma rua abandonada e confunde o endereço do hotel quando se pede transporte. Mas não presenciei nada preocupante com questão à segurança na área, apenas deveria ser mais bem cuidada.

La colazione non è un granché e ci sono pochi tavoli rispetto alle camere...il bagno della camera dei miei genitori era piccolo (e la camera era superior!!!!) e se non stavano attenti quando si sedevano sul water, potevano dare una facciata nel muro...sempre entrando nella camera dei miei, c'era un muretto basso, nel quale il più delle volte si prendevano dei colpi nella gamba

We enjoyed our stay and this is our 3rd time here The room and the shower were a little small and not quite enough storage for our stay 2 people 4 nights, 5 days, we have only state a couple of nights in previous years. We booked a superior room but was still a little small.

• Rachel (10/5): Excellent - Everything. There is nothing to complain about. The check-in process was quick and easy. The receptionist even gave us a power converter for our stay as we had forgotten one. The room was a perfect size for two of us. It was very clean, decorated well. The bathroom was very clean, too, and the little vanity pack was a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable and there were two extra pillows in the cupboard which was very convenient. The window had blackout curtains, too, which was great. Breakfast was until 10.45am, and they had a lovely selection of pastries, fruits, cold meats, boiled eggs, pancakes, and omelette on request. We both left full afterwards. It's location is walking distance from most places. There are fabulous restaurants all within 10 min walk too. 18 min walk from Eiffel Tower. Great location. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. I will definitely recommend to friends and family too.

• Thomas (7/5): Too bad they asked me to change hotel at the reception... - J'ai été placé dans un hotel différent de celui prévu, mais il était très agréable de l'extérieur et très bien placé (à 5min des champs Elysées). La chambre réservée dans cet hotel n'était finalement plus disponible. J'ai donc dû marcher 25 minutes pour l'hotel "frère" où on m'a promis une grande chambre qui était en réalité assez petite et située sous les toits donc très chaude malgré la saison. La chambre n'était pas très propre et un bruit de ventilation a été très problématique toute la nuit.

Me hospedé 8 días y solicité habitación triple para mis dos hijas adolescentes y para mí y las camas estaban muy confortables, el tamaño de la habitación y el closet muy buenos, el aseo diario fue excelente, el desayuno muy generoso y delicioso, la seguridad del hotel y la ubicación maravillosos y el servicio del personal del hotel fue muy bueno. Me sentí muy a gusto y feliz.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast, at a very decent price, was also very good. Staff was also very helpful. Clearly a place to consider again for a future trip. • Carole (9/5): Nous reviendrons !! - Très bien situé par rapport aux visites que nous avions à faire notamment à la Fondation LV, proche de magasins, supérettes et restaurants. Propre, accueillant et à l'atmosphère olfactive particulièrement agréable. Le petit déjeuner est superbe. Les chambres sont certes petites mais bien agencées, bien décorées et propres. On sentait les vibrations du métro mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

• Boon Hua (7/5): Short stay is good, not recommended for stay longer than 2-3 night. - Some great staff made our stay great, particularly those serving early morning breakfast. They remember your preference. Close to Arc De Triomphe. Noisy road next to window. The one and only lift is so small and it was down for once when we stayed there. No water was provided. Need to ask for water everyday. Not so value for money. Breakfast was same everyday.

Genel olarak başarılı bir servis ve ilgili personeli vardı. Otelin odaları çok küçük olduğundan, iki kişi bırakın banyoyu odada bile sıra ile hareket imkanı veriyor.
