• Eva (9/5): Estupendo apartamento bien ubicado - El apartamento estaba muy bien y muy limpio. El chico que nos atendió muy agradable, nos respondió todas nuestras dudas Los mosquitos, y eso que hacía frío, deberían estar ya en el apartamento de antes. Se deberían plantear poner mosquiteras en las ventanas

• Ali (10/5): - Good and clean Power went OFF a few times and I had to go to basement to fix the tripped breaker
• Viviane (2/5): - Upon arrival, our host told us that WIFi was out of service which as of Saturday and it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday but ended being end of day Tuesday!!! The bedding was only available for one bed and was told that I need to pay extra to get it because it was after hours. Bedding was delivered at 10pm. Customer service does not reply back, had to have Expedia reach out. Don’t rent here!
• Krzysztof (8/5): Very good and comfy place to be and spent week or two exploring Florence. - Location is perfect,close to train/tram station, about 250 m from the property. Two stops from main train station Santa Maria Novella or 8 stops other way to Airport running every 5-7 minutes, except Sunday is very crowded , and walk to almost all best attractions , shopping in Florence. Property is well stocked with whatever you need for long stay, coffee percolator and microwave could be nice addition to stock of kitchen. Bed and linens are great ,clean and comfy. Umbrellas are handy for rainy days.Overall is perfect and Seniora Sola very helpful with anything. Deserves 5 stars. Neighbourhood is safe and felt OK. Balcony is not finished, felt unsafe.

• Noemi (9/5): Estadia excelente - The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is well located. less than 30 minutes walking distance from all tourist attractions . . However, we thank you for your stay. Firenze marked us the cleaning of the apartment needs to improve, we found a lot of dust. vestiges of the renovation that appears to have been carried out recently
• Marco (10/5): Great stay - Beautiful brand new apartment, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was super comfy, blades made the room perfectly dark and the sound insulation was great. 2 AC units in bedroom and living room. The check-in process was very smooth. The only downside is that there’s no WiFi yet. It was explicitly stated and fine for us, but might be good to point out for people with no data plans.
