- Dionisas (9/5): Superb - Facilities. Location. Comfort. Space. Kitchen. Dinning room. Pretty much everything in that house was convenient, useful. LIDL was so close. Every morning we had fresh pastry :). 20 mins to old town. Such kind of rent is just not for me. Maybe it is normal practice, but not for me. Firstly, after booking I am finding out that linen is not included - extra charge. Secondly, during registration, I'm finding out that I have to reserve a big amount as deposit. Its just for the first time for me and it made me a bit upset and I had to have additional discussions with that apartment managing company.
