- Susan (10/5): - This was like a home from home for us as we were having the bathroom done. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we had to make an extension twice. Not even having to move, just kept to the same room. The property is very new and more important not a lot of sound got in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Juliana (10/5): Great place near The Gabba - We had a great experience and the host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that one of the guests next to us was smoking in his room but they said they would deal with it. Also, our code to the door seemed not to work properly. We had to put the code at least 3 times before it worked.

- Malcolm (4/5): - We were not informed that before you arrive that you need to complete on online form in order to access the property. It took us an hour and half to get into our room after a long flight. The TV in the room did not work as there was no antenna connection. Despite several reassurances that this would be resolved we eventually received an antenna on the day before we left the property. This is an extremely noisy area of the city with construction work next door. Throughout the night alarms would go off and we would often hear police sirens. We got very little sleep throughout the whole time we we there.
- Harry (8/5): - We had a great stay. Great facility. close to everything. The only downside was that checkout was 10am but we got a knock at our door at 8:50 from the cleaner wondering when we'd be leaving. Just a bit strange.

Blond hairs on floor. Tv frequently turned off while I was watching it & also turned itself on randomly sometimes in the middle of the night

- DAVID (2/5): Never Again - Never again, from the payment fiasco where they already have your card and they send an email for you to pay on the day of travel or when travelling 2 days before travel and then a text saying you haven't paid, when you are flying you don't get these notifications or when driving long distances. The body wash that was empty before the first shower leaving questions on the cleaning professionalism. Then the super key app failed, anyone over 60 not familiar with computer would be in trouble. The garage door that never closed and the controller in such a stupid position that someone cleaned it up with their car. Then my car was broken into on the last night, I have asked for a credit on parking so we will see what happens here. I travel a lot and didn't follow my golden rule, never stay somewhere that there isn't a front desk. The place was very nice but poorly managed, too many things went wrong and I will never again stay there or without somewhere with a front desk.

- Julia (6/5): - Very clean and spacious room. Beautifully presented. We had difficulty with the digital key but the pin pad worked well. Bit noisy at night on the Gabba side. TV was playing up and its difficult to get hold of anyone to help at night as its all online contact.

- Savannah (10/5): - The views from the roof top pool were great! I was able to enjoy the sauna and views of the city in the evening. I was surprised that there was housekeeping during our stay, but enjoyed it. There was a washer/dryer combo as well which was very nice for us to have clean clothes at the end of our trip. There are two fobs so you have to be attentive to which one you enter the code or the lift won’t work to the floor you’re trying (one is the roof only and I didn’t realize it so I would sit there for 20 seconds before I realized why I wasn’t moving). I also didn’t see the lift when I went into the parking garage so I had to walk out the way we drove in with luggage which isn’t terrible. It is a tight turn when entering the parking area to go down to the parking area though. It is about a 10 min walk to a Cole’s to get groceries and a few different stores. But there is McDonald’s and kfc and 7/11 not far. Overall I would stay here again.
- Christina (6/5): - The property us wonderful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The bed is terrible and super hard. Stayed 4 nights and it took 2 days to get someone to understand my request to help make the bed softer. They dont have toppers or thicker mattress protectors. They did end up putting blankets on but that was after i complained 3 times. Housekeeping is NOT the problem. They are lovely. Its the customer service staff on the app or phone call that never got it right. Email is best but I still had issues there. Communication overall is terrible. Dont think we'll stay there again next visit to Brisbane but if you like rock hard beds, the place is great and has a fantastic view of the City abd Gabba.

- Ivan (10/5): Great place and a great price right next to Gabba - Everything brand new, clean. Communication is good and over text advising how to enter using digital key. Digital key is useful but takes a bit longer than what a keycard would do but still pretty cool. Make sure you remember the pin though just in case the key doesn’t work. Rooftop pool, spa and barrel sauna is a great too. Spa wasn’t working when I was there.
- Drew (6/5): - Technology used in property is flaky. Bluetooth scanning for main door, elevator and rooms regularly require multiple attempts to gain entry. The configuration of the Chrome Cast for in room entertainment hasn't worked successfully without a restart since day one. I also feel the tech company supporting this property may be less than skilled so this adds to the challenges to resolve. I have stayed here for 3 weeks and have had to call multiple different numbers to resolve multiple issues. I was offered a half night accommodation free for all my troubles but asked the management team to just fix the issues. Lets wait and see if they get better this week. Also of note: Dont trust the QR codes on the t.v. they point to a different website from the displayed target which is a security issue.
- Harrison (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful apartment and great location. The only thing I could pick at was the keyless system was a bit clunky and hard to use. Also trying to communicate for help was near impossible. Cannot fault the stay though

The bench in the shower was a great help as I had hand surgery and was in a lot of pain. The rooftop was so beautiful and had a stunning garden as well as views! The sound proofing is good, but you are in a noisey area but listening to the big bash and the energy from the crowd was amazing to experience. A very accessible hotel room especially after surgery. Very thankful

- Verified traveler (4/5): Stressful stay! - Such a shame to give a beautiful hotel a bad review but it was just one problem after another! No one on-site to talk to or get help from, which for my mother who was travelling on her own at 75 was extremely stressful! I understand problems arise but when you come up with a solution it would be helpful if you followed through with the solution properly! Lot of wasted time on phone trying to get hold of someone to help! Unfortunately won’t be booking this place again. Too stressful!
