• gian franco (10/5): - La struttura, situata a brevissima distanza da Istiklal Caddesi e Piazza Taksim, ma in una posizione molto silenziosa e sicura. La camera è confortevole, dotata anche di tavolo e ferro da stiro. La vasca da bagno in camera è un plus che richiederei di nuovo. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Eccellente il livello di pulizia. Il personale si distingue per gentilezza, disponibilità e rapidità nella risposta alle richieste. Abbiamo apprezzato i piatti del ristorante che si trova all'ultimo piano dell'hotel, con vista sui tetti e parte del Bosforo. La colazione è adeguata e con ottimi prodotti, tuttavia avrei preferito del pane fresco al posto di quello in cassetta.

The hotel is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and stylishly designed – but what really set this experience apart was the exceptional service. A special shoutout goes to Musa, one of the warmest and most genuinely friendly hotel staff members I have ever come across. He was always there with a smile, took his time with every guest and you could tell that making people feel welcome was something he truly cared about – not just a job, but real hospitality from the heart. If you’re looking for a hotel where you feel at home from the very first moment: this is it. We will definitely be back! ☀️

Unfortunately the smell of sewerage was sometimes a little bit strong. But I think that’s a common problem in Istanbul. Furthermore it would be great if the breakfast menu have some fresh fruits.

• Hannah (6/5): - Staff were so helpful and kind - the highlight of the stay. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant. Our room was on the ground floor and was very noisy as near to the front door to the street. It was also very small.
• Carmen (10/5): We had a lovely stay right in the heart of Istanbul, close to Taksym - The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of healthy choices and tasty desserts. It was rich and diverse daily. Besides this, they cleaned our room daily and changed our towels. The room and the hotel were designed with taste and it smelled really nice and fresh.

Le personnel est aux petits soins et fait toujours son maximum pour nous satisfaire. L’hôtel est très joli, bien décoré, et propre. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement l’endroit ! Rien du tout !

• Linda (7/5): Het was een fijn verblijf, maar wel erg gehorig in het hotel zelf. - De plek is heel centraal. Dat is fijn! Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers worden goed schoon gehouden. Geluidsoverlast van de buren. Het was erg gehorig. De airco werkte niet zo goed. Glutenvrije opties voor het ontbijt waren er niet volgens personeel.

Bellissima anche la colazione sempre diversa ma tipica, ha accontentato i gusti di tutti. La terrazza è stata la ciliegina sulla torta una vista meravigliosa su tutta Istanbul.

I will never understamd this..when a hotel is combining the business with a very loud rooftop. Decide..hotel where people sleep..or nightclub with strong bass. But do not take the money from both. The room with hamam, was a good and bad choice. The room is getting very hot from the hamam. So be carefull. I mean you can not sleep without aircon. And the staff...3 times told them that put back the hamam towels..because the cleaning took them . But. Nothing...they simply do not care.

• Diego (10/5): The roof top is top!! - Super friendly staff. Amazing historic hotel close to Istiklal Street. The roof top is amazing. The breakfast from the sixth floor is the best start anyone could have in a day. Great buffet with amazing variety of food. Our room had a hamman, which is kind of a cool experience, while being in Istanbul. The Hammam did't quite fully work as expected. I was expecting it to be a little bit hotter, but overall it was ok. The rooms can be a little bit noisy if you have somebody noisy in the room above yours. Fortunately it wasn't the case :-)

Hervorragende Lage mitten im quirligen Beyoglu in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Kleine Einschränkung: manchmal ein leicht muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer.

• Roberta (10/5): - L’hotel è un posto molto accogliente: personale premuroso e ospitale oltre le aspettative, camere pulitissime e fornite di ogni accessorio, colazione abbondante molto varia dolce/salata in un salone luminoso. La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza Taksim, snodo importante della città da cui si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di interesse. A 50 metri la principale via commerciale, ma dietro l’hotel si apre un quartiere meno turistico e pieno di piccoli locali. Con pochi centesimi di biglietto potete attraversare il Bosforo da Kabatas (raggiungibile da Taksim con la funicolare) a Üsküdar, e godervi una piccola crociera. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel

Ma chambre était beaucoup beaucoup trop exposée au bruit (nº105) et elle n’était pas très propre (beaucoup de poussière sous le lit) et pas très grande. La chambre devait être refaite car il restait encore les stickers de protection de la parole de douche. Il faudrait qu’elle soit insonorisée car elle est située devant les ascenseurs du rez de chaussée et on entend tout, jusqu’à minuit et à partir de 7h. Le manager m’a proposé de changer d’hôtel mais étant en weekend avec des amis, la solution ne convenait pas malheureusement. Éviter le rez de chaussée a tout prix

Some improvements could be done in the amenities: tissues in the rooms, hooks in the bathrooms, tea spoons at the tea station. But in general, the experience was wonderful!

Niet te vergeten de rooftop Bar wat helemaal mooi is in de avond. Een hippe gezellige bar. Super lieve gezellige personeel. Heel vehulpzaam. Ook Tuana van het ontbijt. Maar Busra, hoofd van de reserveringen wat een super lieve leuke dame. en de jongens van de receptie. Heel erg met ze gelachen. Eén voor één schatjes. Oh en niet te vergeten de ligging. Fantastisch. Om de hoek van Istiklal straat. Met een politiebureau om de hoek, dus ook veilig gevoel. Er waren wat luide gasten die in de nacht in de hal aan het kletsen waren. Maar de volgende keer moest ik dit gewoon melden bij de receptie zeiden ze.

• Hari (4/5): Never again - The in-room hamam was pretty nice I had an issue with the body soap dispenser in my shower. Rather than fix it, they simply swapped it with the conditioner, so I simply couldn't use conditioner. While that's not a major problem, I'm disappointed by how poorly it was handled, which led me to simply not rely on the staff for other issues. The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff didn't properly close my window. My room was ground-level, and people smoked *directly* in front of it. Smoke was constantly filling my room, giving me headaches and making it impossible to sleep well. It also let in an exorbitant amount of noise from all the cars outside, honking, revving, or just blasting music. At 2 AM on the second night, I had had enough, and I was about to wedge a towel in the window seal to help, when I noticed the cleaning staff jammed the window into an ajar position. I ended up fixing it, which largely resolved the smoke and noise problems, but it's such a negligent oversight, combined with the disappointing resolution to the broken dispenser, that I couldn't possibly recommend this hotel. It's also a little far from most public transit, and the touts for the local strip clubs by the hotel can be annoying when you're trying to get back to your room

• Steeve (7/5): - Le personnel était très sympathique et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Superbe petit déjeuner. Hotel très bien situé et au calme. Notre chambre était au niveau du lobby (RDC) et l'insonorisation était mauvaise, nous pouvions suivre les conversations des gens qui se regroupaient pour sortir le soir ou qui rentraient du restaurant. Le hammam n'a jamais fonctionné. Notre fenêtre donnait juste au dessus du bloc de clim qui tournait en permanence, il n'était donc pas possible de l'ouvrir. J'imagine qu'une chambre au 3e ou 4e étage nous aurait laissé un meilleur souvenir.
